A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

I put a hand on Valo's shoulder smirking. I was defending my brother in a courtroom case after some devilishly handsome Pillar had singlehandedly caught him red-handedly peeping in the girl's locker room. Oh wait. That was me. It brought a smile to face to bring justice to such evil perverse people. But in the end, I knew Valo was a victim of circumstance. It wasn't his fault that he was an evil, filthy pervert. No I blamed this school... and South Park. That show corrupted the minds of the youth.
I stood in the exact replica of the Judge Judy courtroom. The only difference in the room was that the Judge's table had been elongated to to compensate for all of the teachers who would be taking part as judges in this thread. Did I just say thread? I meant case. Somehow in the half hour that I had caught Valo and Arose had set all of this up, I changed into a very nice dark black suit, with a maroon vest, white shirt, and dark navy blue almost black tie. I also wore a pair of nice dress shoes. I stacked the papers in front of me nicely. I had all the information I needed about Valo in these blank sheets of papers that I had been pretending were notes.

Aaron sat behind the table. His eyes were on the people in the room, scanning and questioning them with his gaze. He knew the charges, and he was familiar with Valo's case file. It was interesting that the one who caught him was also the one trying to save him, which caused Aaron to pause in his prejudgements. Still, he knew what happened with Allen and he would be forced to pull more in his direction.
Family did that for one another, after all.
He folded his arms in his lap, cocking an eyebrow at Shugo's suit but saying nothing of it. He was apparently severely under dressed. He wore a large blue sweater, sleeves pushed up, and black sweatpants. Nothing fancy- shit, today was his day off!
He would definitely be holding a grudge against this Valo for that one.

Bee was sitting along the first row. As a witness.
...and, well, a victim.
She had her fingers fisted in her skirt, her hair still somewhat wet. This...this was uncomfortable. Swallowing, the brunette looked up after a few minutes, right across and over to Aaron. Naturally, her eyes were wide with nerves openly displayed, just like every other emotion she normally had.
'Reassurance, please, Aaron..?'
She'd never been involved in a trial before!
In fact, she felt a little bit sick from the nerves. She tucked her feet beneath the chair a little more, legs pressing together firmly before she exhaled and relaxed a little, though her body didn't move from its spot.

☻ I WONT FAIL TO PROTECT CONVICT YOU  ❝ The doors to the gawky court room would slam open as Zoe walked in. The small four foot eleven girl was wearing a suit and matching tie with a clean white blouse beneath. She was here to play ball! A grin would cross her face as she adjusted her tie while approaching the table assigned for the prosecution to sit at. She'd drop her case onto the table and look over at Shugo, beaming brightly as she waggled his fingers at her.
”Hi hoooo~” she'd hum. When Valo was lead in, she'd sit down and lean back in her chair, grinning while looking at Valo. She was full of smart person confidence. Zoe would wave at Valo, her smile still bright. ”Gooooood luck~!” |

Allen blinked at all the entrees as he sat down next to Phoebe. He would offer her a bagel with cream cheese, taking a deep breath. He too, was a witness- forced, but he was there. He had been holed up inside a locker room sniffing panties trying to hide from Aaron, who was pissed Allen had skipped out on their training session.
He hadn't even noticed when the girls came in, but he noticed when they started undressing.
SO.
Here he was. He plead out not guilty and was getting away scott free in return for throwing Valo under the bus. He wouldn't have even done that if Aaron hadn't forced him....he looked apologetically over there before facing forward.

Acting as the baliff for this trial, Kazuya would stand beside the judges bench er... table, his arms casually folded across his chest. For a baliff, he was asked to dress pretty well, he was in a suit and everything. Hell, he was even given a fake gun to carry... at least, he was sure it was fake. It certainly didn't look like any gun he'd ever seen. At least this job wasn't too much of a stretch for him, all he had to do was stand there and stay silent unless addressed by the judges, which was how he acted pretty much all the time.
That, and he could beat his twin up if he got out of control and caused an uproar, and have his kouhai all to himself. Ah the perks of being the one to stop anyone that disrupted the courtroom. |

How the hell did this happen?Valo asked himself that, thoroughly confused by all of this. A courtroom at school? For an honest mistake? This was a new one. But of course, he had the unfortunate luck of being the one to fall into this trap. He wasn't sure if it was a ploy to get him, or if he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He stood next to Shugo, a blank look like this on his face the entire time. This was seriously happening. And he was represented by Shugo of all people on top of it, which made no sense to him seeing as he was the one who 'caught' him, as well as was his brother. And where the hell did he find the time to change into a suit? The people against him were a plethora of faces, consisting of those he knew and those he didn't. Zoe seemed to be having a good time, and his heart sank because he knew this girl was smart, and she was bound to come up with some kind of crazy assault that guaranteed he'd be dug a grave... whatever the consequences of this would be. Soran seemed to be chilling, and Valo had no idea where he got the throne or the buff Canadian guy. And then there was Allen... The fuck? That guy was in there too!Salty by the fact that it was only him on trial, Valo couldn't help but think that everything was being set up against him. Arose put this together? Seriously?Valo's hands would be in front of him, positioned as if he was paying respect. While this looked completely normal, he would press a small button on his watch. To anyone else, this was a very subtle movement, and it was simple to play off as he was fidgety and needed something to ease his nervousness. In reality, he sent a SOS to Christa with that button, now more thankful than ever that he got an apprentice for his vigilante activities. The note that Christa would get on her phone is "DAWN PLS HALP I NEED U", but at least visually he looked a lot more calm. WORDS ● TAGGED ● NOTES |

But I really wonder if tacos sre better than pasta...... Deep in thought, Christa would spin around in her favorite chair in Valos robot mania room. Christa would practically fall off of her chair as all sorts of sirens and shit would go off. Looking at the screen in the room she'd see the words. "DAWN PLS HALP I NEED U" Huh... It's better than, "I got my foot stuck into a toilet" unless he did it again.... Oh lord.
Downloading the GPS location to her smartphone she would notiice him at the courthouse, Awh hell. This is the 5th time this week! Heading over to the armor stand she'd signal Jervais. "Yo, Valos in a bit of a situation and we have to break him out." To which she'd hear an audible, "Yes, Christa Total Babe." Sighing, she'd start gearing up, jump cutting to where she'd put on her shoes. Leather jacket. Respirator and swaggy hood.
"ALRIGHTY, now we just have to make a few stops. Like god am I hungry." Looking at the gadget wall, she'd grab a few from the wall. Including the net launcher MK II, a weird explosive charge, a small RC car equipped with a flash grenade. and a few other small gadgets. "Sweet now to uh... That hotdog place. You know the one Jervais." Flying out majestically with Jervais they'd head to the hot dog stand.

Arose was muthatruckin' napping when he heard about this shit. He was not pleased in the slightest when someone woke him because Valo was being a filthy disgusting pervert again. Luckily, Arose had been napping at the Judge's bench... table... thing. So the old man raised his head up.
"COUNSELOR'S APPROACH THE BENCH!"
He'd wait till Shugo, Zoe, and Soran approached the bench.
"Whoever gets struck with a dart gets to go first."
Arose threw a bunch of sunction cup darts at them.

Bee's chin jerked over to the Judge's bench and her eyes widened as another teacher sat up and addressed people to come forward.
...but...but wasn't that..? Aaron was the judge. And not that watching Suits made her an expert in law or the courtroom procedures...she was pretty sure only the judge could do that.
Still...
Phoebe shifted uncomfortably, picking at her button-up shirt. She didn't want to disturb the proceedings but...she really hoped this wouldn't turn into a gong show.

As Arose called us up to the bench in a sleepy, grumpy voice. I decided to amuse him and go up.
"Yes!"
I said removing the suction cup dart from my forehead. I was given the first go. This was going to be great.
"Relax buddy. It's in the bag. I have a rock solid defense for you."
I gave Valo a thumbs up and winked at him. Clearing my throat, I addressed the entire room. I stood up in front of everyone, fixing my tie.
"Ahem. Ladies and gentleman of the court. For my opening statement, I'd just like to say..."
I gave it a moment for a dramatic pause as I slowly walked along the front of the courtroom.
"Valo. Is a good person. That is all."
I sat down next to Valo and smirked as I nudged him with my elbow lightly and whispered.
"What do you think brother? I killed it right?"

Contrary to Phoebe's belief, Aaron was not in fact the head judge. He was a single judge among those here. The man who called them forward- Arose- he was the head arbitrator. They had said he wasn't allowed to be lead judge as his decisions might be a little......biased. He sighed and watched as Shugo was suctioned to the forehead, and when he gave his opening statement he blinked several times.
This kid....was pretty damn good.
Aaron's eyes narrowed and he leaned back in his seat, watching Shugo. He would be keeping his eyes on that one...

Allen frowned as well- not because Arose called them forward, but because Shugos opening statement was quite weird. Usually you gave a preface to your client, to what you planned to prove, and how miserable the opposition was for trying to slander the good name of the defense. Shugo, instead, gave the most simple statement possible. He would look at the prosecution.
He would blow a blood vessel if the prosecution stood and, for their opening statement said "Valo is NOT a good person."
Literally, he would die.

Shugo was so punch-able that even darts gravitated towards him! That was too unfair, but she'd hold her peace before returning to her table. As Shugo gave his opening statement, Zoe would gasp in terror. Where did he get a statement like that!? Since when was Shugo so intelligent!? They were in trouble if things kept going this way... Taking in a deep breath, Zoe would cough into a closed hand and stand. It was time for her trump card. She'd point dramatically at Shugo and begin speaking.
”Judge, I object to Shugo Yuy representing Valo Morei! Of course Yuy thinks Morei is a good person! He is his lover sir! Given the fact that Shugo is defending his lover and life partner, he cannot be trusted to give an unbiased version of the truth!”
