A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Zoe stared at him, blinking as he spoke before stopping again. She'd close her journal, letting out a deep breath, blowing it through her nostrils. She was getting annoyed. As he spoke, laughing softly, she looked at him, cocking a brow. The girl clearly didn't believe him. She'd cross her arms as she continued to stare towards him. ”Kyou, that's bullshit. You don't have a humble enough bone in your body to say something like that without a reason to. Either your looking into something illegal and or dangerous or you have an issue with me. Which is it? Or is it both?” she asked calmly, her constant smile now gone from her face.

Kyou looked down. "Oh, come on... There's plenty of things I don't know about that I'm man enough to admit that I don't know. And that's the honest truth." He gave a small laugh. "Oh come on, it's nothing that I would get worried about. A-and I don't have any problems with you... After all, it's not like your a trained assassin who was sent to kill me or anything." He buried his face in the book. "You're one of the nicest people I've met upon coming to this school, and that's a fact." "I need to knock it off. So what if I'm paranoid of basically everyone I meet? I don't have to make it so damn obvious. I mean... there's got to be nice people out there who aren't just acting nice so they can get close to you and then kill you, right? There's got to be genuinely nice people out there... I mean, my mom and my dad are!" He glared at the pages. "Then again... they did throw me out of the country and sent me to live with a doctor, even though doctors make me more paranoid than people from Japan... But, seriously! I'm overreacting. I'm sure she's not going to kill me or anything... probably."

Zoe stared at him as he spoke, her jaw twitching silently. What? The girl blinked slowly, processing what he had just said. Wait. He thought what? What. Zoe would let out a deep sigh and leaned back into her chair as she clicked her tongue. ”Tsk... tsk... tsk... so you figured me out...” she spoke, eyeing him in complete silence for a moment, letting the tension build as she waited quietly.
After several seconds, she'd let out a soft giggle. ”Sorry... I couldn't help it... Do you really think I'm a trained assassin?” she asked, tilting her head. ”Why would anyone even send one after you, you're just a kid.”

Kyou stared at her with his eyes wide, full of horror. His heart skipped a beat and then nearly stopped for a moment. "A... a-an assassin? Really? But--no. No... if an assassin was found out they'd either pretend not to be or would just go ahead and attack. I guess she really isn't..." When she giggled Kyou laughed a little, covering his face with his hands as his cheeks grew bright red. He laughed because he didn't know what other emotion to give--he'd felt so terrified and now so embarrassed! "G-goodness! Y-you're so mean--you almost gave me a heart attack! Haha, guess I was just being paranoid after all..." He said. "Me? Just a kid? That's the point," he thought.

Kyou tilted his head upward slightly to look at her, his eyes growing wide from how close she was. He backed away and shook his head. "I-I don't know! I guess I was just using the wrong word. I mean, sure it's not uncommon for people to jump me in the street and try killing me, but I guess in the scenario I was thinking of an assassin wouldn't really be what's sent out after me, so I really did use the wrong word!" He laughed nervously. "After all... If it were that scenario, I would just get kidnapped and then locked away somewhere again, only to be used until I die from poisoning or beatings or something like that. An 'Abductor' would be the more accurate word than 'Assassin', I suppose... Though I'm sure an assassin could do the job just as well, so I guess I wasn't wrong..." He shook his head again, looking away. "S-sorry about the confusion..." He twiddled his thumbs. "I should probably stop watching those kinds of movies. They keep getting bad ideas into my head... Before you know it, I'll start thinking that vampires are real and that I've got a whole organization out to get me!" He laughed lightly. "A-actually... I guess I do think vampires are real. Do you know who Aaron Thorn is?"

Zoe watched him, her eyes studying him. She'd turn, sighing softly as she looked down. ”I know you're lying,” she said bluntly. ”Your laugh is far from genuine. Your avoiding eye contact.. You're admitting to be a dumb little kid...” The blond leaned back and relaxed in her chair. ”I wont push it, but if you're in trouble, let me know...” she mumbled before tilting her head.
”Ah... the boy with white hair? Yeah... he was in our Sex Ed class right?”

"Oh, come on... Zoe, you should know that there's an entire world of things I don't know, and I make mistakes all the time, trust me..." He bowed his head. "Like the bombing that happened at this school recently... If only I had been there and tried to help out, we could have probably avoided people getting hurt. And one time two years ago I miscalculated something and nearly got the targeted man killed by the murderer we were trying to catch... Not to mention the amount of times I didn't know something, or I took too long to figure something out and got hurt because of it..." He gave a small sigh, but then raised an eyebrow at what she said. He turned his head up to stare at her, clearly shocked. Let her know? Why? Did she think she could possibly help out with the things he faced? He felt it was a noble thing to say, and... yet... He would never dare put an innocent person in danger's way if he could say anything about it. "Really...?" He asked quietly after she'd told him that he could tell her if there was something wrong. "I've never really had someone say that to me before," He muttered almost inaudibly under his breath. His eyes then flashed slightly and he nodded. "And... ah, yes. That kid. He's a vampire--I'm positive." He then smiled lightly. "And if you dare think I'm being childish by believing vampires are real, then so be it. And if you think I'm just saying this to make it LOOK like I'm just a stupid kid who believes in fairy tales, then I've got some interesting news for you, sweetheart~" He practically sang in his head.

Zoe nodded along, shrugging. ”Like I said, I wont pry...” she mumbled, looking up. ”I know very well there's a world of stuff out there...” She'd let out a tired sigh as she rubbed her forehead, clearing remembering some form of insanity or another. ”Kaiser...” she mumbled softly, barely audible to those around her. Looking back at Kyou, she smiled brightly. ”Of course! What kind of person would I be if I didn't help my adorable underclassman?” she asked, crossing her arms with a firm nod.
”Eh? I don't know... he seems more likely to be suffering from a mental illness born from a physical iron defect... but I've seen crazier things than a vampire...”

Kyou's face turned bright red instantly at what she said. "Y-you're what underclassman?? N-no I--" He shook his head, hiding his face behind his hands as it grew even more red. "I most certainly am NOT adorable! W-what reason has she to say s-such a thing?!" He removed his hands, trying to stop the blood from rushing to his face so much. "B-besides, I-I don't think you're actually t-that much older t-than me... I-I'm short for m-my age, but I'm thirteen a-and I'm actually a sophomore..." He then grew silent at her comment about Aaron, and he gave a slight nod. He looked away sadly, however, and then let out a small sigh. "It's possible he's got a mental illness... I-I'm actually trying to figure him out right now, but..." He bit his lip, bowing his head slightly. He took a deep breath and then said, "I think that the reasoning behind his childish behavior is because he's either had a highly sheltered life," he practically spat the word, as though there were an ulterior, more sinister meaning to it, "or it's the side effects of some pretty damn cruel experiments."

Zoe giggled as the boy's face turned a bright red. So he could act like an actual kid sometimes. ”Eh? You're my adorable underclassman!” she said again, nodding firmly as her eyes shifted off to the side, as if seeing something in the distance. Looking back at Kyou, she gave him a wide toothy grin as she raised her hand to point at her face. ”I'm fourteen, I'm classified as a freshman due to certain circumstances, but I've finished almost all my core subjects, so I'm taking my college basics online and continuing my education to gather up as many elective and advanced credits I can,” she explained.
As Kyou continued speaking, Zoe grew frigid, her smile slipping into the faint rehearsed one she always wore. ”Ah... I think... it'd probably be best for you to... stop...” she mumbled, eyeing him. ”The fact that he's at this school means he's either a criminal or an unbalanced individual who was taken into government custody from a bad situation and can't be trusted in a normal care or education facility,” she explained. Zoe would look off to the side, eyeing the nearly empty library- well aware that she had just branded herself one of two things. She'd sigh. ”There's nothing you can really do about his past... but he's probably safer than he's ever been here.”

Kyou nodded. "I see. Then, I guess I understand why you'd call me an underclassman..." He then cocked his head to the side, deadpanning. "But seriously... 'adorable'? Are you joking...?" He shook his head. "Oh well, whatever. I'll take a compliment, even if 'adorable' is usually lumped in the same group as 'silly little kid who can't be taken seriously'." He then smiled lightly and thought, "I'm not surprised she's taking courses that are for college and things of that nature. But to be honest, I'm kind of glad, I mean, I might be able to just talk to her normally without constantly having to explain myself... but of course, I guess I would have to worry about her thinking I'm trying to show off and only act smarter than I am. I'm not applying for college or anything, since I don't honestly know if I'll live that long, but... I study all the time and get involved with things that constantly test me at a college kind of level. Not to mention the doctor often asks me for help with his own studies and problems, since he can't seem to figure anything out for himself..." Kyou sweat-dropped, his eyebrow twitching slightly. "I mean, come on. His silly little inventions and hobbies are just... it's like he's constantly trying to throw it in my face that I can handle such advanced things when I shouldn't, as a thirteen year old, be able to. He really pisses me off sometimes, I swear!"
Kyou then also gave a slight nod at what she said. "Yes... yes, I... I know. There's not anything that can be done about the past... And though it's just a hypothesis off of what I've seen from him and my own paranoia, there's no way to even tell if that's the case. But if it is, then I agree. He is so much better off in a school like this." He sighed, running his fingers through his hair. "After all, it's not like people here are likely to just kidnap you and try cutting you to pieces... well, for no reason, anyway." He gave a small, half-hearted laugh, knowing just how harsh people at this school could actually be. "But I have a swirling desire to know if he was used as an experiment... He seems so happy that I don't even know if he'd understand what I'm talking about if I asked him, but I still have to know... Because... because I swear, if he was used as some... some lab rat in that damn immortality experiment," His expression suddenly grew extremely dark. His eyes glinted of anger and hatred, giving off an aura that Kyou practically never showed. He grit his teeth slightly and said, "Then I will use whatever information he gives to me as a lead to get to the bottom of it all." He raised an eyebrow at himself. "Well... that was... pretty emotional for a heartless brat. Better change the mood." He then smiled, clapping his hands together and grinning at Zoe. "But enough about all that! You don't like it when kids talk about depressing stuff, right? So how about we talk about something else? Like..." He snapped his fingers. "What's been happening with you lately? Have things been running smoothly as of late? You seem to handle yourself pretty well in this school, after all."

Zoe looked down to her journal, picking up and leafing through it as he continued to speak. Tilting her head, Zoe looked at him with a straight face. ”Actually, yes. Yes they are likely to do that kind of stuff if you attract their attention,” she spoke firmly. Zoe sighed as he continued to speak. ”Don't. It's not worth it...” she spoke, smiling softly. ”Like I said, if he's here, whatever happened to him was put to a stop- if something even happened. All you'll be doing is introducing darkness into his current happiness...” she explained.
”Besides, you're an outsider to whatever happened to him... it's not your place to butt in and possibly make things worse.” She'd keep her soft smile on her face as she spoke despite the graveness of her words. When he changed the subject, Zoe smiled.
”Ah, just studying and working. How about you?”

Kyou would give a dejected sigh, shaking his head slightly and covering his eyes with one hand. He rubbed them, not showing the tears that threatened to fall, only to be wiped away instantly upon their creation. "I don't think so. That kind of an experiment has been going on for decades. I don't honestly think it's been put to a stop just because Aaron's here. And I have every right to try to put a stop to it. It's entirely against my parents' wishes, but every fiber of my being wants to see them put to a stop for good. After all... Zoe's not aware of it, but... I've been tortured in those experiments and as such, I feel like I have every right to get involved." He took a deep breath. "But she's right. And I don't want to ask Aaron about those things for that very reason. And that's why I haven't asked him, and if I am to confirm my suspicions, I'll do so by reconnaissance. I don't want to trigger any horrible memories for him, I know how awful it can be..." He smiled lightly, removing his hand from his face and looking perfectly normal, as though he'd only been getting something out of his eye, or something else entirely auspicious. "Pretty much the same, I guess..."

Zoe looked up as the awkward silence filled the air. Any thoughts she had were hidden behind her calm and gentle expression. Her smile was still on her lips- albeit, somewhat distant. ”Ah... I see... you know, covering your eyes entirely out of the blue... isn't very stealthy. If you're going to pick away at tears, excuse yourself to go blow your nose...” After all, who would cover their eyes entirely to pick something out of them or do anything else in this situation?
