Upon arriving to the club, all of the fighters for the evening would be lead inside and through the building. They would get to see the large ring, surrounded by the cage. Above it would be a huge, four sided display. That would allow any of those in the, rising row upon row of seat. Spot lights of varying shapes and sizes would hang from metal scaffold above, and surrounding the TV screens, which above that would have a glass walled room built into the roof.
The fighters would be taken away from the main area and down into separate dressing rooms in the back areas of the club. The rooms would have all manner of different clothes, a fighter could dream of wearing in the ring. From the extremely over the top, to the basic and simple. The fighters would be given ample time to change, and eventually in their rooms they would be able to hear, the background noise of people building up in the ring area. A few minutes later a voice would come out over speakers.
"Good evening, ladies, gentlemen and not so gentle men as well. I bring to you the first ever tournament of it kinds to grace these walls. Public High School #552, with it violence and bullies, has lent to us tonight it bests and fittest. There skill, there pain, and spilt blood upon the sheet will be our show tonight."
Quite a long time would pass, as the previous fights went by and then the doors to Shugo's and Levi's rooms would be opened. A suited man greeting them both and leading them to separate sides of the arena. Rock music would start to play, and Angel would be pushed out.
"Up on wings, to rise, fall or sing. Or some buffy vampire things. I give to you Angel."
Angel would be ushered to the ring and a gate would open to let him inside. Before new music would play, and much in the same way Musashi would be pushed out.
"Named after the greatest swordsman in all Japan, and ninja to. It makes me wonder do they run out of names out there? I give to you Musashi Hattori"
"Let the Mayhem begin."

STR: 5 | DEX: 20 | CON: 10 | WIS: 10 | INT: 5 | Walking into the club Musashi couldnt help but feel like he was some prized fighter fighting for some rich guy for a huge pay check. The area was live and full of people ready to see someone get there ass kicked. Hopefully today wasn't going to be that day for Musashi. He definitely wasn't the fighting type unless there was an important reasoning behind it, but he wanted to prove to his fellow peers that he was a force to be reckoned with. He wanted to be someone the school could count on, but no one would ever see that if he spent all of his time running away from fights. Even if the fights were meaningless and useless. His fighting attire would consist of him being shirtless with a long black sleeve on his left shoulder, some black and white joggers pants, and a pair of black and white sneakers. He wanted to make sure that he didn't have on too much clothing so it wouldn't slow him down. For a long while Musashi waited until it was his turn to enter the arena in battle. In the beginning it was nerve racking as it was taking forever for his time to come. He didn't know how many participants it was, but the longer it took the more anxious he got. Finally he would be greeted by a man in a suit and would be lead to the side of the arena. It was finally time for him to fight. He had been training all week for this very moment and now here he was. It was time for him to prove that he wasn't just some weak clown that walked the halls. The music would begin to play, and after it did he would begin to lightly bounce up and down trying to warm up for the fight. He waited as the commentator who was quite funny greeted them both onto the stage. Being pushed onto the stage wasn't the most comfortable thing, but it was whatever. It was go time. " I'm Ready when you are Angel."

Angel didn't really care for all the theatrics but at the same time his blood was boiling and he needed to get the fight out of his system, he wasn't here to win he was here to fight. He could hear the crowd roaring outside but he didn't give a damn about some sick fanatics looking to get their kicks watching two people beat the hell out of each other. Well they were going to get what they wanted. He waited and waited to the point he didn't even note how much time had passed. But after awhile people were pushing and shoving him out into the area where he would fight, with some joker announcer guy making quick jabs to hype the crowd up. The music played as Angel walked onto the stage. He was clad only in athletic shorts as well as wraps on his hands and feet. His scarred body exposed for the first time in ages. He still had his glasses on as he got onto the stage and made a bow to his opponent.
"Then lets not keep the crowd waiting, Mr. Hattori."
With that he reached up taking off his glasses and tossed them behind him the way he had come from. They wouldn't break when they hit the ground because they weren't real. He didn't need them, never did. It was all for appearances. As soon as the bell rang he would charge forward jumping up into the air for a flying kick into Musashi's chest.

"Yea, might as well. That's what we are here for after all isn't"
He watched as the guy took off his glasses signaling that he was ready for the fight to start. In the beginning it didn't really seem like a good idea, but from the looks of things he probably never need them to begin with. Immediately the guy would take off towards him and would go for a flying kick. That was one of the more riskiest moves you could pull of to start a fight, but maybe the guy was just feeling more confident than usual, or maybe the hype from the crowd made the guy feel like he could do just about anything. either way it didn't matter, it was time for Musashi to spring into action himself and react to the situation. Musashi would side step the flying kick while he was in the air, and instead of going to a counter strike he would do something a little differently. He would make sure to side step in the direction of the none kicking leg, and before it could hit the ground he would attempt to grab the leg.
By doing this it would cause Angel to be off balance in the air. If things worked out the way the he wanted it to, this would sent the guy flying to the ground on his back. That was probably the guys best option anyways. There was no way that he could maneuver himself in the air because he could not fly. His arms would be out of position to stop the grab, and if he was really bent on stopping himself from landing on his back he would have top risk breaking his kicking legs sense there would be no way for him to land properly sense he would miss. If this combo was to succeed and the boy landed on the ground on his back, depending on how high he jumped he would "probably" be out of air, or would at least hit the back of his head, but that wouldn't mean he would be out of the fight. Once again if this all came to happen then he would keep a hold of the guys leg and before he could do anything would attempt to punch the side of his knee cap so that it could possibly cause some internal damage. The side of the knee is really sensitive to pressure, and if it takes enough of damage it can cause major swelling, or even cause internal ligament tears which could cut his speed dramatically if not all the way.
( OOC: It would really help if you tell which kicking leg next time XD )

Angel's right leg would be grabbed, he hated attacking, and worst of all why did he go for the one attack that never works? Whatever. While Musashi trying to control Angel's balance with his grip Angel would twist his body using the momentum to shoot his left leg out kicking for Musashi's shoulder in an attempt to get him to let go.
If he did Angel would catch himself on the ground and instead of attempting to stand he would go for a leg sweep with his left leg hoping to bring this guy down to his level and even the playing field.
If he failed to bring him to the ground Angel would quickly roll to his left side and get himself in a crouched position ready to dive out of the way of a possible incoming attack. If he were successful in his attack he would lung to get on top of Musashi and aim for a few quick jabs to his ribs and sternum.
(OOC: Sorry bro, still new to actual RP fighting so I'm still learning how best to write everything down to get my point across, but I shall try and work on it!)

Mayhem would shout along to events as they happened. His words coming in loud and clear, but extremely fast. Trying to keep his words up the action as it happened.
"This is it ladies, you've never seen anything like it. Our contestants are talking....seriously again? Oh wait, that more like it. The Failing Kick, the obvious grab. Oh it hurts to watch. Can he stay mostly up, no lashing out to get free. Will the two tier fighter of history grip hold?"

Quick thinking
The boy had definitely saved himself from being defeated, but what was he to suspect. This was a tournament and there was no way he could have possibly beat the guy that fast. Well maybe there was a way to, but even if there was he definitely missed it. The guy pulled off a incredible counter and manage to use he momentum from his kick to use his other leg to get him to loosen his grip. Instead of doing something reckless Musashi chose to live to fight another moment releasing his grip on the boys right leg, taking a quick step backward in the process so the kick wouldn't hit him. The boy immediately would proceed to counter attack him again by going for a sweep kick. This was probably so he could get some kind of advantage sense he was already on the ground himself. Reacting as quickly as possible he would jump backward away from the sweep and would possibly prepare for another on coming attack.
This, however did not happen as the boy would roll over to his left to get himself back into a comfortable stance. Phase one was over and it was time for phase two to begin. As much as he wanted to say something there was no more time for talking. He knew that it was his turn to attack next, and out of respect for the boy he was going to do so. Musashi had his chance to end the fight and now it was the boys turn to see how he would handle his next move. One thing that he wasn't going to do was go for a flying kick. He was sure that if he repeated that mistake that his opponent would end him sooner than later. Musashi did not want this fight to go on longer than all of the other fights. They were probably just playing it safe, and while that was okay he rather get on with the tournament. If he was truly as good as he thought then he needed to end things quickly. the longer the fight went on the more predictable his moves would become.
He needed to make sure that everything he did was fresh. Musashi next move would be pretty risky. It was definitely going to be a hit or miss depending on how his enemy reacted, but if he reacted the way he wanted to he would have a chance to do some serious damage. Without any more hesitation he would proceed to run to Angel as fast as he could. Once he got within ten feet of the boy he would slide on his knees onto the ground towards him. Once he got about two feet from the guy he would plant his left foot onto the ground and use the momentum to push his way up. From here he would proceed to throw a right jab to the guys ribs. While this wasnt the greatest move he definitely had a plan. If the guy was to jump backward before he punch got a chance he would attempt to stop his movements with his right leg so that he could adjust for a counter attack.
Let see how he reacts
This whole move was going to succeed and fail based off how Angel reacted to it. Its purpose was to simply set up counter attacks for both him and his opponent. Whoever was the smartest of the two would probably come out as the victors. Maybe not the entire fight, but for this particular series. All he needed was to get some momentum going, and if he was lucky enough to catch him doing the wrong move he would do everything in his power to make him pay.
( OOC: Its all good dude, I haven't Rped on this site sense the original site back in like 2006 so I'm a bit rusty myself )

Angel didn't know what to expect to happen next. This guy wasn't some chum like some of the fighters he had seen hanging around this place. The fighter across from him must have his own experience with fights, Angel could tell this fight wasn't going to be easy, and it also meant he couldn't relax for even a moment, one slip up and he was down for the count.
The boy across from him looked to take a quick thought before charging forward at him. Interesting... Angel would think as the distance between them closed. Not knowing what the boy had planned next bothered him... so why wait here? Angel planted is feet and pushed off the ground with all the force he could muster as himself charged forward aiming to collide with the oncoming assailant. Attempting to tackle him to the ground. If he hit his intended target he would attempt to wrap both arms around the boy's body and squeeze as tight as he could while he reared his head back to headbutt the boy in the nose at the same time they hit the ground hoping to force the boy's head to hit the ground hard with any luck knocking him out, and if not he hoped it would still cause him to be disoriented. Though the hit to his own head would hurt a helleva lot too. He would try to recover quickly and adjust himself to sit on the boys stomach laying on a barrage of punches to guys face.
If Angel's attemptive tackle missed he would use his momentum to slide on the ground and spin around to face his opponent once again bringing up his right arm to be ready to defend himself from a counter attack.

This guy just continues to impress.
Every time Musashi thought he had him where he wanted the boy always found a way to even the playing field. He was hoping to have the guy on the ropes by now, but the guy remained aggressive. That was something you typically didn't see in fights now a days. The opponent usually always waited for you to make the first move because they were scared, but this guy definitely wasn't. As soon as Musashi made his way toward the Angel he would proceed to do the same. This caught him by surprise indeed. He knew this was definitely going to alter his moves, but he was sure this wouldn't change much. He just had to make sure that he was careful with his next move. Angel was closing in very fast now that the both of them were charging toward each other. He didn't know what Angel was doing, but he knew he had to act as fast as possible. So far he hadn't made any sudden movements.
From here he could only assume that the guy was probably going to try to tackle him to the ground. Musashi was a huge fan of football and could kinda get a grasp on when someone was trying to bring him down. This meant that he would have to execute his counter a lot quicker than usual. It was time for some damage to get done in this fight, and the time for it was now. Quickly sliding to his knees, once he got withing a three feet distance Musashi would attempt to spin around Angels attempted tackle by spinning in a clockwise direction to the right side of Angels body. While spinning around the guy ( On his knees ) Musashi would block Angels potential, and unintentional right knee to his face. This of course was necessary because of how close he would be to Angels right leg before spinning around it while Angel was in running motion. This would hopefully catch Angel off guard, and while he was still in motion he would attempt to grab both of his ankles so that he could possibly trip him and make him fall to the ground. If this succeeded he would just make sure to let go immediately so that the fall would stretch his shoulders and possibly pop them out of place. He wasn't that strong after all.

Shit. This guy... As soon as he ducked and disappeared Angel would jump into the air, in an attempt to dodge an enemy he could no longer see. If he successfully got away from the potential attack he would land in a crouch and turn quickly to search for his opponent. Upon spotting him he would run forward and once he was within 3 ft of the Musashi he would go to the ground in a slide. Throwing up his right leg for a kick towards Musashi's diaphragm.
At this point he didn't care if the attacked worked he was just trying to keep the guy on his toes. At this point it was no longer who had the better moves, this was all about who was going to make the first mistake, and Angel was determined not to be the first one to mess up.

Man this guy is pretty good.
Musashi could already tell from the fight so far that they were both evenly matched in the way they thought. This was definitely going to keep either one from getting an edge. The only thing Musashi felt like he had over the guy was probably his speed, but this was only judging from the fact that he was always on the move. There was no way for him to know otherwise. Angel was smart for jumping into the air to avoid what would have problem turn the fight in his favor. However, Musashi had the feeling that despite the boys clever move that he still had a chance to get this guy on the ropes. Though it would seem that his opponent wouldn't give him the chance to do so. Immediately after Angel would land to the ground he would proceed to get back on the offensive. This fight was starting to look more and more like a Rocky movie and Musashi was loving it.
Musashi never moved from the spot or the position he was in after Angel would dodge his grab attempt, so in other words it was like he would be waiting for his opponent to make his move. He watched as his opponent came charging in and would slide to the ground attempting to go to a right kick somewhere in his stomach area. Nice move. I guess its time for me to invest in this fight and take some risk. So far things were definitely good and fast pace, but that wasn't going to be able to last for too long. There was no way they both had that much stamina to go at the pace they were going. So For now he was going to have to preserve what he felt gave him an advantage and that was his speed. I cant believe that I'm about to do this.
He was sure that this was going to give him a upper hand in the fight, but with everything you do in a fight there was usually going to be some kind of consequence. On one knee ( His Right knee ) with his left knee up he would take the full impact from the kick to his diaphragm while trying to tighten up his stomach as much as he could to preserve air. The guy was definitely stronger than he was, but Musashi would have to make sure that this kick didn't go in vain. With the impact landing completely Angel would surely be at a disadvantage. After taking the hit Musashi would shift his body to the right and would attempt to grab the boys right leg with his left hand while it was slowly sliding off his diaphragm area and attempt to jab the guy in the inside of his right knee cap twice as hard as he could using a combination of speed and power in his punches.
If this was to be successful this would definitely slow his opponent down dramatically and would definitely cause soreness to his knee. Of course he couldn't do much more than that, but with this it would give Angel a huge handicap, and from there he was sure he would be able to win, but this of course was if everything went as plan. The guy had already gone for the kick and their was going to be no way to take it back. However, even if this worked Musashi would also have a temporary handicap from taking the kick, but as stated before his handicap would be temporary while his opponents would definitely last throughout the fight and for days afterward. The insides of the knee cap were very sensitive and once it swelled up there was no stopping it.

Angel was surprised to say the least when Musashi didn't move and even then accepted the kick. Was his opponent out of steam? Then his leg was grabbed, shit. He would feel the sting of his knee be attacked! But he wasn't out of the game yet. Fighting past the pain he bend his right leg pushing off the ground with his left leg. He would attempt to rest his right knee on Musashi's chest pinning his left arm. Then with the same motion of coming up he would bring in his right elbow to the side of Musashi's head.
If the hit worked he would apply all of his weight on top of Musashi hoping to force him to collapse on the ground digging his knee into Musashi's chest. Then he would quickly pull back his left arm and twist is body to bring down his right elbow to the other side of Musashi's head.
He was hopeful this would cause some damage otherwise this was going to be a short fight he wouldn't be able to move as well with his right knee banged up like this!

This guy just doesn't know how to give up huh?
Just when Musashi finally thought things were going to go the way he wanted them to, he found himself having to play defense again. You would think that in a situation like this he would be happy with his results. The fight was definitely going to be coming to a close soon. The kick that landed to Musashi stomach was definitely going to have him struggling for air for awhile, but Angel would have to worry about the damage that would be coming upon his knees. However, Angel definitely had the advantage for two reasons. One of the reasons being that he was on the offensive right now and that his counter attack didn't need to utilize his right leg. The other being that he couldn't capitalize off his success unless he managed to get off the ground and away from angel.
The fight was beginning to become a race again time, and time was beginning to run out for the both of them. Himself especially. Angel had manage to plant his right knee up against his chest by using the power from his other leg. This was beginning to look bad for Musashi was in a critical position. It wasn't because of what Angel was doing, but mostly because of the fact that he was fighting to get his breath back. He couldn't afford to be in positions like this. It was only going to make breathing harder. He could feel his hear beginning to beat faster and faster. This was a sign of desperation and the fact that his body knew what kind of danger he was in. I cant lose, I wont lose! Using the momentum that was carrying Angel forward ( Your left leg ) Musashi continued to keep a hold of his right ankle with his left hand as it was planting against his chest, and would propel both of his knees up as he was falling on his back. Musashi also watched as his opponent would attempt to strike him in the face with his right elbow.
He would immediately try to turn his face over to the right as far as he could so that he didn't have to take complete damage from the elbow. Angels right elbow would impact then slide roughly against his left cheek. In the meantime while Angels elbow was in motion Musashi would use his free right arm to attempt to grab Angels left side in conjunction with his left holding Angels ankle and would use the momentum from Angels push to pull Angel going over his body while shifting his body to the right side to try to get away from Angel being on top of him. If this was to succeed Musashi would immediately slide himself backward off the ground using his hands so he could stand up to get as far away from Angel as possible. At least 15 feet in distance.

Angel was tossed off, this guy had some spunk for sure. Angel would dive forward into a somersault and spin to turn and look at Musashi who was now a good distance away from him. At this distance there was no way Angel could get to him before he caught his breath, especially with his knee banged up like this. So Angel too would take the time to breath himself. His knee stung but most of the pain was covered by adrenaline, when that ran out however he was screwed.
Keeping an eye on his opponent he would stand up and wait for the next move. He wasn't about to try and push the offensive, right now he had to work on counters. Which he honestly didn't mind one bit. He was sure about one thing though, he was in this to win. This guy had earned his respect and he wasn't about to reward that by laying on his back and taking a loss. He was going to win now and earn this fighters respect back!

Man, that was definitely a close one.
The fight had finally come to a halt, well at least for now it was. Both of them were exausted, and he figured that by escaping through that tussle that they would both need time to catch their breaths. Especially him. Musashis left cheek was beginning to swell up, and while it wasn't going to effect the way he fought it still hurt like hell. also in pain was his stomach. There was no denying that he took a powerful kick to the stomach. He knew that he was even lucky enough to still be in the fight. Every time he thought he had the boy on the ropes his opponent always seemed to find a way around it. This guy was truly a worthy opponent. He knew that if the fight kept going the way it had been going in the beginning that the two wasn't going to allow either to land a blow on another.
The only smart and realistic way this fight was going to finally come to a close was if some of there attacks actually landed. It was like having a brand new phone and you hadn't dropped it for months, and then the day finally came were it fell to the ground. It didn't matter if the phone screen had cracked or not, after that day your phone was going to start finding itself hitting the floor almost everyday. The same thing applied for there fight, all that needed to happen was for there to be blood and things would finally start getting to a close. His opponent was smart indeed. He knew that he was going to at a disadvantage, and even though his leg hadn't become a bother yet the guy knew that it would be soon. It was like those times Musashi damaged his knee playing basketball. He was able to play through it because his adrenaline was flowing taking all the pain away, but as soon as he got home the pain and swelling caught up.
Musashi had him right where he wanted. The boy was going to have to stay on the defensive for the rest of the match. However, this didn't mean that the fight was over by any means at all. He could still very well lose the fight. It wasn't like he had powers or anything. The fight still had to be settled with hand to hand combat. So this fight would ultimately come down to how smart Musashi was. His opponent had already proven that he was, and now it was time for Musashi to prove how smart he was also. Like his opponent he would take his precious time before he attacked. After all the wind did get knocked out of him. He was probably seconds away from collapsing from lack of air from all the tussling they were doing, but luckily he managed to get free in enough time before he passed out. Once he caught his breath Musashi would begin to plan out what he was going to do.
He stayed patient because it was the only way he was going to get through this fight. His ticket out of this was Angels right knee. However, he knew that he needed time for the boy to cool off for the effect to finally kick in. Its time. This is probably going to be it for one of us, and I gotta make sure it isn't me. Running full sprint across the arena towards his opponent he would finally begin to make his move. This match had officially become a chess match and it was time to finally check mate the king. Once he got withing three feet of his opponent Musashi attempted to low kick Angels right leg with his left leg. He was sure that this of course was going to be an obvious move. You didn't have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out, but It wouldn't matter because it would mean he would have to move that leg out of the way and plant it in a different position.
The move he was making was definitely a safe one without consequence. The kick was low enough to where if it where countered he could easily plant it back on the ground using his running momentum. What he wanted from Angel was one of his amazing counter attacks. It was going to decide who was finally going to take home the first round. Whoever counter worked the best would without a doubt win the fight.
