A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

[OOC: Assuming that usages and other post effects from the other event are still in effect, assuming that Sarah had debuff for 2 rounds (not counting the exit post) making this post three for her debuff, and the ring has one use from the other round making this use 2 for her ring anywhobody on with the post)

Sarah came in and she came in fast. She saw the demon beast and she saw the boy fighting him. Last she remembered she could wipe the floor with Soran based on what her contacts had shown her. So as she came in she made her way there as the beast launched a counter assault on Soran. Soran's attacks were faster than she could perceive at the moment but this guy... he was moving quite slow.
Sarah came in between them hard and fast from an angle that got her hit by Zoe's projectile, "Shit!" It stung but she knew that it was more due to her ring than anything else. Still, with the speed of the projectile and the speed of Sarah the two were en route faster than expected hopefully and Sarah came in time for that punch, which would be met with a slash from Buster with the edge aimed to hit the guy's arm. If that didn't connect, if he somehow dodged a follow up attack with the momentum would come around for the underside of his knees.
And once buster connected, the first time it did in those two swipes, Kaiser's qi would end. Then again, Sarah would be left with only her items for that duration.
"Gotcha!" Would be said the second a hit connected with him.
[OOC: Item notes:
Ring of the Red Sun (Use 2/4): Once per 10 int Sarah's item definitions change, any place where an item would effect the dexterity stat that change affects constitution. Any item which would read constitution changes now changes dexterity. The effect does not count as a temporary item boost as it does not boost stats and those items may still be performed on top of this, it merely temporarily redefines the item alterations given by items.
Buster of the Red Sun (only if successful) {Use 1/2} Upon striking someone with it's thick blunt edge, Buster negates all Qi effects on that person or being performed by that person. This rids of negative effects and positive effects of Qi alike. The effect persists 1 post per 20 int. Sarah can use this ability once for every 20 int she has. This effect cannot be put on multiple people simultaneously and Sarah is unable to perform Qi while this effect is going. Hitting purely with the large surface area flat back and front of the Buster does nothing but blunt damage. Clothes/armour do not prevent this effect, but blocking with weapons of any kind or gauntlets/greaves does.
Chocobo Cookie: This is by far the best tasting cookie you've ever eaten, but you can't help but wonder... Is it made out of a real chocobo? +15 DEX CON for One Post.

Captain.. The words Ruby said earlier had resounded in Lexington's head and he played with it a little. "Hmm, im going to have to use one against the other.." Lexington said to himself. He figured if they were on a team seperate from Shugo's side then these two would probably stick together if Musashi said so. Lexington raised his fists up and began to walk towards his left in a wide circle, slowly making his way toward Musashi and Ruby, then he stopped and addressed Ruby "Stay out of this girl, you don't want to get hurt" next he immediately began a quick sprint. A nice burst from a stand still position that would bring him in position to close in on Musashi. "Teammates always getting into a scuffle on the field, now lets see that arm!!" Lexington shouted as he charged up to Musashi and kept his fists at chest level. When Lexington got about four feet away from Musashi, he immediately hit the brakes and stopped in his tracks then his left arm shot out to grab Musashi's right wrist. If Lexington was successful, he would pull Musashi in quick and with force trying to test out Musashi's arm and follow up with a quick left punch to the gut. Then Lexington would jump back and crouch down to get low, showing off his powerful calves meaning he was ready to pounce.

Hearing the sound of Yvette's voice, Kazuya would turn his head slightly in the direction her voice came from, sighing internally. Just because he asked her to stay back, didn't mean she would follow his request. Oh well, not that he could stop her, even if he tried. While the blond guy kept the guy with black hair occupied... or rather, just kicked him in the back to get his attention, Yvette speaking up to the black-haired guy, staying relatively unnoticed for the moment, Kazuya would move to get to the black-haired guy's side, before taking off with a quick burst of speed and aim to slam his fist straight down into the back of the guy's head, hopefully knocking him to the ground.

Amidst all of the chaos, there would be a man in a nearby cafe that overlooked the entire street where the fighting was taking place. While this wasn't an unusual sight by any means, it was something of interest to anyone who happened to look, as he was the singular pedestrian in the area who hadn't run yet. In fact, he was sitting there in the cafe, reading a newspaper and smoking a cigarette, his half eaten pastry on his plate. Occasionally, he'd glance up at the TV.
"...Wonder why everyone thinks Adam Sandler is such a bad actor." He muttered, before looking back at his newspaper.
There was a sheathed katana leaning on his chair. The man looked as though he paid no mind to the demon made of blood fighting against all of the crazy anime heroes just right outside the cafe.

☻ I WONT FAIL TO PROTECT YOU  ❝ As the bright light met the corner of her eyes, something would snap through Zoe. Her hair would rise slightly as electricity coursed through her. She'd quickly activate her phone as the electrical barrier shot out. The barrier barely managed to appear in time to stop the blast of electricity. Zoe could feel the heat from the enemies attack. She had gotten really close to being fried. Gulping, she frowned. Glancing towards the direction it came from, Zoe would look at the ones in her view. The only one who wasn't busy talking to Lex and facing away from her or in combat was Jacket. She'd narrow her eyes. Damnit. Zoe hadn't wanted to attack Jacket, but if she was willing to fire off her own blows... Then Zoe had no reason to go easy on her.
She'd quickly raise both her hands, flicking the bracelet on one to shoot out her electrical qi energy from the bracelet at Jacket- then she'd follow it up immediately by preparing to snap her fingers. She'd watch Jacket intently, waiting to see what would happened.
Electrical Bracelet [2/4]
By inserting a charged power core into the bracelet, Zoe can now unleash a projectile electrical charge to her intended target that does 100% INT Damage onto them. She can release 1 charge per 20 INT.
Electric Slide [1/5]
For one post per 15 INT, Zoe can electrically charge her body to provide a INT Boost of +30. However, afterwards, her CON goes down -15 due to the strain of using the ability that lasts one post per every post the power was used in.
Charged Smart Phone [1/4]
By unleashing the charged energy in the phone, Zoe can create a charged field of electricity around her for one post per 20 INT. The field of electricity can stop attacks in their place by zapping them with the electrical field. If someone attempts to physically attack by running through the field, they will have their attacks reflected by the electricity. The field's con is equal to Zoe's INT. By doing this, Zoe can create a barrier of electricity to protect her. The phone does not shock her due to specialized gloves worn during it's usage. Normally, the field is only small enough to protect just herself, but she can extend it's range to allow for a protective barrier at ½ of her INT to protect one other person.

Macht knew what was coming, and he wasn't going to let Shugo get away from it. As Shugo tried to rip the arm free, Macht would rotate his wrist and grab at one of Shugo's forearms to keep a hold on him just long enough for the Reaver to be released. Shugo's foot would connect with Macht's chest, and his eyes would begin to glow for a half-second before all of the stored up energy within his body would fire outward, Shugo taking the brunt of it. At the same time, Macht would release his forearm so that he would be sent flying into a nearby parking garage, and hopefully through a wall or car.
"Get up."
Macht's prosthetic arm would begin to rev up once again, the gears and pistons beginning to activate as he approached.
//Items Used: Steel Arm of the Behemoth: Macht can use the full value of his str with his prosthetic arm at all times.
Reaver Tattoo: Upon receiving any attack from an opponent, Macht gains a Reaver stack. Reaver stacks store 1/2 the strength of the blow that damaged them.  Shit... that doesn't look good. Macht's eyes flashed red for a second. I prepared myself for the worse immediately. My dog tags shined out blue as I felt the energy Macht unleashed wrap around my body thrusting me backwards. Luckily due to the tags, I was able to keep a cool head about all of this. As I was sent flying towards the car, I twisted my body to face. Slamming my right fist down on the top of the car, I would use it to propel me upwards narrowly dodging my body from slamming into the car. Instead I was thrown upwards and sent spiraling before I landed on the roof of another car. I sat up and looked over at Macht, the metal on my gauntlets beginning to chip and crack. "Macht. We can end this without destroying each other. We worked together against the Ghoul. We can work together again. We do not need Riot." @ tag

Ruby would get in a stance, keeping her eye on Lexington. She wouldn't try to dish out any attacks on him, for now she was just going to stay in defense and wait for orders--if Musashi even decided to give her any. She would be eyeing her opponent like a hawk, making sure to turn with his movements so as to not be taken advantage of and attacked from behind. Yeah, she could see what he was doing..

sarah was here. thank goodness her SOS reached her in time. they needed the extra help, especially with shugo so far away. she was worried about him though - the school captain had practically punched them out of the thread.
jacket wasn't sure how the younger girl saw her attack coming when she was busy aiding kaiser, but she was definitely impressed. with her focus directly on zoe, she would easily put up her own barrier around herself by pressing the button on her bracelet without much movement. she would wince as her barrier was shattered and she took the remainder of the hit, taking a few steps back from the shock of the blast. this wasn't going to be easy..
zoe was on the wrong side of the fight though, and no matter how much she liked the smart girl, she knew that she wouldn't be reasoned with. smart people were a hell of a lot more stubborn than most people, herself included. so jacket would quickly retaliate with another infinite ring blast, aimed for zoe's chest again. if they kept this up, it would become a really boring and predictable fight fast. blast -> barrier -> blast -> barrier. repeat. sry guys.

(OOC: Due to constant harassment and a lot of things I really don't agree with being done in this event, I'm going to start running it more like a GM rather than a player when it comes to certain things. This will be the only warning on that. If you have any issues with the event, you take it up with me, and privately. I will not take complaints to other staff seriously as this is an event I am running. Note that if you aren't in the GM post, it's because you're fighting other players and only have to interact with their posts. They will still count towards the total event reward you receive in the end. Official Verbal from beforeMap of most player's positions in the previous round. May be an updated one soon enough.) Somehow, through what must have been nothing short of a miracle, Soran managed to get away from Kaiser's attack. Sarah's sword would come down, striking Kaiser's arm, and his blood armor would crack as pain shot through his arm. He quickly jumped back a safe distance, the blood shell around him crackling and falling to the floor until he looked human again. Looking down at his arm where she had slashed, as well as where Soran cut him, he noticed he was actually bleeding despite the armor mitigating most of the damage, his natural control over his blood not kicking in. One of them must've hit him with something that negated his power, but what... was it that giant sword Sarah had swung? He didn't feel the blood begin to dissipate until she hit him. Interesting...The students of 552 had some rather curious powers. And if they could band together against Orochi, it almost assured him they could win against a force that was powerful enough to crush either group separately. But they were stubborn, hiding their stupidity behind their so-called heroics. They could end Riot today, and meet with certain doom in the future, or they could accept their help and take down the Snakes. Kaiser was sure that in the event of an alliance, 552 would attempt to dispose of him after Orochi was gone, they certainly had the power to do so. But he refused to die. He wanted to retire to a peaceful life with Zoe. It was then that he saw Soran move out of the corner of his eyes, away from them. His eyes widened as he saw the intended target, and rage instantly fueled him. He would run as quickly as he could, ignoring everything else as he traveled. While Soran was distracted with Zoe, Kaiser would come up from behind, grab him from the back of the head, and attempt to slam his head into the ground. Hard, and repeatedly. "DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!" |

Sarah's attention turned with them as Soran was going after Zoe, her eye catching what was going on. She took off with blinding speed for Zoe as well, nobody went after Jacket, NOBODY. Sarah's ring activated as she would go in blinding speed, bringing buster around in an arc as she would pass Soran dealing with Kaiser, he could get one of them but he wouldn't be able to get both of them, and this left Sarah open to strike Zoe.
Sarah would combo hit with the intent to knock her out and get her out of the way. A downward vertical arc aimed for her shoulder, hit or miss she'd follow up with a horizontal spinning slash, bringing the sword around with the movements. Jacket was her friend, she knew how weak Jacket was and attacks that she could handle might kill that girl, she wasn't about to let someone so young as Zoe put that blood on her hands, nor let her hurt Jacket.

"Huh blue haired boy?" Dan mumbled as he pulled out the red spikes out of his face. Dan scanned around pretty confused as he didn't understand the situation after all he just came out of his place of work and it was a like a riot outside.
Dan kept mumbling a bunch of things under his breath as he scanned like "this is going to effect the business" and the like he stopped mid mumble as he finally found said blue boy. it was HIM the devious Saron fight a man(?) with a... sword?!? he was breaking the law again! oh dont forget about me motorcycle lady was there also.
Dan ran over to their location as per musashis orders, ah but alas it seemed miscreant Saron was aboot to get slammed and there was nothing Dan could do even if he wanted to.

The man's pastry would be finished, and he would stand up from his table, grabbing his sword by the sheathe. In no particular hurry, he would slowly walk outside of the cafe and into the destruction outside. His shoes would crunch broken glass beneath him as he looked around, cigarette in his mouth. Black eyes would scan the area, taking in the faces and potential combat capabilities of everyone in the area. Only a couple people really stood out to him, but not much. Though it seemed they were skilled enough to give Kaiser of all people a hard time... especially making him lose his cool like that.
"Hmph..." He reached down, pulling out his phone, having received Kaiser's call earlier. He would hit the "1" speed dial on his phone before bringing it to his ear. "Felix..." He began slowly, keeping his eyes trained on the happenings around Kaiser, seeing how the Riot Elite would handle the situation. "...I finally watched Click."

Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick.Aaron lowered his right arm, chewing his bottom lip. In his hand was a cup of coffee from the small shop up the road, it's sweet aroma and flavor coaxing it's way through his senses. He leaned against the roof of his Chevelle, looking down the road toward city, he scanned over the heads of the people who were standing at the window of an electronics store. He couldn't see his siblings anywhere. They had gone for a long walk, and told him they would meet him there as soon as they were able. They always left the house in pairs, now- either Aaron was with them, they were with each other or Arturus was guiding them along. Still...no sign. They were over twenty minutes late. He reached up and grabbed the tray of cups, shuffling his grasp to hold them as he started walking toward the center. He noticed that the crowd had grown outside the electronics store, past what it had been moments ago. There, on the news, were several people fighting. They were talking and...it was downtown. Macht was there. Shugo- all the pillars, it seemed. The man they were talking to was....Riot. He dropped all three coffees. "Hey Asshole, what's the big-!?" He didn't hear him. He was running back up the street toward his car, flinging open the door and firing it up. His 396 roared to life, back tires squealing as he flipped around, flying down the road at ninety miles an hour. He flipped a corner and grabbed the highway, blowing through the stop light at the on ramp and blasting onto the highway at full throttle. ' Faster.....faster!' ****************************************** Aaron shut the door to his car, coming around the corner with his hands in his pockets. Across the street, a girl sat in a window, a man came walking out and made a call...and those in the center seemed intent to destroy or kill one another. Aaron didn't focus on them- there was a big dog that was un-accounted for. The School Captain. His eyes went to where he was standing before, trailing off down the Alley and seeing the areas of scuffles and the crater of destruction outside a parking garage. He heard destruction inside, and after casting a glance at the Riot member, would start walking in that direction. ' They can handle it...I have to find my brother and sister, and Shugo...Allen said they were friends. Maybe he knows.' They were here- they were fighting this battle somewhere. Allen wouldn't be able to help himself if he saw someone in trouble...He would start jogging, need spurring him onward. OOC: Figure I'll join next round, assuming this continues

"You don't have what it takes," Macht began, slamming his prosthetic hand into the hood of a nearby smartcar. He would begin to pull it with him as he walked. "You heroes lack the conviction to do what is necessary. You refuse to side with Riot, and yet you're willing to stoop to their level - you're willing to murder a man who's trying to help us in cold blood you fucking hypocrite!" With a roar, Macht would rotate his body to the right, and launch the smart car in Shugo's direction. It would fly with incredible speed, and Macht's goal was to cause the man to get up and fight. If it crushed him, that would just be a bonus.

Relentless Animosity: (God Item. Cannot be upgraded. Cannot be traded.) +5 Str +5 Con. Despite losing his arm and leg to the Ghoul, the energy from its attacks found a home inside Macht's blood stream. With this dark energy inside of him, Macht has grown a degree stronger, and at times, this energy can take a hold of him - turning him bloodthirsty, while also giving him greater strength. One post per 10 int Macht can treat attacks made with his prosthetics as having +25 str. 1/4 used.
