Paige would grin a little as she sat in the courtyard after her last few fights on the roof she needed a new spot to fight. Paige would make a small sigh as she watched the doors she wandered if anyone would be coming though that would be a good fight.

Ruby would walk through the doors of the school, entering the courtyard. She wanted some fresh air--away from those mobs of students. She didn't know anyone, and she didn't feel comfortable being surrounded by so many people. Sure, she wasn't claustrophobic, but the feeling of being in the center of a mob--being swarmed by so many people... it was something that gave her an uneasy feeling. However, upon leaving the school, she stopped off to the side, glancing at a girl who had been staring her down upon walking out of the doors. "Do you need something?" She'd ask the girl bluntly, void of emotion.

Paige smiled a little and in her normal lax voice "nothing much want to have a little fight?"Paige would grin a little at the girl as she looked her over.

Ruby raised an eyebrow, crossing her arms. She studied the girl, trying to figure out why she was so... well, Ruby wanted to know why she wanted to fight so badly. She didn't seem to care who her opponent was--since she asked Ruby to right off the bat--so long as it was someone. "And just what would fighting accomplish?" Ruby asked, trying to be a voice of reason.

Paige would grin more as she stood up and walked towards the girl both her hands in her pockets "Well it lets you get stronger and its a good way to make friends and pass time."

Ruby frowned. Make friends? You could make friends by fighting? "I thought only enemies fought..." She muttered quietly. She'd sigh and say, "Well, I suppose you do have a point... so far as the getting stronger goes, anyway... But, I'm not really good at fighting with my fists, you know?"

Ruby would get in a fighting stance, holding up her fists. "The first punch, huh?" She muttered. "Alright..." She would lunge forward and try to swing a punch toward Paige's head, though she'd probably miss or get blocked...

Paige would smile as she moved her head slightly to the left so the attack would miss and send a quick upper cut into her arm.

Ruby would jerk her hand back, hopefully out of harm's way. Unsure if Paige was going to attack somewhere else, Ruby readied her spare arm to block whatever the girl threw at her.

Paige would smile as she sent her right leg in a sweeping motion at her knee legs in hopes to trip her if this failed she would send a punch with her left hand then a punch with her right straight to her gut.

Ruby would give a small yelp as the girl tripped her and she fell to her knees. She'd block whatever kind of punch or kick Paige would throw at her next.

Paige would grin as she sent a quick kick with her right leg towards the girls side all the while sending a left punch at he cheek.
