Teufel continued to stare in amazement. Who would've thought that a gentle giant like him could play such delicate beautiful music? Teufel could play a few things, but nowhere near what Dan could do. He also mentioned how his mother could play even better? Wow! Teufel was seriously impressed and amazed.
"That's really cool big brother! I'm not that good, and your playing is amazing" he said, smiling brightly and cheerfully

Dan wasent trying to be humble it was just his genuine feeling of the matter

Teufel was really touched emotionally about how Dan thought he could change the world. He then made the mental decision to become smarter so he could change the world so Dan could be impressed. He wanted to be a better person too. His old habits weren't exactly stable.
"You really think I can change the world someday big brother?" Teufel asked. Would he really have that ability someday? And if he did, how would he Change the world. 'If I did change the world, which I probably won't...would it be for the better or the worse?' He wondered.

As the camera pans out and Sakura blossoms flow through the hallway
Dan believed in him for better or for worse he could do anything he wanted and Dan wanted to be there to see it happen

Teufel smiled happily at Dan. He did believe in himself, and Dan believed in him. This was great. Teufel smiled happily, he saw sakura petals falling in the hall for some reason, but it looked like a fitting movie end. Everything seemed great.
Then the late bell rang. Teufel forgot all about that until now. Oh dang, he didn't have a late pass either.
"Sorry big brother, gotta go! See you in class later and I'll hep you move in to my dorm room after school!" He said smiling and running off into the petal covered hall
