Literally skipping around outside was the older sister in question. And when she finally spotted Allen along with a blond teen and a sign, she quickly diverted her skipping to beeline towards them.
"Allen~! Who's your friend!?" She grinned, grasping his shoulders and giving a squeeze.

Leon would smile widely at his first recruit from 552. Was completely worthy of the position, and right before he could pull out his cell phone to call the rest of the guys a female skipped up who seemed to obviously know Allen, so he would attempt a pained bow before introducing himself.
"Well allow me to introduce myself. My name is Leon Sudeki. I am the leader of The Lightning Gang. Pleased to meet you."

Oh! That looked painful! Was he hurt? Phoebe's expression moved to concern and she took a half step forward.
"Oh, Leon? Hi! Nice to meet you! Are you o...kay..."
She trailed off as Allen spoke, the one hand remaining on his shoulders moving with his very awkward laughter and...and what did he say?
"Wait--what--Allen--you've never been interested in a gang before."
Her gaze slowly swerved back to Leon...

Leon still bowing would appear a few feet further away than before when Phoebe looked back at him, at the words Leon began to sweat a bit.
"Uhm... T-to tell the truth he wasn't interested at first, he just wanted to take the test. Then one thing led to another after he dislocated my jaw and knocked me out he decided it was a good idea?"
Leon's voice would rise at the end of the explanation more out of odd concern than actually asking a question.

That wasn't really like Allen at all! Phoebe's green eyes narrowed a little, watching Leon. He was nervous. Maybe because he was hurt. Did she scare him?

"What aren't you telling me? Allen's a good and smart guy--it'd have to be something more than just that."
She let go of Allen's shoulder and stepped towards Leon!

Phoebe would take a couple more steps, enough to get right in Leon's face! She was even an inch taller than him, and every little bit helped! She stared, obviously not at all happy but measuring.

Her eyes narrowed a bit more with the slightest of twitches before she receded a pace, and those green orbs slowly relaxed once again, looking much more normal as she waited. Watchful and nowhere near her happy-go-lucky self...but no longer threatening the end of Leon's world as he knew it.
