A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

"Thanks for answering the call."
The dark blue haired boy would lead Leon into the interior of Yuy Manor. Leon would be able to notice the lack of any other presence quite easily. There were no signs that anyone else lived in this mansion.
"I don't know who better to train with than the guy who punched me through a car."
The blue haired hero joked looking over his shoulder at Leon. Shugo would step into the kitchen, opening the fridge, it would be revealed to contain mostly take-out containers, alcohol, energy drinks, sports drinks, and bottled water. The boy was alone here. His friends and family long since gone. Shugo pulled out a few sports drinks and few bottles of water.
"Figure we'll probably need this for training. I need to know what the upper limits of my abilities are before we fight Orochi."

Leon would show up, confused at first from the call, though it was for training he kept being told he is too care free about these things and it could be a trap, however Leon had too much pride to let that stop him from facing those situations head on. However at the state of the manor Leon raised an eye brow. Folding his arms as he walked about.
Ignoring Shugo's fridge for the time being.
"So, you want to test your maximum? Guess it'd be a chance for me to do the same."

"Then let's get to it."
The boy would open the door leading out to the backyard. Placing the drinks on a table outside, the boy would step out from the patio into the grass. He would close his eyes and take a deep breath. When he opened them, his pupils would have dilated and irises enlarged. His eyes would shine a slightly brighter blue.
"So this... is SEED Stage 1. I've gotten pretty comfortable with this. I'm able to use it for long periods of times with limited side effects."
The boy would close his eyes once more, taking another deep breath. The boy would release a small burst of electrical energy from his body that would disperse almost immediately.
"This is SEED stage 2. This is what I need to work on maintaining a bit more."

Leon would watch Shugo go through some modes of energy and what he called them. Leon would spread his legs a bit, clenching his teeth, bending his arms at his waist. Muscles bulging, blood vessels becoming prominent and visible on his arms a dark line around his eyes would appear. His hair would turn green and he had a constant electric aura about his body.
"This is what I call Raijin's Power."
Leon would take stance looking at Shugo. Wondering if they stacked up against each other at all at this point. This wasn't Leon's strongest form, so he would go one step further. The tattoo of lightning bolts on his chest would grow and stretch over his body, even his face.
"This is the Mark of Lightning..."

"Damn... I can sense the power increase from here. It's impressive Leon. Why don't we see just how impressive!"
The dark blue haired boy would break out in full sprint towards Leon. Shugo would bring his right hand out to the side, electricity charging around it. Extending two fingers, the boy would form a sword made of blue electricity, slashing horizontally at Leon's left side once the gap had been closed.
SEED Tier 1: +7 INT 2/10
SEED Tier 2: +10 INT 2/5
Band of the Fallen King: The mechanism on this glove activates a lightning blade that can be used for 1 post per 15 INT. The strength of the blade is determined by INT. 1/3

Leon braced himself ready to take it, flexing himself against the electricity that slammed his body throwing him to the right, he'd tumble a bit adjusting so he had a three point landing skidding along the ground on his left hand and both feet. Coming to a halt he would deactivate everything that was holding him back, lift both hands as if they were against some glass before blasting a beam of Lightning at Shugo.
"Lightning God's Spear!"
After that he'd take a deep breath preparing his next move.

Lightning God's Spear(Tier 4) - Once per 20 INT Leon can overcharge his Qi into his hands shooting a large ray of Lightning about 4' in diameter in a straight line. Doing his INT in damage. 1/3

"Dammit..!"
Shugo would raise up his left arm and charge head first towards Leon's lightning. As Shugo approached the beam, the Hero's mark would shine on his arm and glow forward. A blue shield of solid electricity would meet Leon's attack, and Shugo would continue charging towards Leon and move his arm in a horizontal arc, knocking the attack away. From there, Shugo would throw a right fist at Leon's chest, center mass.
SEED Tier 1: +7 INT 3/10
SEED TIER 3: +15 INT 1/3
Hero's Mark: The user can create a 2.5 foot diameter solid shield of electricity, that forms in front of his left/right arm (Pick which arm you want it to form from for the thread.) The shield can take up to 3/4 of the user INT, before it shatters. This shield can be given away as part of the post that it was created. If so the shield stays for the next post made of the person taking it, the user can keep this shield going for 1 post per 15 INT. If the shield is in another person's possession, any usages apply to the next post made by that person after, or to the end of the next round of posting if that person fails to post. 1/3

Leon's hands were already extended out in front of him, so he moved them to catch the punch with his hands pushing it down with both hands, breathing out the huge breath he took previously.
"Raijin's ROAR!"
From Leon's mouth a blast of Lightning energy would cone forward hopefully into Shugo's face. However Shugo's momentum and punch had pushed Leon back some.
Raijin's Power: +10 Str 3/14
LG Tattoo: +10 Dex 3/7
Max Stat: 2/2
Raijin's Roar deals damage equal to 100% the user's int, acting as a concussive lightning blast from the user's mouth. One use per 20 int. 1/3

"SWORD OF LIGHT!"
As Leon shouted his attack, Shugo would pull off a counter attack of his own. Opening up the hand that Shugo had thrown a punch at Leon with, the blue haired boy would launch out an electrical beam of his own. Unfortunately for our hero, the boy would be hit directly on in the face with Leon's attack. The boy would crater into the ground from the sheer force of the attack, grunting out in pain as he was sent sliding backwards. Shugo's right cheek would be cut and bleeding, smaller scrapes and scratches all over the rest of his face as smoke came upwards from the boy's face. He would pant slightly from the intensity of the fight. The boy would drop down to one knee and a hand on the ground for a moment, before forcing himself to stand back up.
Seed: Tier 1 +7 INT 4/10
SEED: Tier 3 +15 INT 2/3
SEED: Sword of Light Tier 4

The blast would slam Leon across the yard, his gear reactivating and dragging him through the ground creating a rather impressive ditch with his body. Sliding to a stop with upheaved rock and grass he would take a deep breath, pushing himself to a knee. He could feel the weight back on his body, and the strain of staying at such a high level of combat. It was stressful on the body, especially since Leon hadn't spent much time developing this form. It would be dangerous to use it in combat beyond small bursts until he got more used to it.
Looking to Shugo who didn't seem to be in any better condition, he checked his chest, most of the cloth had been shredded and burned away, leaving red tinged flesh and tattoo. That definitely hurt, too much of that and this would be a quick battle. Getting to a standing position he'd survey the area, there was one thing Leon hadn't tried yet.
"Do that again. Use your Sword of Light one more time."

"Got something up your sleeve huh? Let's see what it is then!"
The dark blue haired boy would stand up to his feet, pushing himself to the limits of his body. Shugo charged forward at Leon, charging electricity in his right hand. The attack was powerful, but the range was something lacking. As he closed in on Leon the boy would leap forward off of his feet, thrusting his right hand out and when there was about 3 feet between them, Shugo would act.
"SWORD OF LIGHT!"
Once more a beam of electricity would extend out from Shugo's palm, and continue on its way to meet Leon in the middle of his chest. Shugo wasn't quite sure what Leon had planned, but he hoped that it would be cool.

Leon flinched a bit when Shugo charged, but bared his teeth, exhaling softly. Once the attack was thrown Leon would open his mouth and inhale pulling in the Lightning energy and absorbing it into himself, the force was immense and the pain even more so. Leon saw white, but once the entirety of the lightning was gobbled up, Leon would exhale. Steam erupting from his smile as he felt energized a bit more. Having unleashed his weights once more.
The pain caused his voice to be raspy at best, and he stepped back a couple times.
"Now then..."
His body would gain an immense glow as he raised his hands again.
"Lightning God's Spear!" (111 Dmg)
The beam would shoot out once more, except would appear faster, more intense!
God Eater (Tier 1) - Once every 5 INT every Elemental/Energy attacks can be ingested/inhaled taking blunt force dmg, while storing half the cost of the attack to the ingesting parties total Qi pool. I.E. Someone uses an elemental or energy based attack that costs 20 INT, the user eats it, or inhales it gaining +10 to his pool of Qi uses. This is not a null, the user still takes the blunt force of the attack. This move can not pull from the Qi pool it provides. 1/14 (+10 to Qi pool)
Lightning God's Spear(Tier 4) - Once per 20 INT Leon can overcharge his Qi into his hands shooting a large ray of Lightning about 4' in diameter in a straight line. Doing his INT in damage. 2/3
Lightning God's Boon (Tier 2) - Once per 20 INT, Leon can shoot a charge of electricity into a person. Boosting their next INT based ability by 1/2 Leon's total INT. Can only be used on a single target once per post. 1/3

"I'm a little fucked aren't I?"
Shugo questioned just after Leon gobbled up his beam of lightning. The boy would take a few steps backwards. Something bad was coming his way, Shugo would throw up his left arm, forming a shield of lightning once again. However, the shield just wasn't enough this time. It shattered under the pressure of the attack. The boy would take the attack and be sent flying backwards. The boy would bounce off the ground multiple times as he was sent slamming into the side of the Manor. The boy would pull himself free from it, stumbling forward.
"Damn.. That hurt. I've still got something up my sleeve."
The dark blue haired boy would begin to take slow powerful steps forward towards Leon despite his injured state. Blue lightning would begin to emanate all around his body.

Weight returned to his body, bringing him to a knee for a moment. Looking to Shugo who broke free from his new living space inside the wall of his manor. When he saw the energy leaving his body, Leon pushed to a stand. Taking a deep breath to get his bearings back before stumbling towards Shugo.
"Let's see it."

The dark blue haired boy would continue stumbling forward, until he would meet Leon. Slamming his forehead down against Leon's, Shugo would move to grab a hold of Leon's fists in an attempt to put the two in a locked grapple. The electricity reaching it's pinnacle of energy, would expel from the boy's body in a sphere. The blue sphere of electricity would continue growing until it reached 84 inches in radius, rupturing the ground beneath the two fighters. Shugo's shirt and jeans would begin tearing away from the electrical maelstrom around him, until finally his shirt tore free completely, leaving the electricity to burn and cut away at his flesh.
