A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

"I am sorry for that, seems like you are going through hard times..." **First time the man seemed genuine within the last few months in being in the city. His soft and seldom voice kept the tone that was set. He never wants to set a bad or dangerous mood. Unless such a feeling would benefit him. No benefit in making this naive but sweet girl feel the way she feels not. But knowing... Knowing the truth and holding your own secrets is the way the game is played. But in feeling superiority as he does with others, with this he feels... Nothing. But then the last bit of her words played in his head. His curiosity was piqued. But it came in like a sharp pain, like a dagger thrown into him and he was trying to find the culprit. His eyes squinted a bit, resting his back on the chair. Cocking his head to the left, his soft tone changed to something serious as he spoke again. "May I ask, why is it your fault? And it would be a good time to be honest with me Miss Algol..."

The timid girl felt her nerves creeping up on her as she said her situation. ‘weren’t confessions supposed to make you feel better?’ she thought to herself, her hands moving anxiously on her lap as she pushed down the negative feelings back inside of her. Her trust of the man in front of her was pretty high at the moment. He seemed street and book smart, but the most part was the vibe she was getting from him. It was calming her, but she remembered the feeling of a predator that came from him, and how Reggie left the hallway in such a nervous rush. The next question in the interview made her stiffen up and her nerves went up again. There she was, at another crossroad. Should she tell the truth, and possibly hurt her father? or should she tell a white lie, and maybe cause something to spiral out of control and have the guilt burn her down. Just thinking about lying made a guilty look come to her face, and she just couldn't stand the thought of lying, and she began to confess all the events that lead up to this. "w-well, i don't really know how to put this sir… There were these psycho killings that happened a few months ago a-and i found out that someone really special to me…i mean, m-my father was behind it all… a-and this wasn't…wasn't the first time too. Th-the doctors said it was just a mental vacation…but it was an institution that he went to… A-and this time he-he would get killed.. so..so i made some f-fake evidence so.. so that he wouldn't be caught again. the police caught me… and that's how i got to New York, for a criminal school. B-but it's not so bad, not bad at all… even though my dad is under house arrest and stuff, i'm going to fix everything, even if-if it kills me!" she stammered nervously, but somehow still managed to keep her eye contact. .:OOC:. You are tugging on his heartstrings dammit... I was trying to be angry Mars XD @animata “The sins of the father are to be laid upon the children.”
― William Shakespeare, The Merchant of Venice
**And there it is. Beyond her desperation, her naivety and gentle personality, she was doing something like this for her "sick" father. He had so many questions. Why didn't they charge him? Why was he able to go to the ward and why was he moving? Why was he going to get killed? And the kicker of, how the hell did she pull that off? Was she a genius was actually unimpressed by his skill of hacking into her computer? Did she allow him to do that? Was she playing dumb now? He didn't know what feelings to express due to what was said and how he approached it as the man in Wonderland. Should he be worried bringing her into his home? The police is watching her, and sent her to the hellhole posing as a school. Now, at this very moment, she could have been followed. Wait. This is all too strange to all comprehend and for Mars' best interests he just needed to calm down. His face was keeping the demeanor that he started when he asked about her past. Breath in. One, two, three. Exhale. He needed to look at the situation for what it is. She wasn't some mastermind, some genius hacker. To him, right now just a scared little girl with nothing but her own strength and love for her father. But he should have asked Ecko to background check her before going this far... Maybe he was getting soft. He was no white knight... It was a phrase that The Rabbit used when Marcelis let his emotions cloud him for a moment. Maybe they are clouding him right now, but he could not help but to look at her and see himself. If his father was strung out due to post-traumatic stress disorder, he would what ever it took to help him. Cause he loved him, and that was something that he was missing in his life, a family. Not like Wonderland, which is a family to him either way, but a mother, a father, maybe even actually siblings. Love from that is irreplaceable... But no one should do it for unjust guilt. He was calming down due to the rapid fire questions going through his head, also coming from that, a sadness that no one would understand. No one. Maybe the Tweedles, but they have each other, where Mars has no one. Huffing out a breath he closed his eyes, sitting up and removed himself from the love seat. Even with his eyes closed he was able to walk around the table and sit on the opposite side of the couch next to blue haired girl. Gently placing his hand on her shoulder, his eyes opened, to her to see anew empathy towards her. His seldom face didn't change as he spoke again. "The sins of our fathers, are always paid by their children... That is a very strong claim little miss, I commend on such strength." **A small pause to see what she would say next. Maybe something sweet and innocent about not being brave at all. And maybe she could be right, but then again, we are not born fearless. 8 years ago, Mars was just another kid... An orphan kid with no parents crying, that he could never get his favorite meal and smell his mother's sweet scent as he hugged her for not seeing her for a mere seven hours. Oh how he missed those days. His sadden face brighten a bit as he spoke again to her, his grip on her shoulder tighten just bit to be firm, not to cause pain. "I wish to hire you for a six month trial... And if I don't need your services from that point on we will end the contact. Understood?"

Taking a few moments to recover from her confessional, Alioth felt her heartbeat go up, then down, then up and down again like a roller coaster. During that moment she was also thinking about what was going on in his head, and thoughts began to cram her head. 'should i have said that? should i have went into more detail? Ohh dear….' she worried to herself. Alioth had no idea how the man would react due to the little interaction they had together or at all really. But her nervousness was amplified almost double when the man came and sat next to her and put his hand on her shoulder. Alioth tensed up immensely, and even though she slowly relaxed, her body trembled so much that it would be clearly felt."i-i-i guess that's a way to p-put it sir… but i'm not that strong.. i guess i just have a pretty good pattern of luck and maybe i guess i'm a little strong" she stammered timidly the next part however got her in a less nervous state of mind. half a year trial? Alioth thought those terms sounded really fair and all, and she nodded her head"Yes sir. But is there anything else you wish me to call you? or is it just a housekeeper kind of maid or a personal m-maid that follows you around? n-not to be creepy or a-anything!" she asked in a slightly-excited-mostly-nervous kind of tone

.:OOC:. I take a lot from your posts, which helps, thanks for make this enjoyable for me. Between and maybe a few other ppl, role playing is getting back to be fun again. =D @animate **All the tension in the room was starting to get thinner and thinner. To be able to control a situation is a good trait of a negotiator. Mars at one time in his life was one bullet away from losing his life, but that is a story for another day of course. At this point, she was his. Slave... no, property? Maybe, he takes pride in all the things he controls. Possession is something that can be a bad trait if its not controlled. Reach for what can be taken, and not what could be taken. Calculated risks are all part of job description. Alioth knew all she was getting herself into... She said it herself, the risk she is willing to take. His face, with a simple smile as he could... The man would look almost years younger... Not that he was over the age of twenty. But he tries to keep a mature demeanor. No one respect a kid. And no one definitely respects a man becoming a kid. He chuckled lightly to her last words. Well he would assume that she would be a bit confused about her "placement" here. He put his right index finger up as he stood from the couch. Taking his leave, he went to the back to his bedroom. Carefully sliding his nightstand to the side from his bed, a small safe was shown. He looked back to his door... Cautious as always, he began to work his lock. After handing the combination, he hit the side of safe, hard... A small click happened as he slowly opened the door. Putting out the bag only half way he pulled out three stacks of paper, they were bundled in hundreds carefully tucked into his pocket. Pushing the bag in and fixing an unknown device in the safe before closing the contents. Then found himself back to the living room. He stood more towards the TV as he did not go back to his seat. He raised his right hand leaving it palm up, fingers relaxed as he spoke out to her. "Rise my little bird...And come to me." **If she stood and obey his command he spoke again, with a more raised tone. "You if you so happen to take this money I am going to give, you need to understand one thing... You belong to me. I will not use you for anything for what your job requires. You are to maintain my home. You are keep the atmosphere of professionalism, You will require to clean my clothes and cook my food at the leisure that I want you to and... " **A small pause as he took the opportunity to get her expression. To see her resolve. To see what she would do. For only a three second wait, he spoke again to finish his speech. "You will work for me even outside of this home, to keep track of the people I deal with. To remember faces that I want you to. To become smarter and cunning to continue your services. And you will call me Mr. LaCroix in public and my first name, Marcelis in my home. There is nine thousand dollars in my pocket... Accept these terms and its yours. Do you accept?" ~And here it begins... My little bird.~

Alioth exhaled in relief once more, with the setting seeming calmer. Calming down and believing that everything was going well and that she had a chance for succeeding. Maybe she would become more then just an employee with her employer. She sort of hoped that they could become friends sometime in the future. but now was not the time for hoping. Back to business. Her attention snapped back to reality when The man left the room for a few moments, leaving Alioth to think some more about the job she had almost had. She brushed back some hair and then took one last deep breath. When her employer came back and asked for her to come to him, she obediently got up and went over to him. After she heard the first set of instructions and feeling like it sounded good and fair, so she smiled and nodded silently. The next part seemed a little more complicated, but Alioth felt that she could be able to accomplish a task routine like that. 'i guess it is a personal maid' she thought to herself, and from the first part, it seemed like she would be moving in."yes Marcelis, i accept these terms! So i guess i'm moving into this area or this house?" she said happily, yet curiously and made a mental note to make some professional clothes for her job. she would ask
Marcelis No Problem! i'm glad to know that i'm making a difference!

**As she said those words, he felt his smile grew into his solid face. He was trying his best not to be proud of himself, but he is getting her for a rather cheap price. Loyalty is not something that can be bought at a moment's notice. Because as soon as your money runs out, the loyalty gets quite thin. With this, she was his, for six months. Well, he could have just threaten her, but he was a better man than that. He reached into his pocket and pulled out the three stacks of money, handing them over to her. He then began to ponder about her inquiry. It would be alright for him to allow her in... The landlord WILL not say anything. Considering all the money he was paying, and stuff he was willing to do like get him high speed internet which helped him get WiFi through out the whole building. Which was a good thing for Marcelis because he had the central hub of all the IPs. He could connect to anyone, well, he could even be under anyone's identity if he wanted to do something naughty and connect it with someone else. But that brings up another question... He would want her beside him at most times, but then it was about her father of course. "Well, you could stay here. I have an extra room that I was going to make storage... But what about your father? I mean you can't bring him here... Unless you have a way to take care of him besides being here?"

Alioth continued to smile brightly, proud herself that she got the job, and unfortunately(?) blissfully unaware that she had been paid a price that was probably below minimum wage of an average worker. Not questioning the regulations of the building complex either, she had complete faith that everything was going to turn out A-ok. Accepting the money calmly, trying to maintain a professional nature, Alioth smiled politely while adjusting her posture, straightening up and maintaining a constant eye contact. When the question on how she would take care of her father was brought up, Alioth wasn't so worried about it, not even an ounce. "I usually send weekly care packages to my father with all sorts of supplies. He lives far away from the city, more in a small town near the forest area of New York, so i can't really get to visit him often, so nothing really changes Sir." she smiled Marcelis
