A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Levi's heart was loud in his ears as his nerves began to tense up. No one seemed to have an itchy trigger finger and even better, Steven asked logical questions and kept a level head much as he had in his one-on-one with Mikey. Leon seemed tense, but he was clearly keeping himself under control for now.
RIOT?!!
Levi's eyes were wide open now as he heard Mikey mention Riot. This was the group Leon had warned him about and the group that LG was directly opposed to. How on earth was this going to end in anything other than a battle? And when it did, Levi would then be torn in a conflict of interests. There were too many things swimming in his head and Levi took a deep breath as he did his best to focus on the events happening in front of him. He just couldn't afford to think about this right now.

"Riot? Adrian, that's the gang Leon spoke of in your first encounter with him, isn't it?"
- Sarah spoke to him in his earpiece, but he didn't respond. It was indeed a name he recognized, the gang that the Lightning Gang was supposedly in opposition to. Leon had warned Valo that they were a major player in this, but he didn't expect to run into them this soon after enlisting. He wasn't sure if this was just bad luck or what.
- He kept an eye on the situation, noting that Leon and the other person were both tense, while Rosett was remaining calm and asking questions, attempting to get to the bottom of this. On Riot's end, the red head seemed rather aloof, but confident. The white haired man in the back carried an air of superiority to him, but other than that, Valo knew nothing of what threat he could possibly pose.
- He decided to remain quiet, ready to move if necessary, but observing everyone in the area all the same. If he could pick up on even the smallest detail to work into their favor, he would take advantage of it.

WIth the Lightning Gang now there, and with Mikey tending to them, Kaiser went and leaned up against the fence on the edge of the school roof. His arms would fold across his chest as he hummed whimsically to himself. The questions were nothing of interest, and he was already beginning to grow bored.
"Hurry it up, Mikey." He grumbled, knowing that despite Mikey making an 'offer', he was likely to just force it upon them anyway.

Mikey noted the "face" of the group didn't talk much, so he pegged him as sort of a neanderthal. "LIGHTNING GANG SMASH" and all that. So the guy with the ponytail was the brains of the operation, leaving the one with the red hood as the only actual variable in the equation. That would indeed be noted.
"I can think of like 40 different reasons as to why this offer is sensible. So, bear with me," the red haired boy pulled out his right hand and would begin to count the reasons on his fingers. "Let's see. I don't feel like fighting. Kaiser is scary when he fights. You guys would probably get your asses kicked. Civility is always an option. Accepting the offer gets you gifts. Just straight-up violence gets you nothing. Forcing you into things would mean you're highly likely to betray us. Offering goodies in exchange for services often reaps better rewards. And, uh, one other thing -"
A dramatic pause would follow, and Mikey would point his right index finger at Levi.
"I want Levi."

"And if our morale sensibilities go against everything you stand for? What then?"
Steven would piece together what was being said, the name Kaiser was likely one of those present, maybe the only other one of them to have spoken up. Why the guy wanted Levi probably had to do with there previous meeting.
Steven's hands would slip into his pockets. Seemingly casually, for the bat and those below had not been the only weapon Steven would have brought to this party. If it had been it, Steven would not have given up the bat so easily.
In one pocket a small can of deodorant, a trick that Leon might expect from him. In the other a lighter that he had borrowed off of Shawn, one that Leon would not. Steven had not used this trick in there previous fight, because he had not been trying to permanently scar Leon.
Steven would have preferred if he had more warning of the meeting. Then his arsenal would not be such a simple trick, but bombs, nail bombs, ones that Steven could make just from equipment laying around the school.
"I as a individual refuse."
This comment was meant for both Mikey and Leon so that his leader knew where Steven stood.

No, the request for another member of his group? Now it was Leon who had the question. He was barely holding his shit together properly at this point though.
"Civil conversation? Alright let's go there. As per your request I would like to hear the terms of your request for Levi. As that would determine whether or not your truly being civil or just a posh ass wipe in need of getting his teeth bashed into his dick hole with a super magnet propelled five mile metal needle fired from orbit."
Yeah, Leon wasn't happy and didn't care if his question was answered.
"Per say."

Levi's brow had relaxed as they conversed, Mikey's demands sounded very much like the ones he had made to him the day before, but then the last one hit him. His brow crinkled right back down as his jaw clenched. This was a little different. He had assumed Mikey was going to train him and use him, but not actually own him as in make him a an actual part of Riot. Levi balled his fists as he foresaw the decision his brothers would make and the consequences of those decisions.
no....
Levi began to make a concession in his head that would hopefully spare his fellow members if they were not able to stop Mikey. He would turn himself over to stop Riot from hurting his friends. He would wait until the outcome of the inevitable fight was determined, but he would not let Riot kill his friends. His conscience would never be able to handle that.

"You don't really know what we stand for I guess, guy," Mikey shrugged. And then the neanderthal finally spoke, and he was quite taken aback. He tried to actually grasp a mental image of what it was he was trying to say, and his face contorted into all sorts of disgusted looks, before he shook the image away. He narrowed his eyes at the neanderthal for a moment. "That's mean. But here are the terms, pal."
Mikey would reach into his backpack and pull out a long scroll. It would unroll, dropping along the ground as it did, and it looked to be about seven feet long. Mikey cleared his throat, and then there would be yet another awkward pause. After a moment of silence, he let out a small chuckle.
"This doesn't actually say anything." He almost couldn't contain his laughter, but he cleared his throat a few times and regained his composure. "Alright, sorry. But, for real, here's the deal: Levi's weak, no offense buddy, but he's not your average Joe, y'know? And I mean, sure, lots of you fuckers are strong and can take a punch and throw boulders or whatever gets your testosterone pumping." He wagged his finger and clicked his tongue. "Not this guy. And he knows it. Which means he's got potential. I'm willing to bet none of you would even be half the teacher I would, but I'm not really saying "hey sign over your buddy's life," y'know? Lemme train him, take him under my wing an' shit."
Mikey shrugged, figuring he was sort of talking in circles.
"The only problem is, he's made it evident he'll remain with you lot. That conflicts with my interests because I want him in our lot. Simple fix? Combine the lots. Less effort on both our parts, really. Then you can just go about causing shit like you usually do, but with our banner, and we don't fuck you up. I think that sounds fair."

Steven would hear the words, and it seemed like this came down to some one other then him to decide. This Levi could make there lives easier by leaving LG, because Steven wasn't going to let LG form up with Riot while he was part of it.
Steven would pull his hands out of his pocket, the small can and lighter easily concealable in his clenched fist as he did so. Steven would then turn his head and bite down on the collar of his jacket. Pulling off a capsule hidden there. A little gift left over from the brawl in cafeteria. What he had managed to save of the orange, inside a capsule he could break open with his teeth and then swallow if it was needed.

Kaiser cringed at the leader's choice of words, also trying to picture what a sight would look like. But between that and Mikey's antics, this was taking an awfully long time. Why couldn't they just say yes before they were annihilated and Levi taken by force?
The white haired man sighed and took out his phone, now sending cat pictures to people, including Mikey, attempting to amuse himself.

At the bit Mikey decided to say about being a better teacher and some bullshit about his wishes Leon began to laugh, almost uncontrollably. He couldn't believe how ignorant, and completely stupid this guy really was.
"Your a moron."
Leon finally got out almost spitting saliva between his chuckles now.
"You must be rather weak, because you don't know what strength is. I'm sorry, but that's just how that is. Levi's choice, not mine and if he wishes to stay with us, that's how it's going to be. As for our groups joining forces. I'll think about it, if you can answer what true strength, true power is. Honestly, if you answer well enough I might even suggest Levi join you."

Levi was a little surprised by Leon's reaction, though they weren't out of the water yet. Leon tension seemed to suggest that a fight was inevitable, but the man who seemed like he might be a loose cannon actually fairly level headed given the situation and his obvious feeling towards riot. The question was: how long would Mikey keep talking? Levi knew that typically, groups with as much power as Riot feigned diplomacy as a means to avoiding looking bad because they used violence, but rarely did it stop them from using it in the end.

- Valo was caught off guard by Leon's outburst of laughter, but he had a point. Strength came down to much more than brute force. And apparently it was something that Levi possessed, though Riot was likely talking about his potential to grow physically stronger. He wondered if they understood what Leon meant by true strength, or maybe they knew more than they were letting on.
- But he didn't take his eyes off of the other man, Kaiser. He flipped out his phone in the midst of the others talking, and he was likely texting. If Mikey picked up his phone next, it may have meant that Kaiser picked up on something that the Lightning Gang was planning, maybe some minor movement. Maybe it was nothing. But it never hurt to be careful.

His eyes shot toward the man with the ponytail. He was acting fishy, playing with his pockets and biting his collar in a way that wasn't particularly subtle... but he paid it no mind, for now. Whatever schemes they had would be dealt with soon enough. Mikey frowned after this neanderthal's outburst. They guy jumped to a lot of conclusions, real quick. It could definitely be excused by the fact that he knew little to nothing about Riot, but the fact remained that no one here, save Levi, had an inkling of what Mikey was like, or what he was capable of. He was more than an able-bodied fighter. He was perceptive, intuitive, aware of his surroundings.
"Calm yourself, you baboon," Mikey spoke with a narrowed gaze and a sharp tone that would come out of nowhere. It was like his current disposition was the complete opposite of how he'd been when the encounter began. "Strength is subjective to the person. It's having the power to break the neck of a starving, wing-clipped pigeon, but choosing to nurse it back to health. It's lacking the power to fight on, but getting back up every time you get knocked down. It's learning humility in the face of your enemies, and even more in the face of your allies." He stepped forward, eyes narrowing even further. His presence would become one that would intimidate most, as Mikey was not looking at all like the same lazy figure from a moment ago. "It's learning when you're beaten and taking the time to lick your wounds rather than press an offense you know will lose."
Mikey's speech was interrupted when he felt a vibration in his pocket. He reached into it and pulled out his phone. Looking upon his screen, the man smiled a bit, before returning his phone to his pocket.
"I'm offering the Lightning Gang a chance to preserve its ranks. If I lacked honor, I would have taken Levi from you without this meeting ever having taken place. So don't begin to assume you understand me."

Steven would counter back at Mikey's words, slightly slurred at preventing him from breaking the capsule in his mouth just yet.
"It's about having the fibre to not bow in the face of intimidation. Veiled or blatant. Strength is about sticking to your guns, being open to change when it is argued well, and too call bullshit when it is not. If you had honour, you accept our view against you. Just like I accept that, I doubt anything we could say would prevent you from your chosen course, of assimilation or force."
Steven didn't care at this point if this went against Leon view. The only way he saw them talking there way out of this, was if either Leon accepted, or Levi left to join them.
Steven would look out of the side of his vision at Leon. He had to make a decision, they had been up here talking for too long. By now there could be people at the bottom of the stair to cut off a retreat, for all they knew. Seriously Leon just let us walk away. Either they fight us here and now over it. Or they come for us down the line, but talking here is solving nothing.
