Lexington and Alicia would awaken in a dark, musky, humid room. There was no telling how large it was, and their surroundings were unknown, as the only source of light was a dying flare in the center of the room. This flare would reveal Lexington and Alicia both shackled to the ceiling. Lexington would be tall enough that his feet touched the ground just barely, and Alicia would be hanging about a foot above it.
Lexington would find himself feeling very weak and heavy. He would suffer from rapid, short headaches now and again. Alicia would find that she could see and hear very little, and it would seem as though everything was muffled and blurry. Both would find themselves in rags, with only a makeshift shirt and pants that were the wrong size, and with none of their possessions. Head to toe, the two would be covered in bruises and stitches that they did not suffer before ending up in this place.

Alicia felt herself waking up and expected to be in her comfy bed back at home. Her eyes felt very, very heavy. It was extremely difficult to open them, and when she did, everything appeared blurry. What had happened? Shit. She forgot. Her mind shuffled through memories though Alicia became distracted by a big blob in her peripheral vision. Trying to move, her arms wouldn't budge, and feet touched nothing. They seemed discolored. What? Damn... she couldn't see anything. The teen lifted her head and noticed she was bound by both arms, hanging from whatever was connected to the ceiling, far from the ground. Out of options Alicia turned her head and squinted extremely hard to try and make out the figure beside her. It was easy to tell the person was a male... But she'd never met him, or thought she never did. Alicia's vision made it almost impossible to see. With a burst of energy, Alicia began twisting and turning in attempt to free herself, but failed and slumped back into her original spot in defeat. "Shit." Alicia could barely hear the chains clanking together or the sound of her own voice. "Hey! Wake up!" She spoke to the other person, not noticing she was practically screaming, thinking her words were only a mere yell. Her shirt reached her belly-button and from there became torn as if someone ripped it off themselves. The pants seemed as if they could slide off of her at any minute, but luckily Alicia had hips, or else she'd be suffering worse than pants that hang rather lower to be appropriate. Not that she could care less. If Alicia was naked she'd feel no different. All she wanted to do was remember and get the hell back home.

Things were beginning to come into play.. He had a crazy encounter at the school, he met this guy and then things kind of died out. Lex was slowly waking up, his head felt really heavy and slouched forward. He could see down below that his clothes were removed and he somehow acquired bruises and a few stitches. Lex was in a skimped out shirt and short rags, these were barely long enough to cover him. It was a slow start because his whole body felt blown out. The burning sensation that briefly attacked every muscle, gave Lexington a bit of a jolting start. Not from energy, but from pain. The pain at first was bad enough to make him tighten his eyes and bring in some focus. He couldn't see around the area he was confined to and he could feel that he was suspended, but just wasn't quite there touching the ground completely. He didn't bother to wiggle because he was just focused on staying put until he could really focus. He could feel the person in his personal space wiggling around. "Hey! Wake Up!" He didn't respond or try to look up to the female's voice. He only hung there in silence, he tried to pull up some sort of memories maybe some images of his training in martial arts with his father. He was hoping for something useful anything, maybe some advice. "Remaining calm is key. When you panic nothing gets done, right?" Before the memory could end, a brief headache overtook Lex. He quickly recovered and made a mental limit. Being sudden and wasting energy when he is already beat is of no use. He just needs to hope this person can cooperate. If there's anything sports have taught Lex its that teamwork is vital to winning the game.
Previously had Lex simply ignored her scream as he didn't have the energy at the moment to get worked up. Now he speaks in a tone nearly matching hers. "Hey, I'm not the best in these situations, but I'm a team player, okay?" That same headache from before occurred. The effects were short, he looked down and noticed the light source was a flare... Anyone from New York should know what a flare looks like from the many public events, so he knew there was not a lot of time. He gradually spoke up again. "That flare is our only light source and it won't last us very long." He held no regard for what he looked like at the current moment, he just wants to have full range of motion.. Another headache cuts off his thought.

As Lexington pointed out, the flare wasn't going to last long. However, they weren't going to be getting out of their shackles unless they tried something, so time was only running out. They would need to act fast, or they would be acting completely in darkness.

Lex got no answer and time was running out. He needed to get out of these shackles, with or without this girls help. He remained silent so the girl wouldn't hear him and with as much energy as he could draw up, he called up on his experience fighting and attempted to manuever his arms around her neck putting the girl into a thick armed headlock. He slowly raised his legs so he would be hanging in mid arm with his arms around her neck, effectively knocking her out. After he had done so Lex would release halfway to his starting position. He left his right arm around her shoulder. He paused for a moment as a powerful headache hit him. He could tell the flare was down on its juice so once again. He needed to bite the bullet and fight through the pain. Lex then brought his left arm over and braced his upper body against her back. While his feet were barely dragging he began to pull himself up onto the unconscious body. Midway through the process he was struck by another headache and he paused and had to recollect himself to prevent from messing up. Once he was on the girl he wrapped his legs around her, it should have looked like his hands were still suspended with an arm awkwardly around her neck, but he was able to raise his legs around her waist and his body latched closely onto her.
"Dark, Humid room. These chains better be rusted.."
Lexington had hoped the chains were rusted and that under roughly 350 lbs he had thought that the chains would give. Lex began to wriggle and bounce his weak body as best as he could. Working up a small musty sweat trying to strain himself. The heavy creaking sound made by the metal rubbing would hopefully indicate that Lex was correct and that his idea would hopefully work. He couldn't afford to kill some energy now and come up short.
"C'mon success, please"

When Lexington used the girl to escape, it would almost be like her body was frozen. She wouldn't move at all, and he would be able to do what he wanted without her protest. The moment he would wiggle, he could hear the sound of whatever was holding the chains together cracking and bending, as if they were rusted. Eventually, his weight alone would bring them down, and he would fall to the ground. He would still be shackled, but now he was free to walk around if he chose.

Alicia turned her head, in deep thought. Damn. She was never good at figuring out answers to problems so quickly. She'd heard him "a team player", well good. Alicia didn't always cooperate but when she knew there was no choice well... that was different. The teen couldn't hear Lexington shuffling behind her as the male figured out a solution and attempted it. But in order to do so, he had to knock her out unfortunately. There was nothing she could do, really, it felt as if it was impossible to move.
Both fell as the chains broke, Alicia falling on top of Lexington. Her body remained unconscious and frozen. It was completely up to Lexington to decide to wake her up, carry Alicia around, or leave her behind to escape himself. Maybe he'd search around first instead and then come back to Alicia. The two were still bound and the clock was ticking, the only light source threatening to be cut off at any moment.

As Lex and the female fell there was not much he could do until they hit the ground. When he did he writhed in pain and soon after he immediately stretched out and swiped the flare. He still had her unconscious body ontop of him "Mmmm...This is pretty nice, but now is not the time for dirty thoughts I gotta think about what to do next" Lex proceeded to roll the body off of him, he seriously contemplated leaving this bitch here, but he opted out when he realized they were still bound together by a wrist each. He was too weak to do much by himself. He still needed some more time to recover. The fact that he wasn't hanging from the ceiling helped a lot because he could relax now and had some range of motion.
Lex began to stand up, but he was struck with a headache. He opted out of standing for the moment. There was not much Lex could see, so he did the next thing he could think of. He crawled on his knees and one hand with the flare in front of him until he encounter a wall. Dragging the girl behind him, He tried his best to be quick about crawling against the wall until he found a door, when he found a door he would feel for the door hinges and get over to the rear side and knelt behind the door. So when the door would open he would be behind it. He hid the flare behind him and he began to shout "HELP!! HEEEEELP IM DYING" He paced his breathing so he could begin collecting energy. He was going to really need his mentality for the next move as the next unlucky s.o.b to walk through that door was getting choked out and a burning flare to the neck.

Lex would indeed be able to find a door eventually, but it seemed no one would answer his call. He would shout, and there was either no one on the other side of the door, or whoever was on the other side just didn't care enough to go and check on them. He'd have to be more proactive if he wanted to get anywhere, and the flare continued to lose its light the longer he waited.

There was no answer and Lex became concerned as the silence wasn't hopeful. Lex removed his shirt and tore the right pectoral part out, leaving a toga left over. He wrapped the linen around the flare, it would simmer and then light the cloth, creating a torch, also giving more visibility. At this point, the girl should hopefully begin to come to. Lex was weak and knew he really needed to create a ruckus to get any type of attention. He decided to hold off on his noise plan and wait until the girl woke up to enact that plan. Instead Lex opted to use his new found light to improvise. He set down the torch in between his legs and he removed his shirt, revealing scratches on his chest and a scar underneath his arm. Lex opened his shirt into a blanket almost. He then tied it to his chest to make a makeshift backpack. He then grabbed the torch and began to explore the room trying to see if he could find something of usefulness. Hopefully the female would awake soon.

Very slowly Alicia began waking up. The feelings of limbs came to her first, then the rest of her senses shortly after. A groan emitted from the teen as she propped her body up. Sight remained blurry as did hearing. Alicia almost forgot where she was or what had happened but memories soon flooded her mind. Damn. That hurt. She noticed a light source and turned her aching head to the sight. "Oh... oh." the teen muttered and sighed. "We're stuck? I was thinking this was just a sick joke." Alicia spoke to the male who'd been stuck in the same situation as her. After turning her head from him while still chained to the ceiling Alicia mostly forgot what happened after that. Probably for the best.
The teen attempted to stand up but felt a sharp pain cut into her wrist. She fell back to the ground, golden eyes traveling down her arm. There she was still bound and it connected to said prison mate. "Find anything while I was gone?" She took a look at her surroundings, but the fuzzy vision made it hard to make out. There was a door near the two, but that was all Alicia could see.

"I only found a door, other than that I just used my shirt to create a makeshift backpack and a linen wrap for the torch. We have better visibility, but we need to act fast as our clothes won't last long.."
Lex took a brief pause as a headache struck him. He shook his head lightly almost like he was trying to shake off the headache. He needed to be strong, not for the female, but for himself. He needed to get a plan in motion.
"We have to keep exploring the room and see how big it is and if theres anything useful. If not we have a last resort plan, which would be vigorously banging our chains together to see who would come through that door."

After a moment of searching, Lexington would eventually find a wall with blood splattered all over it. Inside the spatter, he would find a strange word drawn in: HOFU. There were many mysterious objects lying around, and a large number of dead bodies. In a corner of the chamber, he would find a small desk, with only a paper with a strange formula on it, a key, and a strange, penlike object.

As Lex walked on he came to the other side of the room, it was significantly more cross than the other side. Lex peered over at the dead bodies, they didn't move an inch... At first it phased him, but he kept his composure.. Better them than me.. This is scary I have to admit, but the only way out of here is to try and be proactive Lex thought. Lex saw a desk out of the corner of his eye and he walked over to it. He picked up the key and put it in his makeshift backpack to keep a hold of. Lex then picked up the weird pen and the note with a formula on it and he checked both items out simultaneously.. "Hey, have you seen any of this somewhere before? I think this might be like a chemistry formula or some shit. I don't know.." Lex winced a little from his headache pain, they were slowly becoming more bearable.

Alicia followed Lexington, not like she had a choice, around the darkened room. The teen nudged the bodies with her feet and grimaced when they didn't respond. Alicia stepped on them instead of over to catch up with the male. She squinted like a fool and had trouble hearing but managed anyways. "...Hmm. Give it here." She grabbed the paper and held it up to her face, barely inches from her eyes and attempted to make out the letters. "Fuck this. I dunno either, or I mean it does look all sciencey and stuff, but I don't know what it means or how to do it. Besides what're we gonna do with just a pen?" Alicia handed the paper back. "I'm not too smart. Why don't we try that key out and look around more. There could be windows that are blacked out." The teen walked to a wall and felt around to see if her theory was right, though she doubted there'd be any other way out except for the chemical and door. "If the key doesn't work," Alicia brought a hand to her hair and pulled out something small, causing her bangs to fall in her face. "I have bobby pin or two. If the door even has a lock on it. Could be the key to something else." The girl had just remembered her neat hair had been tangled so much in the rain the pins were lost in the mass. Usually she kept spares in her jacket pocket, but for some reason, her jacket was gone. And her cat. Damn, what happened?
