welcome
Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

She bared her teeth as his elbow slammed into her stomach. However, she stabilized herself by putting her right leg back just a little, snapping her left hand up to grab his arm at the tricep simply for the point of having something that would keep her from stumbling backward. At the same time, her right fist had retracted.
And would fire again.
And again.
And again.
She would attempt punching him repeatedly in the face around the cheek and eye, hoping to bring him down. Blood would leak from her lip and head onto his upper arm, spreading the wealth. They were both feeling the heat, though she was less hampered, and still able to take some damage despite the sweat and exhaustion.
What a fight.

Mark's face was taking blow after blow to the side of the face, however he was going to be fighting back at the same time, using the closest limb, by turning his body as he sent his fist around from the elbow to strike under the arm grabbing his bicep, he'd use the rotation now to start throwing punches and blocks back at Saya. Blow after blow, after deflection, after block.
It would go on for a good few seconds before Mark was finally at his limits on exertion arms hanging, blood covering his face, his shirt wet with mixed sweat and blood. His teeth stained a dark crimson and the right side of his face may as well had just been one puss boil of swelling.
Mark's smile was still present and this time he literally was exhaling a hot steamy air. His left eye ever intense only covered in blood as it was, shakily watched Saya. Mark's legs were bent and his body slouched, he was a mess, but still standing.

Saya, with his turn, knew what he wanted. What he was about. She released his arm and, as he started throwing punches, would return with her own. Left cross, her knuckles crunched under his bone. Her head turned to the side from his punch, blood spraying, but she retaliated with a right uppercut and a left straight punch. Her head whipped back, a split opening on her nose. She threw a right uppercut, then a left hook. Swelling popped on her cheek just under her eye. She threw several quick straight punches for his unguarded face as his massive fists cracked five ribs- two on her right, three on her left. As Mark stood, blood dripping and his smile on his face, her hand went over her midsection and she groaned, taking a knee. She looked up at him. He was so happy. She was glad. She wanted him to feel fulfilled. She looked at the ground...then leapt forward. She'd throw up her right leg, both of them knowing what this meant. What the rear leg front kick would do, especially since he was at his limit, and she was close. She intended the blow to smash into his jaw, and send the Captain into dreamland. If it worked, Saya would watch his body for several moments before falling forward onto her face, hand under her, groaning for several seconds in pain. She would just lay there for the time being to collect herself.

Mark watched Saya take to the air, she was too high to use her upper body, which meant her leg was coming, in his last pitch of strength he would thrust an elbow down at the coming shin, however his lack of depth perception, shaky vision, and utter exhaustion would cause him to miss his mark and the foot that would of knocked him out anyways, even if his elbow had hit would move on unhindered.
Mark's head would snap back, his body would straighten out and he would crumble to the ground, sliding a bit. He felt nothing.

Saya pushed herself to her hands and knees. She coughed a little blood, but would groan and return to her feet. She stumbled backward a step or two, before walking forward and looking down at Mark, who was sleeping like a baby.
"I hope you got what you needed, Captain."
She would bend down and grab his arm, dragging his ass back toward the house where there were medical supplies. She would dress up her own wounds, then see to him, patching his leg with a split and wrapping a bandage around his head, and sticking some patches on the cuts on his face. She had to put two on for herself as well- for the nose and for her cheek. She would let them stay there for the night to heal up. It was unlikely he was going to wake up before tomorrow anyway.
She would head down and eat, limping a little but still able to fight if she had to. She would take her own bedroom, and sigh after the brawl. She didn't really know what to think or feel- a lot of it, she supposed, depended on what he thought. How he reacted. She stared at the ceiling well into the night, before falling into a fitfull sleep.
*****************************************************************
The next morning, when Mark awoke, he would find Saya, arms folded, leaning against the door frame. She had been up since 6, and had already changed his bandages. It was about seven thirty now on Saturday morning, and her blank blue eyes would watch him.
Waiting for something.

Mark would wake up sitting upright with that crazed smile and focus on his face throwing that final elbow again, then falling back onto the bed from pain and realization. He'd turn his head with the bored expression slowly crawling back onto his face. Mark's un-bandaged eye was on Saya, ,and he would nod.
"How long was I out? I fought you at least seven more times in my sleep."
Mark wasn't joking either, he slept the whole time, fighting in his dream.

She gave a small nod.
"And did you get your revenge while you dreamt?"
She wasn't mocking in the slightest. She knew how serious he was about fighting. As serious as she was. She would step into the room, hands moving into the pockets of her coat, which she had washed of the blood.
"You slept for over eighteen hours. It's six in the morning."
She would eye his cuts, which had healed to the point they weren't bleeding through the bandanges anymore.
"Saturday morning, I mean."

"It's not about vengeance."
That was Mark's simple answer, though the sleeping wasn't overly surprising, he was pretty much spent there at the end and needed recoup time. Though that meant he was off school today... AND he was up really early, which meant he should probably go back to sleep.
"Guess we don't have to go to school all bandaged up, we should be alright after the weekend."

She would smile, glancing at the ground before looking back.
"I know it's not. It was...just a figure of speech."
She would nod at his assumption. She would glance at his knee before looking back to him.
"Yeah...we'll still need to get back though. Kids in the dorms will think they are free to ransack the place if we don't make an appearance. We can always sneak in the back and let Ali or Alvan slip out we're on campus. That should keep them in line. Plus...I think I should get Ms. Blaze to see to your leg. I think a ligament is damaged there."
She just hoped it wasn't irrepairable.

Mark would sit up and look at his leg. It was probably damaged. He'd nod and sigh.
"Yeah, lets head back then. Grab something to munch on the way though. I'm hungry."
Mark understood the situation in the dorms, he'd dealt with issues there already. though he felt it was taken care of on a hunch by the same perps, it was best not to rely on the hunch too much. Mark was back to complete normalcy. He had his answer, he had his knowledge, he knew where he was in terms of ability so far. There were powerful foes round abouts, and likely even stronger than Saya on the horizon. Mark need only prepare for those great battle of the future.

She would nod, and hand him a crutch.
"Next time, I won't go so easy on you, Captain."
She gave him a very small smirk before she would lead them down the hall and out to the car, to make their way back to the school.
