Shock to the Heart, Mayhem to Blame (Speed Event)

Valentines day, a day of love and companionship. Of lonely men and women and sadness. It all depended on exactly who you were, and how lucky you were in life. Today in the school courtyard there would be a small gathering. Nothing major, just small impromptu gathering. Some balloons, a few tables pulled out and food pilfer by some students. A student's car boot open playing music out over the gathering of couples and those looking for love that had formed. The event was being over looked by the teachers, mostly in the spirit of the day it was.  

Then it arrived. A large bright pink van pulled up in through the school gates and up into the school courtyard. The back door of the van would open and out of it would step 5 people. 3 Women and 2 men, each of them in over the top outfits and holding bows. Over one shoulder a quiver of 5 arrows. They looked like they were some sort of V-Day group called in to liven up the party. 

One of the women would step up, a pink hair girl who radiated command, if one was to look past her informal appearance. She was know as Hearts, one of the old players, she had been only a child back in the day but now she was the fitting form of a women. The arrows in their Quivers had been created by one of the other old members, then supplied to her through Mayhem and told to have fun with the school on this of all days. 

Hearts would wave out over the crowd of couples and the single. Then one of the men would draw an arrow pull back and fire at one of the older female students. The arrow would strike home. Small points would connect with flesh, and electricity would coarse through her. The women dropping to the ground shaking from the shock.

As people would go about taking in what had just happened, Hearts would approach the music spewing car, and change the cd. New music started playing.
