Zoe's face grew a bright red as she heard the frantic sputtering from the blond boy. Her eyes widened as he spat out water at the blue haired boy before he spoke. They were brothers!? Her face was as red as it could be. Why were they making out in public then!? What kind of brothers were they..? She'd shift her gaze to the side, avoiding staring at them. This was so weird! Zoe would cough silently as she tried to think of a way to change the subject.
Thank god for Shugo's stomach.
”E..er.. my name is Zoe!” she spoke, a bit too fast as she tried to hasteidly change the subject. Who was she to judge what two men did in New York City!? She'd offer him a small handkerchief from her bag to wipe the water spat onto his face and hand. ”Er, here, take this.” Looking down to the lunch, she shook her head. ”Take it. My brother packed too much for me to eat on my own.”

❝ | I don't want us to make any promises to each other. It's as if death could visit us at any moment. You told me your name when you informed me you were here So I'll continue calling it, to keep death at bay I want to be with you until the end This is the only thing I'm sure of. This is the only place where we can breathe We have to protect it, no matter the cost

Well, Shugo sure know hows to stay calm every time these accusations come up...
Valo thought as Shugo seemed to not be so bothered that someone thought they were dating, but was instead angry about the fact that Valo accidentally spat water onto his face. Whoopsies.
He sat down at the table opposite from the other two, snatching his lunch back from Shugo and pulling his burrito out. It seemed he was mooching off of the poor girl's food, but luckily she just happened to have extras. But hey, introductions seemed to be in order.
"My name is Valo. It's a pleasure to meet you, Zoe." He said with a friendly smile. "I'm sorry if we were interrupting anything." WORDS ● TAGGED ● NOTES

"Thank you... and are you sure..?"
The blue haired boy would take the handkerchief and wipe away Valo's spit and the drink from his face. He thought about handing it back to her, but the girl probably didn't want a handkerchief with someone's spit and soda all over it. The boy scratched at the back of his head sheepishly. He spoke while holding the handkerchief up with his other hand.
"I'll make sure to wash this and get it back to you."
Shugo would attempt to fight the yearning of hunger, but with the girl's lunch and Valo's burrito in front of him, Shugo couldn't help himself. He swallowed a little bit while his stomach grumbled more. He had been working out and training on an empty stomach during the beginning part of their lunch break. He wasn't the smartest guy...
"Eheh... I mean... if you really don't mind sharing, I guess I'll take some."

Zoe smiled weakly as she shook her head. "No... um you didn't interrupt anything. I was just sitting here organizing my items..." she spoke softly, gesturing to the instrument pieces all around her. Looking down, she blinked softly. "It's nice to meet you too Valo..." Her voice would drift off as Shugo spoke. Ah, that was nice of him. Zoe would nod in his direction before smiling weakly. "Thank you..."
When the blue haired boy finally seemed to accept Zoe's offer, she nodded. "If I did mind sharing, I wouldn't have offered you the food." With that, she'd hold out the extra bag for him to take. It was a simple lunch composed of a sandwich, juice and an apple. Albeit, the sandwich would be cut into an odd little heart.
