A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

 Amidst all the chaos and commotion, a lone figure dressed in a black hoodie with the hood up, could just barely be seen standing at the entrance of a nearby alleyway. His arms casually folded across his chest, Kazuya would watch the various brawls occur through narrowed eyes, thought among all the fighting, one particular person would catch his attention. His eyes widening seeing a familiar face, without a moments hesitation, he would dart out of the alleyway and onto the street.
Despite only knowing her as an acquaintance and there was no benefit in saving her for himself, Kazuya was still determined to get her out of there. Getting a running start, a burst of speed would soon kick in, as he would quickly make his way through the crowd. Once he reached Yvette, he would see Soran fighting against Kaiser, a slight smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
["... Yeah, he got 'em."]
Quickly crouching down, he would then scoop her up in his arms, ignoring Kaiser completely, instead focusing on getting Yvette out of here, as he would get as far away from the area and as quickly as he possibly could. Once he was far enough away, he would slowly lower Yvette to the ground, letting her lean against him for support and regain her balance. As soon as she was steady on her feet, he would step away from her.
"... Yvette, stay here alright? I'm going back to help the others."
And unless he was stopped, quickly whirling around, he would take off back in the direction of the fight, to go and help another familiar face... Christa.

Dan was working away in the Cafe as he usually did around this time, making his boss subordinate relationship with the paw weird. pretty ignorant on what was starting up right out side of the store, until a blaring alarm sound started bugging the heck out of the animals. while Dan was quietly making a souffle with all his attention being poured into this single task. gently gently Dan was placing the final decoration on top of the souffle then GRIZZ CAME IN YELLING ABOOT GETTING THE ANIMALS DOWN INTO THE BUNKER!... dans souffle fell flat, holding back his rage NOT slapping grizz in the face he went out the front door to see what the heck was going on still wearing his apron and chefs hat over his crown.
when he looked out there was a bunch of people making a hooplah, things seemed pretty tense. dan scanned the group until... White hair and witch cloack with a black haired man with a samurai name that wasnt a samurai... It was Rocky and Mu and some guy was throwing a Red foot ball Straight at them!
Dan dashed out to intercept it good gosh the they were so close... but it didnt seem that dan had enough time to catch it so Dan got in front of them crossing his arms to protect himself, Rocky and Mu from this "football" which in hindsight was pretty dramatic but dan wasnt going to let his friends get hurt dang it.
The foot ball exploded in front of Dan sending blood spikes shooting out at Dan whom was blocking it from Mu and rocky. Dan would exclaim "what duh gahh" as blood spikes pierce Dan skin.

Saya sat in a window, legs handing out. She was three stories up, her hood pulled over her head. She was watching as the fight broke out. The Yuy's, of course, were there. A red head. Kaiser and some allies of his own. The second pillar- interesting that he decided to side with his enemy. And Macht, who also decided to battle with Shugo. Intriguing that so much should be divided, even among the pillars.
When she was First Pillar, that never happened, though each of them mostly did their own thing. Still, inside that, they helped each other when needed and always stood on the same side against threats to the school. Perhaps Riot's Elites were correct in doing what they had to in order to break 552's spirit. With what was coming....well, there was a reason she joined up.
Her feet dangled over the edge lightly as she watched, in place per her orders. If she was given them, woo hoo. If not...well, all the better for 552.

Once Shugo tightened his grip around Macht's prosthetic, he would hear the gears begin to grind and the pistons begin to work harder and faster than before. Now reinforced, the crush would be partially resisted, and as he struck at the elbow he would find it was much stronger than before. It would budge, causing the arm to straighten out, but it would not hinder Macht's grip in the slightest.
With a firm grip on Shugo's chest, Macht would lift him with the prosthetic arm not even a foot off the ground, before slamming him down on the asphalt once again, as hard as he could. From there, he would twist to the left, and slam a hard right haymaker for his face.
// NOTE: Macht's left arm is the prosthetic, but I just assumed your actions would be flipped anyway. If not, lemme know and I'll let you edit before I do.
Items Used: Steel Arm of the Behemoth: Macht can use the full value of his Str with his prosthetic arm at all times.
Starke Family Pendant: Once per 15 int, the user can absorb half the force of an attack (up to their int) and add it to their con for the round.
Force of Attack: 75/2 = 37.5, rounded down = 37
Total Con: 55+37 = 92, applies after wrist grab.

Reaver Tattoo: Upon receiving any attack from an opponent, Macht gains a Reaver stack. Reaver stacks store 1/2 the strength of the blow that damaged them. Upon reaching three stacks, all the stored strength is sent outward in a shockwave. Does not stack with user's strength. One use per 20 int.

Steel Leg of the Behemoth: Every post that the user makes movement, they gain one (1) Behemoth Stack. Every time the user is struck by an opponent, they gain five (5) Behemoth Stacks. Every time the user strikes an opponent, they gain seven (7) Behemoth Stacks. Each stack is a storage of static energy. At 100 Behemoth Stacks, the user releases all of them on their next strike, dealing chaining damage equal to 150% of their int to up to three people. Does not differentiate allies and enemies. Can be used a total of three times per thread.

Yvette stared at the man who had just spoken to her. Before you get hurt? That was comforting. She almost wanted to tell him something along the lines of 'What do you think I was trying to do?'. Almost. Trying to free herself form her overwhelming panic she watched the man attack with his own blood. Which didn't help her at all, in fact she felt more panic well up in her throat. While keeping herself from screaming she heard footsteps rushing towards her. Turning abruptly she turned and shrunk away from the noise. Shutting her eyes she waited for some sort of aggressive impact, but it never came. Instead she was picked up and her eyes snapped back open, and her gaze landed upon the face of Kazuya. Completely stunned she clung to him trying to make sense of what was going on. She watched the fighting even as it grew to be further away and then she found herself being put down. Instantly she dropped her grip on him and retracted her hands. Slowly coming out of her shock she realized clinging to a guys she barely knows is probably not the best idea. Steadying herself she looked up at him wondering where he came from, but chose not to ask. He spoke and she nodded but as she watched him go a puzzled look washed over her face. Then she softly muttered herself, looking at the mass of people.

☻ I WONT FAIL TO PROTECT YOU  ❝ Zoe would narrow her eyes as Soran managed to avoid her zap. He wasn't as bad as she originally thought. When he suddenly became a blur, dashing at Kaiser, Zoe could barely make him out as anything other than a blue streak. However, she'd take advantage of him attacking Kaiser. He was closer to her now, and he had his hands full with Kaiser. Zoe would raise her fingers and snap them as another bolt of electricity was flung out at Soran as he attacked Kaiser and was jumping back. Zoe would calculate where he was going to be able to land and aim for that spot. If Kaiser did manage to counterattack, she'd aim for where ever Soran was moving to avoid or parry the blow. Over all, Zoe was relying on the fact that Soran was focused on Kaiser right now.
Electric Boogie [1/8]
Zoe is capable of releasing an electrical shock from her fingers by channeling electricity from her charged cellphone. This can be released as a projectile that does ½ of her current INT Damage.

"Shit again with those spike things!"
The Hattori spoke aloud as he attempted to take cover from what the guy covered in blood was about to do. He didn't want to fight Lex because of the relationship that they had between one another. They weren't the best of friends, but they were both on the football team together and they had a mutual understanding between them, but right now he knew that he was on the wrong side. The giant had made his choice and now Musashi was going to make his. For this battle they were going to have to become temporary enemies. He knew it was going to be tough trying to get to him as the murderer would be covering for him, and as much as he just wanted to charge in and help he had no ideas where the guys strength lied.
All he could do was wait for the blue haired boy to finally make his move on him. For a moment he worried that the attacked by the lightning girl would be problematic, but apparently he was just as skilled as anyone he'd had ever seen and wouldn't have an issue getting by the projectile. "This is our chance." He'd say to Ruby as he prepared to cut up the spikes by grabbing ahold of his Twin Amaterasu swords, but before he would even get the chanced a huge eclipse shadowed over he and Ruby. "Captain Canada! Boy am I glad to see you." The Hattori spoke aloud with a grin on his face. Normally he would be worried for a person taking such hits for him, but he knew Dan wasn't just any normal guy. "Didn't expect to see you here, I really appreciate the cover." He'd say crouching behind the big guy until the spikes dispersed.
"Sorry to be leaving so suddenly, but I and Ruby have got to stop Lex from helping about the steroided School Captain. I'm going to need you to probably help out that blue haired guy.... Got it! Good!"
He spoke rhetorically to his good friend Dan before looking back at Ruby and giving her a nod to follow behind him toward Lex. "Lex!! I Cant let you go over there with Shugo. Not until you get by us!" He spoke loudly trying to get his attention. "I know you don't wanna hurt us, and we don't want to hurt you, but I cant let you aid a murderer... Well an alleged murder." He'd say pressing the Red Star on his right shoulder. Red Qi energy would begin to surround the Hattori's right arm before slowly covering it in titanium steel. "The choice is yours, but were not letting you get any closer than you already are. Your fight is with us."

I had to get stronger... As Macht attempted to pick me up, I would grab a hold of his arm with my other hand and keep his arm down as I pulled it off of me. From there, I would lift my left foot up to shoot a kick at his chest in an attempt to push him away. I wanted to put some distance between the two of us. I could feel my body shaking. This wasn't good. A fight between me and Macht would... god damn. We could kill each other with the amount of strength that we had. I didn't know how many people would get caught up in it. "Macht! We have to call this off! You can see out there we have plenty of people who will stand and fight by us! We have good people at 552! Whatever threats show up! We can handle it together Macht! We don't have to rely on Riot! You know if we keep fighting, countless people will get caught in the crossfire! Good people will get hurt!" @ tag

when jacket had moved a few feet back, she would keep her eyes on soran and crew, knowing that shugo would want his brother to walk out of this alive. with kaiser's strengths read, she would turn to zoe, scanning her. the girl's build was considerably similar to her own, which was a small relief. but when zoe snapped her fingers and lightning came out, jacket knew she had to act quickly.
if soran could wasn't able to dodge the the bolt that zoe sent to him since he was busy with kaiser, jacket would quickly press the number 1 button on the bracelet on her wrist hidden under her sleeve. a pink bubble would form around soran, shielding him from the attack.
her hands barely moving, she would tilt her right hand forward slightly, sending her own blast of qi electricity speeding at zoe, aiming for her chest.

Gray Coloured Contact Lenses: Jacket's Eyes have enchanted contact gray contact lenses that allow her to perceive an opponents strength, dexterity, and constitution in relation to her own (a rough estimate of how much stronger/weaker, slower/faster, tougher/frailer they are in relation to her). 1 post per 5 INT. (2/20 - used on kaiser, and zoe)
Silver Band Calculator Bracelet: For 1 post per 20 INT, the user is able to project a bubble shield around themselves or another person, with the shield's CON being equal to the user's INT. This is to help protect the user or another person from an attack that could otherwise seriously harm them. Alternatively the shield can be used on the user and another player at 1/2 the user's INT. (1/5 - if soran cant ollie outta the way)
Infinite Ring: Allows the user to perform a burst attack of electrical energy. Attack does 100% INT Damage. 1 per 20 INT (1/5)

Ruby was just about to jump to the side to avoid the spikes when instead, Dan got in the way and took the blow for them. "D-Dan!" Ruby exclaimed from shock, unsure of whether it was because he'd just taken a blow for them, or for the fact he'd even shown up in the first place. However, Musashi would quickly remind her of who it was they were fighting, and she'd turn her attention back to Lexington. Her leader did all of the talking, and she would take out her own weapon... which was much more simple and plain in comparison to everything else everyone around her had. She'd make a mental note to get a better sword or even something else later, it would be useful in times like these.
As Musashi was preparing himself, the girl would quickly tie her hair in a ponytail, knowing this fight was serious and not something to be messing around with. She didn't need her hair falling everywhere in front of her face and blocking her field of view, such a thing could cost her her life. However, one thing worried her: Lexington didn't have a weapon. She knew she wasn't too good with hand-to-hand combat, and with a sword she'd only be slightly better. If he'd had a weapon, she probably could have defended herself easily, but she knew how battle was, and this wasn't likely the case. She'd mumble something and look over to Musashi, giving a double-take at his arm that seemed to have transformed. This fight was serious, she knew it.
The girl would take a few steps back from them, a firm grasp on the grip of her sword, and she'd stand by patiently. Musashi still seemed to be talking to Lexington, and she doubted Lexington would make any changes in his plan, but even still, she wanted to not deal the first blow. However, when he came at the two of them, she would be fully prepared for what she believed to be anything.

Bianca was in her room in the school dorms, laying on her bed and watching the small TV in her room when she saw the sudden news announcement. Something huge was going on in the city, and it was on practically every channel, no matter how much she cycled through them.
She was about to turn off her TV, sighing because of how bored she was, when she saw something that made her eyes widen. She jumped out of her bed and got closer to the TV. A man had been killed in Times Square... by Riot? There was two people on the TV that she recognized... Mikey, and her brother, Nero. There was no doubt about it. Sirynn had told Bianca he was still alive, and here he was, covered in his own blood as expected. His hair though... that was different.
"Nero... you're alive, you son of a bitch... what are you up to?"
Bianca saw that he was getting involved in something bad, it looked like a lot of fighting was going on. And she wasn't going to lose her brother yet again. She quickly got up, got dressed, and ran out the door quickly.

I backed up into the cluster of people in my group. I'd be save here. It was then that Jacket was aiming for Zoe. I needed to do something or else, she would get hit. I went in front of her by a foot or so and did a defensive position.
"Time to Strategize."
If it hit me...It would give me a reason to destroy the dear emerald that Shugo works so hard to protect.

Ike would charge at Alex from behind. Ike was confused why Alex would be backing up. However he then would turn around to see that Alex was heading into the Green-ette and Electric Blonde's fight.

Ike would stay behind Alex and kick the lower back in the middle with the right foot.
"Come on now... Let's not be rude and bait people to hit you..."
The foot would at least stop Alex from going any further back into the fight. Ike would then turn to the new girl who just turned up.
"Yo!! Aren't you a Titan?? Wanna help me break some sense into your unstable member here??"

(OOC: IMPORTANT! So no one is confused about positioning in relation to the Mikey event, or where Macht and Shugo are in relation to the others, here's a map Brandon drew: Right hurrrrIf needed, I can get up a map showing where I imagine everyone to be position-wise in this thread later on.) Dan and those around himDan's efforts would save everyone from being struck by the blood spike explosion, and he would be injured in the process. However, he was sturdy enough to survive this without being completely out. His teammates were free to fight without injury. Kazuya and YvetteKazuya would manage to pull Yvette to safety successfully. He and Christa were now together, and Yvette was free to try to help, or to remain in safety. Everyone elseY'all fighting each other, or you're safe right now. SoranKaiser smirked as Soran charged forward, finally ready to fight. So the kid had some spunk after all, at least it wouldn't be completely boring. He was moving at a much faster speed than Kaiser would've imagined, but it wasn't enough for Kaiser's eyes to not keep up. Kaiser would return Soran's charge by moving forward himself, although his speed was slowing down more than normal. His left fist would come up in a powerful haymaker, with far more force than before. His eyes caught a glimpse of that pink bubble that formed around Soran, and while Kaiser was weary of it, he would utilize his full strength here... and his fist would shatter the shield, going through with the same force and right for Soran's ribs as his blade would now come down on Kaiser's right shoulder, only to meet a layer of blood that protected his body. Pain would surge through his shoulder and arm, but it wasn't nearly enough to shatter it with his increased defenses. The attack was more than enough to shatter Soran's ribs, as well as deal significant damage to the boy, potentially rendering him out of the fight completely as Kaiser struck him virtually simultaneously. If it wasn't enough, Soran would be hit right into Zoe's projectile, and Kaiser would be sure to slam Soran down onto the ground as hard as he could immediately afterwards. He was going to ensure Yuy was going down ASAP. (Tier 1 - Bloodline Rebellion (Passive): Kaiser is able to control his blood flow. Meaning if he takes damage that would leave him bleeding or even without a limb, he is able to stop himself from bleeding out. Also pushes dehabilitating toxins out of his system, such as alcohol. 1 post per 5 INT, and only while he is bleeding (i.e. a blood blade, or open wound). A requirement to use his Qi. (3/10 used) Tier 4 - Blood of the Beast: Kaiser's blood forms a protective shell around his body, giving him the appearance of a beast made entirely of blood. 1 post per 20 INT, grants +48 CON, -20 DEX. Can only be used when Bloodline Rebellion is active. (1/2 used) Tier 5 - Wrath of the King: Blood wings sprout from Kaiser's back and his appearance becomes even more demonic. 1 post per 25 INT, grants +60 STR, -25 DEX (1/2 used) Stats this round: STR: 110 | DEX: 25 | CON: 85 | WIS: 58 | INT: 50) |

Yvette looked at the fight and guilt crush down onto her like 2 ton weight. She had to do something. Thinking back to when Kazuya had told her to stay she only nodded, she didn't exactly say she was going to do as he said. Internally cursing herself every step of the way she ran back to the fight and that was when a blonde boy spoke to her. Glancing over to him she took a step closer, she figured she was in the middle of a fight she would manage to find out who she was against eventually. She perked up a little when she heard the word Titan. Unstable member? Sweeping over the area she made out faces for the first time. Spotting a small group of people she had seen at the Titan gathering she guessed she had a legitimate reason to get involved. To her it seemed like all of the Titans present were together, except for one. She looked upon the rather tall black haired boy that she had seen comfort Yukine back at the training session. Giving the blonde haired boy that had spoken to her a quick nod she thought if one of her group members was being ridiculous she might as well help straighten them out. She spoke up directing her words to the black haired boy she figured the blonde was talking about.
"Hi I'm Yvette, I don't know if I properly introduced myself back when the Titans met up. Now it seems at though you are making some rash decisions, could you possibly stop doing that?"
She planted her feet into a defensive position as she calmly spoke to the black haired boy. Thinking of the likely hood she was going to get some sort of injury today she grimaced to herself. She really didn't want to go back to the hospital but apparently lady luck had decided to say 'Screw you' and throw Yvette into the most dangerous situation the damned dame could muster up. |
