Shouyo stared at the poor guy just lifeless now, and humiliated probably. If he actually did have some influence his friends might come and find Shouyo to teach him a lesson, he sighed at the idea of these events occurring in the near future. He was dropped back into reality when Gabs would take her drink back and put her arm over his shoulder. He didn't have a problem with it but if possible he would like to avoid such contact with certain people, like herself. He sipped his drink as she "praised" Shouyo for his reflexes.
"You need to know a few tricks to survive, especially a school full of criminals. Besides I didn't want my money to go to waste."
He highly doubted she regretted pushing him into paying. If she can tread over an already beaten and humiliated guy she can push a narcoleptic student into buying her drinks. After a few moments she finally removed her arm and returned to her seat. Shouyo looked at the guy once more in pity before sitting back down. Hopefully someone will pick him up sooner or later.
"If I have to get something done, I'll get it done quick. The quicker I get it done, the more time I have to rest."
Shouyo blurted out those words as if it was already information she should've known. Isn't it a fact not to dilly dally and waste time on trivial matters when one could be blissfully at rest? In dream land where one doesn't have to deal with knuckleheads and loud mouths. It wasn't just the way Shouyo lived all his life, it was how he adapted to the world.

Gabriella would find it funny that he said he didn't want to waste his money and yet was doing exactly that on buying her drink. It as true that he had done it so as to avoid issue with her, but still a waste from his view. One swift blow to her arm and she would have been no trouble to him. Not that he could know that, unless he saw it happen, or was real good at putting thing together.
"And people call me uncaring." She would whisper to herself, in her drink so he couldn't here. She didn't care for those around her, cared only about the next binge of one her vices to escape pain, with the occasional thrown in playing people to her advantage, or watching them suffer. But to be uncaring to the point, the you completed anything in front of you just so you could sleep. That was a different sort, in her mind.
"Oh if you like getting thing done quick, do you want me to get drunk faster so you can leave?" She would ask, not really seriously before taking a gulp of her drink. It was likely that even if he did leave, she would turn around and start spending the pilfer cash from the morning in order to keep getting drunker.

A little motion came from Gabs lips, though not a sound could be heard. Maybe it was just his imagination or she happened to say something but the music and atmosphere blocked the sounds. But then again, he could hear her fine all this time. It was probably a remark at him. So Shouyo found it best to leave it at that and not ask any questions about it. Shouyo took a another sip at his drink while listening to her question. In his mind that would actually be quite ideal but there would be complications with that as well.
"Not really. If you get too drunk it'd be my obligation to take care of you right? I don't have to since it's not part of the deal but I feel you might get mad at me if I left you like that. Especially if you were too drunk to tell me your satisfied enough to let me go. Ideal situation is you let me leave now. I mean I'm sure you have enough cash right now to buy the whole bar right?"
A slight exaggeration but it was true. Who know's how much she's stolen from the students today? The two guys in the afternoon might have been petty change compared to the numbers she actually has. It wasn't often Shouyo went out and this "problem" of a day was probably good for him. But still he felt anxious around so many people.
"Ah also if that guy wakes up it'll be trouble right? I don't want to deal with him. What if he has friends? People lead to nothing but trouble. "

Gabriella would laugh at his concern of she might do if he left her alone and drunk. Seriously there had been very few times when that sort of outcome had annoyed her. "If you got me that drunk, I wouldn't care trust me." That was true, being drunk meant no pain. No pain meant she would be in a somewhat good mood. There had been a couple okay nights, where she got something out of that beyond the drink and liked it. Though it was true there had been a few when she didn't.
"Don't worry about him though, he has no friends. Heck he hits on me because he think loners should get along. Though he might still be piss about his face." Gabriella would drink, she wasn't surprised that Shou wanted to get away from her. She wasn't hiding her manipulative and violent nature at all around him.
"Fine you wanna go, go. People are nothing but trouble after all." She would casually if uncaring give him leave, she had gotten a couple free drik, and well she could just take 'lover boy bleedings' cash as well now before moving on somewhere else to get drunk. It was true, people were trouble, epically from his point of view. Her.
However deep down and she would never admit it, Gabriella wouldn't have minded if he stuck around. It felt odd to talk to someone as much as she had done so with him. Only Angel, another manipulated sap, and a teacher. In fact she probably spoke to her own family less then that.

When Shouyo mentioned Gabs being drunk, he knew she would be fine. But everyone around her might not. Some people are very different when their intoxicated. Some helpless, some more violent. There are many types of drunks out there after all, or so he's heard. It was true though, if he got her drunk he in a way did fulfill his end of the bargain, so why would anything after that matter. Oh maybe it was something called his subconscious reminding him of the obligations people have. But Shouyo lacked most empathy so he really didn't know why the thought of having to take care of her came to mind.
"Anyone would be if they got their face smashed."
Shouyo took the rest of his drink and downed it in one go. And was pretty surprised to hear Gabs answer. It was music to his ears, sweet sweet liberation. Shouyo immediately got up and straighten his tie. And with that made his way to the exit. Though when he nearly reached the exit he looked back at her and suddenly felt bad? Was this called guilt? It's not like he lacked human emotions but he hasn't interacted with people in so long it has been awhile. He turned around and went to the bar.
"Two whiskeys neat. And another pitcher of beer."
He proceeded to make his way back to the table and placed down the three drinks. He put the pitcher to the side and then handed a whiskey to her. While he was just about to take his seat again, a obviously drunk girl grabbed his arm and asked him for a drink. Without a answer Shouyo would place his hand on her face and push her away.
"Go away." He then turned to Gabs and then lifted his drink toward her.
"Loners should get along."

Gabriella wouldn't be surprised that once being told he could go, Shou got up and left to leave. Left alone, she would drink down the rest of her drink. She was about to stand, and rifle through the guy on the floors pockets. To see what he had money wise, when she would be shocked by a returning Shou. She would gladly accept the drink, and then watch as he pushed a girl away.
In response to his raising of the glass and words, Gabs would hold up her own. "Salud Saúde." She would say, giving him time to clink glasses if he desired and then knock the whiskey back without a pause. Depending on how much Shou knew of other languages. He might know, that Salud was a Spanish toast, while Saúde was Portuguese. The combination, was one that was used by her family as she was growing up. Taking into account her multi-ethnic family.
She didn't understand why he had come back, and his word were a flip on her own. "No because then how would we still be loners."Gabriella would reply slamming her glass down. "Ahh fuck it whatever." She would add with a sigh, putting on a face of not caring as normal. Though it was strange to have someone buy her a drink, through there own devices especially after she had got the first few by trickery.

With the accent and annunciation of the words Shouyo could sort of make out what language Gabs spoke but couldn't really translate the words. He merely clinked his glass and said "kanpai". He guessed whatever she meant had to mean 'cheers' or something along the lines considering they were clinking glasses. It was just a mere guess, so in return he would say the same but in Japanese. Not his native tongue per say but his father would teach and speak to him in Japanese at home. With that he took a big clean gulp of his whisky.
"Well solitary animals find their own families eventually."
Shouyo let out a small chuckle, a first in many months. He thought about his family. Their relationship, trust everything ruined just because of his mistakes. Then he had the gang, another family before PHS. He's lost both yet it didn't bother him, he liked it. The quiet company with himself.
"But I guess some are better off alone."
He drank the rest of his whiskey and poured himself a glass of beer from the pitcher. It was also rare for him to drink so much, on his own free will in fact. Who thought one girl could do something like that to him, maybe it was because he was so deep in thought.
"Ah but as of now our deal is done, so consider these your last free drinks."

Gabriella would take the pitcher and pour herself a drink as well after Shou. She agreed with his words, and its implication. Loners, may one day stop being loners. Other did not. Right now she thought that she would always be the form of the two, but she was smart enough to know that people change. Maybe one day she would, just not soon.
She would laugh at his confirmation that these would be the last of the free drink. "It more then I thought I would get a few seconds ago." She told him, she truly had not expect him to come back. In fact it was such a shock, she asked. "Plus why? I already said you can go."
Gabs, would light up a smoke, once again offering out to Shou. Settling in to her one handed drinking and smoking pose, leaning back into her seat.

Shouyo almost immediately downed a half a glass of beer and wiped his mouth gently with a piece of napkin. She was right though, what made him come back? Was it social obligation? Or did he feel bad? For some good reason Shouyo realized if he mentioned he pitied her for being alone at a bar he would get a chair thrown at him. He can imagine most people shouting 'I don't need your pity!' Always in check of their pride first. But who knows, he pondered the question for a few more minutes before coming up with an answer.
"Something told me if I left I would have this eerie feeling on my back all day."
Which basically meant, 'I don't want this feeling of guilt unconsciously keep me up all night.' He was willing to stay a little longer if it meant he can sleep easier in the night. Naps are always comprisable but night time deep sleep came only once a day and he really couldn't waste any minutes in that.
"You seemed a lil pissed when you first said I could go. I don't know, I could use the fresh air I guess."
Shouyo took another cig while thanking her and lit it up right away, blowing smoke downward while grabbing his drink. The words fresh air was laughable. This air was filled with sweaty teens, dead skin cells, bacteria and of course cigarette smoke.
"Did you really want me to leave?"

Shou would indeed be right. Had he used those words of pity. He would have gotten a pitcher to the face. Smart Shou was smart. Gabriella would sit there drinking, as he managed to avoid that pitful. Doing pretty well up until his last line. However she would go as ape shit towards it. Instead she would show nonchalant disinterest.
"If you wanna stay, I don't care."
It was the best he was going to get out of her, she just didn't have it in her to make it seem like she needed others in anyway. It would take some pretty extreme events for her to rely on another, or want to hang around with them.
"Maybe I won't have idiot mark 2 come hit on me if I'm sitting around with company for once."

Shouyo chuckled slightly a first throughout the day, probably in years but nonetheless a small sound of joy escaped his lips. She really was one of those types. Even if some part of her wanted him to stay she would never admit it, or acknowledge the feeling. Everyone's gotta be built tough here. He took a hit of the cig and blew the smoke out into the distance away from her direction.
"Yeah you probably wouldn't."
He joked, but at the same time was pretty serious. He didn't know her, who she was. Maybe she really wanted to be alone or some little hint on the back of her head said she wasn't company. Who knows. He turned around and took another round of drinks. After getting a couple drinks he was on a roll. Might as well try and get a little tipsy. What's the point of drinking if you weren't gonna get a little messed up?
"I don't know. Mark 2 might just see me as an easy target. Are no target at all."
Shouyo referred to his thin, lanky stature. Anyone who saw him sleeping around and just plain existing thought he was an easy target. He would get jumped or be pushed against a corner for no reason then for his looks.
"Even if they did I'm sure you can take them down no problem."

Gabriella would drink almost happily as Shou put himself down, and seemingly bigged her up. She was a big deal, she knew that. She was awesome everyone else sucked. Already this guy was admitting that. Okay that was arrogant and not what she really though, but it was amusing.
"Actually Mark 2 would cream us both."
She would say, because mark 2 was a dealer of her other vice. One with a gun and an attitude to match. However he had one moral, don't force yourself on a lady that appears taken. A strange quirk, but an exploitable one. At the thought she would look around.
"But lucky for us anyway, he isn't here."
She didn't bother to reveal the exact nature of Mark 2 quirk, got to keep him a little on his toes after all. Then her expression would drop as the door opened. Speak of the devil. A man, older then any of the students here. A white man trying his hardest to look, African american, and pulling it off walked in.
"Well fucks. Brook"

Shouyo was surprised to see Gabs mention that an actual human being would be able to take her down. She wasn' arrogant or self righteous but if someone who knew they were strong could admit someone else could take them down. Then damn, mark 2 would cream them. Although Shouyo was just down playing himself this whole time. Not on purpose to tease her or hide his strengths in battle but because really he didn't think he was all that great. Low self confidence probably. Besides the more you make yourself known the more attention you'll receive, which obviously Shouyo wanted to avoid.
"Really? Then if mark 2 comes over I'm really outta here."
Shouyo took another sip of his drink and smoked the rest of his cigarette before noticing something changed. He immediately looked up sensing a difference and saw Gabs expression completely change into something he hadn't seen all day. He followed her eyes to what they seemed to be so fixed on and it was a man he really didn't know at all.
"Your friend?"
He doubted it but he had to ask the question someway or another. He was quite an odd man. Probably because he seemed way different then the rest of the crowd here. He can't help but feel a rather ... negative aura coming from him.

(OOC: For the sake of if somehow you do something that can set off Brook let say his stats are 20. Tough enough to as said cream us both.)
Somehow Brook had yet to look over to her normal spot, and as such hadn't seen them. She would hear Shou ask if Brook was his friend, and she shook her head. Before she quickly, got out of her seat and liberated the money off of Mark 1 on the floor, adding it to the money from earlier that day.
There was one other problem apart from Brook being the mark 2 person here who normally hit on her. He was also, a dealer. One of those she bough off of, who gave her a lot of slack because he wanted to get in her pants.
"Wait here."
Gabs would get up quickly, and quite clearly hand over the money to Brook. The would be a dejected nod, as he took the money. Before taking a seat at another table in the bar. One that had rapidly become clearly as he did so.
Gabriella would return and be seriously annoyed. Taking up her drink and having some. It would have to last her know, because she had to hand over everything she had to pay Brook off and keep him at bay.
"Guess these will have to bloody last us then."
She would say to Shou retaking her seat, she was broke for now and these apparently the last drinks she would be getting.
"Because it for the best if he doesn't see you buying me drinks."

(ooc: Sorry for super late response! Had no internet )
A simple order from Gabs. Not like he really had anywhere else to go or be. What was he going to do if he followed her along? Defend her? From the looks of it Shouyo could probably dodge his attacks a few times, maybe. And if he's super lucky, get away. As Gabs walked away he took his eyes off Brook. He didn't want him to catch Shouyo staring at him, it would just give off bad vibes everywhere. Though he did glance a few times through his peripheral vision to just see whats up. With the crowd it was hard to tell what was really going down though. She came back looking a little dejected.
"Ah... so he's one of those..."
Shouyo said to himself. Those top dogs who'll rob you blind of everything. Friends with association with money? They probably go down too. Shouyo turned back to her and sipped some of his beer. Grabbing the pitcher he poured what was left into her cup. He didn't mind, she seemed a little annoyed so maybe it'll help, probably not.
"I got cha. Drink up what's left. I guess it was good timing, we did drink a good fill."
He lightly joked, but with a blank expression. Not the funniest person you'll meet but Shouyo tries his best in his own ways. As the cigarette reached it's time Shouyo dropped it on the floor and crushed it with his feet while now pulling out his own pack. Completely black box labeled, "Black Devil". An obvious non-US brand. He took one out for himself and handed another to Gabs. Lighting one up, he took a breathe in and released the smoke around them. These were flavored and so obviously illegal in the US.
"What is he? If your willing to tell me... or allowed to tell me."
