A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

"School days almost over."
He'd sigh afterward as he took the last bite out of his sandwich in the schools courtyard. Surprisingly no one was there today and couldn't put his finger on exactly why. Perhaps something more important was going down and they had to deal with that. Musashi debated on whether or not he was going to go to the rest of his classes or not, but figured that he wouldn't have the patience to stay and actually listen to the teacher. He had passed all his classes previous test with A's so he knew that he was in the safe zone and wouldn't have to worry about much.
After school he was going to be calling up another meeting for his secret gang that hadn't yet came out into the light. They were going to be having some training exercises to build on there teamwork. He was excited to finally get the chance to be able to work with all them. They were all so different, but yet the same in some ways. He knew that none of them really worked with a real team before and he was delighted to be able to expose them to such a new and important thing. They were going to be make a huge splash, and make a real difference in the school. Well at least that was the plan.

So there Leon strode, with the reformed Lightning Gang... Well a few of them anyways. Everyone was more or less just waiting for Leon to decide the reforms, and Leon wanted to talk to everyone it would effect before making one of those choice. He was walking with a bit of a limp on his right leg, and he still had one bandage on the right side of his face from Allen. That would definitely be a scar.
Then Leon spotted a familiar enough face. It was the skipper from when Leon was Second Pillar. With a smile he'd tell everyone to meet up later and he'd walk over to the guy.
"Yo. Been a while. Mind if I sit and ask some questions?"

The Hattori would raise a brow as he would be approached by a familiar figure that he had not seen in months. For a moment he wondered why Leon, the former pillar would be taking the time out of his day to approach him. He thought maybe he learned about his gang, but remembered that only he and his people knew about it. "Leon? Wow dude, I heard that you were dead." The Hattori would say jokingly to the blonde hair student.
"All jokes aside I wouldn't mind taking some questions at all. I would be honored."
He'd say shrugging his shoulders. He wondered what Leon would have to ask him after being gone for all this time. He hadn't been around in months and now he wanted to ask questions. Must be a nark right? Of course the guy couldn't be, but he still wondered. Perhaps he wanted to beat him up for the trouble he gave him when he was on his way to class, but he knew Leon wasn't that type of guy either. Maybe it was going to be something a lot more simple and less complicated than he thought it was. With a smirk on his face he'd wait to see what the former gang leader gone pillar had to ask.

Leon would sit and stretch his legs out. Leaning back and folding his arms behind his back.
"Simple questions honestly. Who's in charge, what gangs have risen to power, promising new comers. First day back at school, I kind of need a good feeler for my next move. Especially since I've noticed the immense growth in power from everyone around here."

"Damn, did everyone leave on family business."
He'd mutter to himself raising a brow. This was the third person he had encountered since he had been back that left the school for the same reason. He himself even left the school for that very reason.
"Honestly dude, I've only been back awhile myself. But as far as gangs and stuff go, No one has risen to power dude. Only certain individuals manage to pull that off. But there all like Pillars and stuff now. I don't think there is a gang strong enough out there to challenge them, so hence no real growth from any of them."
He'd say shrugging his shoulders. He knew that he was in the midst of putting up a ground that could hopefully challenge them, but that was something he couldn't speak on. Not yet. "I have a question for you though. Why are you interested in knowing what gang is in power right now? Trying to get your spot back? Or is there something more to this question than I think?"

Leon would close his eyes, seemed RIOT did more than enhance the state of affairs here, but stabilized the top dogs in their position. Leon frowned a bit, but would accept this as current fact.
"The gangs are the eb and flow of the school. If they are not powerful enough to challenge the pillars yet, then that tells me where to measure the power. I do plan on reforming LG, however I need to know what gangs are out and about so I can talk with them all and see what the future holds."

The Hattori wanted to bark at the idea of explaining the existence to his gang to Leon. But he didn't know if it would be the right thing to do at the moment. They were still just beginning and everything was still being put together, but he knew at some point he was going to have to come out.
Coming out with confetti and a microphone wasn't going to be the way to do it either. Doing it now just seemed like the appropriate thing to do. Plus he needed to be able to measure the power of the former pillar as well if he ever hoped to accomplish his goals. Man to man.
"Hmmm, you seem pretty determined about where you want the flow of the school to go. So I'll let you in on something no one really knows. I have a gang building up in the shadows myself." He'd say cracking his neck as the smirk on his face would become expressionless. "So what is this flow and future that you are speaking of?"

Leon would raise a brow and open his eyes looking at Musashi side ways. That was a revelations, the skipper was soon to be a leader of people. He really had missed a lot. Leon was actually impressed that he had taken that decision and was even almost ready for the grand reveal. Well Leon would keep silent about it.
"Honestly, the gangs control how the school is viewed. The gangs control how everyday combat is done... Gangs also control how many students are sent to the hospital over misunderstandings and territory disputes that get out of hand. I propose a mass treaty."

The Hattori was shocked at the request of the former pillar. He couldn't believe that he was talking about something as big as a mass treaty. For what? Musashi wondered. Was he trying to bring peace into the school by getting everyone to stop attacking one another, or was it a treaty that would set the different territory of each of the gangs throughout the school. Perhaps it was something even deeper than he could have possibly imagined.
"A mass treaty that is? I'm curious to as what this treaty will do for all of the gangs around here."
He was sure that if Leon was serious about this treaty that he would definitely have to phone in his brother about what was happening in front of him. This wasn't something he was expecting to happen anytime soon, and now that this former pillar was back he was already trying to set things in motion. But the questioned remained. Was this treaty for the personal gang of his own gang, or would it really benefit all of the others evenly.

"It's a treaty. It would need to be openly discussed between the many leaders to establish boarders to begin with. Establish who owns what. I propose once that is decided that there be some rules of engagement. There are many non-participants in the school. and they get in the way, there are also a lot of dirty tactics where gangs are randomly ambushed or jumped. With agreeable rules set up between all of us we won't draw Pillar attention and hospital visits will drop. Breaking the treaty must be the most dangerous decision someone can make."
Leon spoke to Musashi as if he were explaining it to a visiting dignitary.
"Each gang has those members, the weaker ones, the ones we look after. The ones we are helping to grow. However for them to be in one gang, they are a target for all the others. So my treaty would propose a standing army rule as well. We are leaders, we care for our members, our families. Seeing them in the hospital in critical condition, or being lowered into a grave because you weren't looking that particular class... No one should experience that."

The Hattori would be left with a shocked expression on his face. Was this guy really trying to create some kind of balance. He waited for a moment to listen to what else he had to say to confirm whether or not he was for real. "Wow, your really serious about this aren't you." He'd say to the former Pillar rubbing his chin. He knew that once he explained all of this to his brother that it was going to to really change all of there plans, but he knew there was the possibility that this might actually help what they had planned.
"Right. In fact my entire gang is pretty much based upon that belief. So you have my attention. But I have to ask, who else have you mentioned these plans too." He'd ask curiously. The Hattori knew that Leons arrival here wasn't exactly intentional since he had no idea that he was the leader of a gang. So that definitely left the possibility of there being other gangs in the school that he himself had not heard about. |

Leon smiled when it seemed Musashi's gang was based on a similar belief as LG, at least it was nice to think about. However when he mentioned other gangs, Leon shook his head.
"I went to my old contacts first, and the only one's I've talked to are Apex. It was more political due to our mixed history. I also don't know for sure where Macht sits on anything."

"Apex? You mean the gang I heard was started by the former School Captain Austin I think it was. I thought that guy left or disappeared. Or something."
He hadn't heard that name in awhile. The last time he could remember seeing him was the time they all fought in the royal rumble to get the title of School Captain. He was jumped along with a weaker Macht and Shugo at the time. Wasn't really a fair fight, but hey. Rules are rules, and there was none against others working together. "I haven't even seen Macht since the rumble to decide who became the next School Captain. Hes nothing but a myth to me as if right now. Word has it that hes all fucked up an shit." |

Leon nodded to what Musashi was saying.
"It's more Austin I was interested in. Macht however showed up and assumed the leadership role of Apex while Austin was elsewhere. So it's up in the air with them as far as I know. That's why I need information. A gang controlled by the School Captain and some small has been gang returning means nothing. I need to jump right in and get started."

"Wow..... Well I never thought of Austin as the type to actually sign treaties or what not. At least that the impression I got from him. He came off as a real jerk, but maybe he's different now? That was a few months back the last time I saw him. So hopefully he is... I gotta say, I don't have the patience to deal with egos like that. But I'm assuming that is exactly what you are here to clear up?" He'd say asking politely. Obviously he had some relation to Austin so he was more than likely the one to have the answers he was looking for. He didn't want to come off as being rude, but he was just giving the former Pillar his honest opinion. |
