--- How often the mind and body tend to not cooperate with one another. The mind tends to shout, the heart whispers but the body never quite listens. The body tends to react against the will of the owner. Presently was the perfect example of such situations. Every piece of her was torn in different directions as if multiple voices were talking to her all at once. Her heart's whispers practically fell on deaf ears. Yes Cereza had a heart somewhere in that shell of hers there was something that was rarely heard. It spoke often enough but was constantly left unheard, drowned out by her loud working mind. Cereza's heart was trying it's hardest to convince her to talk to Damien. To tell him the truth of her being there; about her end game. It poked at her to ask for his help but no, no her mind wouldn't allow such talk. Cereza's always moving, always calculating mind refused to take part in such discussions; in such foolishness. It remained stubborn and hardened in it's ways. Unyielding. Willing to bend a little but never break with the wind. Her mind was standing it's ground strongly with the refusal to truly allow Damien in. It was beyond a matter of pride. It was her pure inability to allow someone in. To allow them too close to her. To allow them to know more personal or intimate details about her and her life. As for her body that was simple enough considering but was it truly just that simple?
--- There was something more that would never be said. Something more that naturally Damien had long suspected since their friendship had turned into a quick little physical fling twice. They weren't a couple by any means but at best on the outside looking in friends with benefits. Damien had discovered the marks on her body in intimate places that suggested great unpleasantries. It made his curiosity grow much to Cereza's displeasure. He wanted to know where they came from and who was 'M'. Who was the mystery name behind the letter craved just on her pelvic line. It wasn't for the lack of memory, though she wished she didn't remember, but for what it was attached to that she couldn't bring herself to ever tell. She might walk around like a girl that didn't really care what others thought but that mark on her past wasn't something she wanted in the light. It was something she wanted to remain in the depths of the dark abyss for all eternity. But to be honest that wasn't something that was possible was it? Everything one tried to hide away always found its way to the surface sooner or later. West, Maverick and company had shown themselves a few months ago already and she hadn't seen them since. Though she was so certain she saw Maverick at The Pit once whatever the case the shadows were surfacing. She wasn't sure if Damien had gone digging yet but sometimes one needed to let sleeping dogs lie.
--- For a pair that had just in recent time opened up a physicality between one another holding back wasn't the easiest. For the exotic beauty that rested underneath him it was a bit more difficult for reasons beyond him. Yes Damien was attractive and she always playfully flirted but it never turned into anything until one night recently when he returned from his hiatus. A dormant seed had began to grow inside her prior to running into him and it just happened to blossom with him. It spread its vines through her body slowly but surely, twisting around her secreting something into her being once more. Damien was dangerous to her, but danger was so tempting and inviting wasn't it? She returned the passion in his kiss as he held her waist and pinned one of her arms to the bed. That tingle coursing through her signaled to herself that she was falling deeper in. His lips moved from hers to her neck which caused an arch in her back as she bit her lower lip in response. That low growl of his that she had heard twice before sent a smirk with a wave of guilty pleasure. She shouldn't be enjoying it but she was till his words entered the picture and even that couldn't stop the body's feelings. There was that nickname again, there was that question once more but now he was questioning the worth of her pride. The lower growl against her skin tickled it a bit as he spoke again and continued kissing at her neck. He wasn't making it so easy to answer was he, however he had slightly reawakened her annoyance for him. A pinch of reality sunk in reminding her that she was angry with him still and shouldn't be enjoying his touch but what was done was done at this point. Answers to his questions were mixed in with the flow of the pleasure he was unleashing on her. Did she want this? No, of course not. Her idea was never to go all the way but everything was essentially against her original plan. Was what she sought after worth her pride? That was the question of the night wasn't it?
--- To Cereza finding out about who tried to kill her brother and why just about anything was worth it. For two years she searched and found essentially no real trace. For two years a little girl continued to grow without knowing her father. Everyday Cereza had to look at Amara and be reminded that if he never woke up Amara would never know his love like she once did. Cereza might've been uncaring to most people but Amara was her heart and she could never hurt that precious bundle. If anyone wanted to hurt Cereza badly or attempt to control her Amara was the answer. Cereza blamed herself for what happened to her brother because they had argued and he left in such anger. Chalk up a second regret for the enigma. Her body felt warmer as her breathing increased. He could feel her shifting underneath him as her right leg naturally bent in resting against his hip a bit tightly in exulted response. Yup heels on the bed cause screw kicking off the boots right now. Her free hand gripped against his jacket, biting her lower lip again as she turned her head a little to respond closer to his ear after an exhaled moaned. There was a faint hint of annoyance in her tone that just couldn't be helped.
"You weren't supposed to be here."
--- She kissed against his neck to keep it going. That voice that came from somewhere within her chest was trying to shout in it's whisper form again. Just tell him. Ask him for help. You know you need it at this point. And it was right she did but to hear Cereza say she 'needed' someone wasn't going to happen. Hell would probably freeze over the day those words left her lips and she actually meant instead of saying it as a manipulative tool. Pushing with her hips and bent leg if he didn't resist her she'd flip him over, placing herself in a straddle position on top of him however she would continue kissing at his neck as she spoke lowly.
"He'd already be where I wanted by now.. I'll do what I have to."
--- She still wasn't saying why. Damien could at least determine by now that it was clearly extremely personal but even then so what could it really be? What ties could Cereza have to Caleb Sosa of all people? Sure they were both part of the underground game but no it wasn't that. That would be closer to her step father and he was not going to send her to Sosa like this. She was or rather already had placed herself in a highly dangerous position. Only Damien truly knew how dangerous Sosa really was meaning what Sosa would really do to her if he found out this was a hoax in anyway. Damien would know the level of torture Sosa could unleash on her. Would she listen or rather would she have listened if she told him prior? Was it still too late? Could Damien convince her otherwise and get her out of there? Or would he just allow her to falter by continuing? Did he think it was worth it for her?

Women were infuriating...or was it just her, he couldn't help but think. As she spoke he could hear the annoyance in her voice, but even so she continued to play the act. Flipping him over, he didn't bother resisting, at least not yet. He would wait until the time was right to put his foot down on this insanity. It was getting to the point where, he didn't even care what she wanted. Where he wanted to just pick her up, drag her out and take her away from this mess before Sosa found out what truly was going on. That obviously would lead to Sosa being pissed at the both of them, but 'Cataleya' could just vanish go back to not resisting and never be found again. While Mayhem, he wasn't scared directly of Sosa it wasn't like they hadn't butted head before. He was more concerned what Sosa could do to those around him. Maybe such a course could even put Sosa and Mayhem at war with each other. Not a good thing for business.
Mayhem was taken out of the thought by yet another kiss near his neck and more not so gentle words from Cereza. So he wasn't meant to be here, she would have got what she 'wanted' by now if he hadn't, and she would do what she 'had' to. Well there wasn't much in those words, but she would do what she 'had' to now because he was here, not what she wanted. It was subtle, and maybe he was reading in to her choice of words to much, but with what he already knew of her. This course did not fit as one she would want, she was more trick some then that, to need to make such a sacrifice. So The Red King, read between those line she spoke and then dismissed the lines, and the way they tried to push and focused on that subtle that lay between them.
Mayhem would grab her waist, and if she didn't try to stop him once again flip them over. If the kept spinning over like this in the same direction it wouldn't be long before the ended up falling off the bed. As he flipped them though, he pulled his head back his mouth away from her neck and hers away from his. Smirking he let out a laugh. "Why so hasty flower? Have you never heard of making things last, pulling out to make the end result oh so much better? Make sure you get the release you need in the end? Then some premature mess?" The words dripped with innuendo, but that was only because he was talking aloud.
If she was able to see the meaning behind the word, the suggestion that what ever she was after it didn't have to be attained all in one night. How much more a tease, how much more could a man be wrap around a finger, then by the women who is a challenge to attain.

--- Cereza was an infuriating individual when it came to certain things. That was more than obvious to those that knew her the longest. She was a hard mountain to move at times, but her words rang true. Had it not been for those interruptions Sosa would be in her hands and the information retrieved. She'd probably, maybe would be finding her way out and heading home by now. Naturally if everything went according to the grand scheme, but of course not life was full of twist. If Sosa found out any truth everything was going to be turned upside down. Cereza was blindly confident that she was well covered and honestly that normally wasn't like her. Cereza never underestimated or overestimated anyone or anything but this time she was so fixated. The information at this point was all that mattered not how it was obtained. However despite her willingness going through with it wasn't the smartest idea. What damage would it cause in the end? Damage that would probably remain unseen as she would keep it bottled in like she did most things. But sooner or later it would seep through and it wouldn't be pretty.
--- Her body was already at a point where resisting was becoming harder, though was she truly resisting Damien? Or was the mild frustration she had for him just adding the fuel to the whatever it was? He rolled them over again, but since she didn't try to roll back they didn't tumble off the bed. Pulling away from her caused her lips to break from his neck. Her chest still bounced up and down with quickened breathes as she stared up at him with honey colored eyes. His words were full of innuendos indeed but being a girl familiar with riddles it wasn't hard to decipher his words. Maybe he was right. No actually he was more than right. Why did she have to continue with this? Why couldn't she just kill the noise and leave? Live and fight another day. Attempt another chance at it. Why? Because she waited too long for this moment as it was. Because she had already came this far and there was no true guarantee that she would be able to get this again. Above it all because she was extremely freaking stubborn. She didn't want to listen to him. She didn't want to give him the satisfaction. But what satisfaction? Really she was making this far too personal. Far too big of an issue. Placing her hands on his chest and using her hips again she would push to rotate him the other way; back towards the middle and assume the previous straddling position. Her black and red dyed hair draped over like a veil as her face hovered over him again. Her voice wasn't as loud.
"Maybe I'm enjoying myself... Maybe I-"
--- Her words were cut off by the feel of something hard and metallic against the back but more the side of her head. In the distraction and her hair covering their view Sosa's reappearance wasn't heard but his presence was certainly felt. Anyone familiar with a gun was familiar with that clicking sound. Her heart actually skipped a beat as her face dropped to a more serious look as she stared down at Damien before only her eyes shifted to the side unable to see still. Damien however had a view. There was a sudden tension in her body he could easily feel. Sosa smirked holding the gun to 'Cataleya's' head with a drink in the other.
"My little flower is a naughty one isn't she? The beautiful ones are usual so devious so deadly. A flower with thorns is tempting to pick even if you get a little pricked... You can sit up mi amour."
--- 'Cataleya' ever so slowly sat up on Damien, steadily turning her head just a little to look up at Sosa better who still remained with a grin on his face.
"I'm not fooled easily my dear."
"I don't know what you mean."
"Heh naturally right? I had my suspicions about you little flower.. I'm sure my friend here sensed it too when he pointed you to me, after all he's a smart man. I heard there was someone looking into things about me. To be honest you can say I've been waiting and here you are."
"You're mistaken I-"
"Ssh.. Let's not play that game. You're too beautiful to pretend to be stupid, Cataleya. Roman has a tendency to use woman to do his dirty work. Can't lie and say it isn't a weakness of us men but he should've been more careful this time. Shame you're so beautiful to waste yourself with him but I want let that go to waste.. I promised we'd have fun and I am a man of my word... Here drink up little flower."
--- Cereza looked up at Sosa he let a pill slip out from his fingers from the glass he held. The pill falling into the liquor and quickly dissolving in. She knew what it was. She was far too familiar with it not by choice. Ecstasy. He wanted her to drink it and by all means she didn't want to. Nothing good was going to come from this. If she did this she was lost wasn't she? Was it still worth it? Her brother wouldn't want this. Actually he'd be completely furious if he ever knew. Luck be he would never know considering. Sosa shook the drink and motioned her with the gun to come and take it. She turned her head looking down at Damien her eyes reading the most ridiculous notion of asking him not to do anything remotely stupid. Wait what? She was kidding right? She was already being an idiot and she was trying to get him NOT to do anything. What the fuck Cereza? With a stern face she peeled herself off Damien and stood in front of Sosa taking the drink from his hand. Looking at the glass she was reminded of her past. Reminded when this was forced in her body once upon a time. But if she took it it would help her through it no? Help her push past the ordeal or rather just to deal with it better. Maybe. Kinda. Sorta. She looked up at Sosa who said one word only.
"Drink."
--- The gun was pointed at her torso by this time as she stared up at him and actually consumed the drink; downing it like a shot. Sosa grinned at her as she tossed the glass away; it shattering against the floor. She exhaled sharply as Sosa placed the side of the barrel on her cheek. He looked at Damien and laughed a little.
"Someone's always out to kill me right? Roman sending his cadelas (bitches) to me... this one though is by far the most beautiful though she still needs a lesson learned.. Mmm I can teach her one better later. How about we have a little fun with her? Ooo look at the fire in those eyes now."
--- Sosa would run the gun down the middle of her chest before pulling her in by her bottom with his free hand and taking her lips for his own again. The hand holding the gun would rest tightly against her back as he kissed her hard before pushing her back so she fell seated on the bed. Safe to say maybe Cereza was a little nervous now, maybe more than so but that defiance was there now as she gazed up to Sosa. The pill was working through her system now.
"Get more comfortable my little flower.. Damien mi amigo, if you're staying maybe she needs help with that corset hm?."
--- It was clear what he was asking now. Yeah she was in deep shit.

Cereza flipped Mayhem over once more and he sighed, realising that his words were getting nowhere. Only for Sosa to return with what appeared to be more drink. Maybe he could still talk a way out of this....or not. As a gun was pulled and Sosa made Cereza stand listing off his reasoning. Before making it clear that the fun wouldn't be over for the two of them by forcing Cereza to drink down a drink laced with drugs.
This was bad...or was it. He was torn for a moment as he climb from the bed himself. He didn't see a non-violent way out, if he took down Sosa and then dragged Cereza out of there. It would be war with the man. Maybe...just maybe if he had thought that he had been getting somewhere with Cereza, had she given him the slightest hint that the past meant something, not nothing like she had. Maybe he would have been willing to start that war.....NO! How could he even think of such a thing. He wouldn't abandon her when she needed him, would betray what little trust there was, even though she wasn't willing to confide in him. Such a treasonous action was not something he could do. He would not become her Cachito. Especially...Well damn.
He would smirk over Sosa as if he liked what the other man suggested, keeping the thought crossing his mind from his face like a pro before pushing Cereza down on the bed and climbing over her. His hands moving the the hooks of the front of her corset. He feigned having issue with the thing. Growling something along the line of. "Stupid corsets, the look great but damn they are a bitch." Looking over his shoulder to Sosa and laughing. The action of looking was so he could see Sosa and the gun from where he was, and then he sprang.
Kicking a leg up and back out from the bed, he tried to kick the aim of the gun aside, hopefully knocking the gun out of his grasp. Then he pushed up from the bed with everything he had, throwing himself backwards bodily into Sosa. Trying his best to turn, so that as his weight took Sosa to the ground, he could grab the gun arm, if the gun had not been knocked aside. The plan was to get the gun hand. Prevent him from firing it, if he not done so when it was kicked. The last thing needed was the gun going off and calling the attention of Sosa's men, or if it had already gone off, to at least claim the gun so that he would have a fighting chance against whatever came there way. He only hoped that the drugs hadn't worked to far through Cereza so quickly. Because Sosa was not likely to go down easy.
If they could take him down quietly enough, without guard being alerted they would have that much more of a chance of getting out of here alive. If not, well he hoped Harley and Gage weren't that far away still, but he couldn't count on there help with how little time had passed.

'Some people create their own storms. Then get upset when it rains.'
--- Things had turned sour and quickly at that. Cereza knew who Roman was because of her ties to the underground circuit however she didn't know of anything going on between the two. Obviously there was some beef between Roman and Sosa in which she just got thrown into in a case of mistaken identity. At least there was a upside to it; he didn't know who she truly was. That in itself was a huge relief yet all the same problematic because she was believed to be an agent of Roman's. Someone sent there to possibly kill him or something. If wasn't the truth but it wouldn't matter to him. Sosa had his mind set on who she was and why she was there. This man was not going to budge on that ideology. Cereza could see that a mile away. Talking was not going to get her out of it unless maybe she did pretend to be with Roman and opt to betray the bastard for Sosa. Would Sosa listen? Possibly. Would he believe her? 50/50 chance of that. Would it stop him from what he wanted to do? Not one damn bit. So for once talk was cheap wasn't it?
--- Any violent way was going to start a war with this man. A war that lead to a shit ton of bloodshed from both parties. Damien had a 'relationship' of sorts with Sosa so that in itself was a gimme of how bad it could get. Then there was the prospect of Wonderland getting involved. But why would Cereza involve Wonderland? After all Cataleya could easily disappear into the wind with no hopes of returning. If Damien got into war with Sosa that was none of her business. It would be his choice to start a volatile situation with the dangerous man. If Cereza thought like that then why would she throw Wonderland in the matter? Simple personal gain. Use them as a tool to get what she wanted. Now did she really want to go that route? Not really. She didn't want questions asked and she could think of one or two that would ask. But it wasn't fair nor right for Cereza to abandon Damien if he started that war because she would've been the catalyst. It would've never started if she wasn't there doing what she was. Then again it could've been flipped on him once more that he wasn't supposed to be there and he could've and should've walked away ages ago. The moment he knew it was her, that she was up to something he should've backed off. But he didn't, so it was his fault right? Yeah well that's how she would spin it.
--- Damien pulled her further back onto the bed essentially forcing her back down as he climbed on top of her. He's positioning covered her a bit from Sosa's gaze as she looked up at Damien who was mockingly fumbling with her corset. She knew he was buying time. She knew what he was about to do something to turn this entire thing into more of a cluster fuck. Could she blame him? He would just be trying to protect her right? Why did she have to be so damn stubborn about things? But maybe he was right from before about why not leaving before things got worse considering all had not gone as planned. She said she would do what she had to but maybe she was starting to finally listen to that whisper in her heart. Maybe it was finally reaching her mind and shifting her thoughts to more tactical and practicality. Reality partially sinking in. There was no certainty in how things would go if she continued with what Sosa wanted but yes she would regret it. It'd be another black mark she'd tried to forget but Damien wouldn't really let her would he? He'd scold her like a child wondering why over and over just like how he wanted to know so badly who 'M' was. Damien was straddling her, having her legs between his own, she watched him look over his shoulder with a laugh knowing that would be the moment he would attempt to strike. Sosa smirked back taking his eyes away for a moment. In that brief instance before Damien could kick out his leg, Cereza's right leg moved up quickly so her knee would hit his butt and force him to fall forward onto her. Sosa would react to the sudden movement thinking she was going to kick him by drawing his gun up with tension, but noticed something entirely different and snickered.
"Heh.. working a little faster than I thought."
--- Forcing Damien to fall on her as her left gripped his shirt to hold her tighter to her. Her right held onto his bicep. Cereza kissed him to play up the role aside from the workings of the pill. She whispered something into his lips only audible to him alone.
"We're all mad here."
--- A little Wonderland quip holding a hidden message. She was basically asking for him to trust her. Sure the words to anyone else wouldn't mean such a thing but to those within the shadowed Wonderland it held different meaning depending on the situation. Against his bicep Damien would feel a bit of pressure as she pressed her hand there and moved it like she was rubbing his arm. The pressure he was feeling was the metal band of the ring turning till the jewel was facing the inside of her hand. That same hand she would move it to touch his face were he would feel the jewel against his cheek. If he noticed it; which he should've with how obvious she was making it to him; he would recognize that ring as a little trinket she showed him once upon a time. A ring were once the jewel was removed it would reveal a small needle laced with a drug. That ring was her last resort if she didn't lace Sosa's drink earlier. Somewhere in the heated kiss she would release her lips from his breathing a little heavy, but able to show a small fire still in her honey tinted eyes.
"Heh.. hey now amigo you going to hog all the fun?"

Mayhem turned his head, and was about to send his foot out in the kick as he had planned on to be taken off balance by Cereza practically kneeing him in the behind and causing him to fall forward into her. He was unsure if it was a purposeful action at first until the whispered word in the kiss she gave him, in order to obviously play the part, play the role she was in right now. 'We're all mad here." Really? Really she was going to use that now of all times.
She was asking for his trust, asking him to give, what in Mayhem's mind she had not given to him on multiply occasions. However what else could he do, his planned had been starting an all out war. If she had a means to prevent that he would have to go along with it, for now at least. He could always default onto his other plan later.
"Are we?" He whispered back into the kiss though, and edge to the tone, putting across how she was asking for what he didn't feel he got in return. Nevertheless though he wouldn't go against her. It wasn't until Sosa spoke distracting him from his thoughts that he felt the ring that Cereza was making obvious to him. Turning as if to reply to Sosa he looked at the ring on the way passed as he turned his head. SO that was her plan, then why the hell hadn't she used it as soon as she got chance before. No matter it was better then nothing.
"Maybe." He answered Sosa with a laugh though, and would move as to flip off of her. "I don't think she will be too problematic for two though, she seem eager already." He added and spun off the bed completely, giving Sosa a chance to do as he wanted. Hopefully moving in closer seeing as Mayhem opened the opportunity, while Mayhem removed his jacket, seemingly making it appear that was why he had stood to do. He would have to think of a way, to subtle get the gun aimed away from Cereza. Because if she used that ring without that being the case, it was possibly Sosa would get chance to react.

--- Yes she did use those words. Maybe it wasn't exactly fair for her to basically tell him to trust her while she clearly was not giving him the same respect. Did she not trust Damien? Her right hand of Wonderland - her Red King? She had to place some kind of trust on him right? Or was it merely because he was useful to her? That wouldn't be so shocking considering how Cereza was now would it. How she operated. She normally sounded herself with people that were beneficial to herself and whatever cause that may come along. So many were mostly tools and once those tools were rusted and rendered useless then it was time to restock. Was that how she really truly saw Damien as? Was there not just maybe a little something more? Not like she would admit it so easily but she did hold him in a high regard. Cereza just couldn't bring herself to tell him why she was there. That was the inquiry of the night.
"Insanely."
--- She would mumble back into his returning kiss. His subtle look at her ring went unnoticed by Sosa, however not to Cereza naturally. She was hoping he had felt the friction against his arm and cheek. Honestly if he hadn't noticed she seriously would've been questioning his usual awareness. He didn't need to speak in order for her to figure that he must've been questioning why she waited so long to use it. Simple. Drugging the drink was easier for her to achieve her goal as the pill wasn't strong enough to straight knock him out. However the liquid inside the ring was of a higher potency. Small dose, packs a mean kick. It was fast acting and would knock him out within a matter of seconds. Like stated it was a last resort. A if things got shot to hell and she needed to get out of dodge resort. The pill would've made him groggy and more truthful. Truth and facts was what she needed, but they had to go. This did escalate to a point where if Damien blew his own cover a war was on the horizon. With everything that had been discussed concerning Wonderland and the likes a bloodbath of this caliber was not currently necessary. Besides this was personal and she really wanted and needed him or anyone else to back off. She didn't even tell her Uncle about this. That was surprising considering he was a part of most of her nightlife activities; well mainly Jinx but still. She knew he would try to stop her no matter the fact he would want the answers himself, but he probably would've aimed for a different way. That or at best be in her ear yapping it off. Sosa would smirk and laugh at Damien's response as he watched the man roll off the prize and bed.
"Heh I no doubted that mi amigo.. Roman knows how to pick 'em but it's such a shame that -- "
"It doesn't have to be that way."
--- She said steadily leaning up on her elbows to be careful not to alarm him. No one wants to get shot and she wasn't fortunate to be wearing any type of bulletproof clothing nor armor. Sosa looked at her with a perk brow holding his gun steady at his side.
"Heh my little flower they all try to have me spare their lives. They cry and beg and --"
"Yet I am not crying nor begging."
--- Sosa looked at her,, tilting his head as she continued to cut him off. Was it wise? No not really but she tested the waters anyways. The haze of the pill was kicking in but she pushed through best she could. He wasn't angry as he looked at her in amusement. Steadily she rose up to a kneeling position just before him placing her hands on his chest, while he so causally placed the gun flat on her chest. The cool metal against her skin radiated a few goosebumps. Eyes only glanced down to it and back to the cartel before her. Gotta give her credit for thinking somewhat clearly enough with what was swimming in her system mixed with drinks. She managed to still hold onto her accent.
"Then what are you doing flower?"
"Being truthful..I'm not here to kill you. I'd never make it out if I did now would I?.. Roman is many things but sometimes he uses his brains.. I was merely here to gather any info, to...test you. Clearly I have failed due to your superior skill.. Yet all the same my goal wasn't to succeed. I want out of Roman's employment."
"Sounds like you're saying you wanted to be caught. None of the others were like this. They cried and shook and cried some more. Maybe just maybe I'll consider your words Cataleya.. depends on the skills you can bring to me.. How about you show me something now. I make you no promises flower."
--- Fair enough right? The end of his words were spoke as he raised the gun under her chin tipping her head up. She looked into his eyes before leaning up more and captured his lips. Hands remained at his chest until the gun was essentially no longer pointing at her. She felt his hands on her sides as her own wrapped around his neck and she fiddled quickly to remove the jewel, exposing the little needle. The neck was the idle spot. The poison would work even quicker by entering the bloodstream at that point. With the jewel removed she'd move the hand to his neck without touching him yet. She waited about five more seconds before Sosa would feel the prick on the side of his neck. Even if he choose to react certainly Damien would be able to just snatch the gun from the cartel's hand. Cereza was pushed back hard with his free hand as she cursed and attempted to point the gun if he still had it. If not he'd hold that spot, sway and drop to the floor.
"Damn it. "
--- Cereza spoke frustratingly under her breath. Meanwhile Harley and Gage reached the club which wasn't allowing anymore entries. Harley cursed in French again under her breath. This was becoming more difficult than it needed to be, however it did concern her why they stopped letting anyone in. There was the possibility that the club was close to capacity. But there was the bigger chance that something was happening that required a bit of privacy. That thought she didn't like and knowing her friend was inside, even if she was with Damien was highly unsettling to the blonde.
"They're not letting anyone else in."
--- Harley would mention lowly for Gage to hear. There were of course other ways which obviously would requiring some sneaking about and knocking some people out. She pulled out her phone texting the Red King again. She actually did send a text the moment they got there which was about two minutes prior to learning about them no longer accepting patrons.
King they aren't letting anyone else in. Bander and I will find another way in. Status update would be nice.
--- Was Harley annoyed? Yes. Yes she was, but she was very much concerned about Cereza now yet still she could've been home. Could've continued her moment with Gage not like anyone actually knew about that but still. No. Harley wasn't that selfish compared to most. Her friend was potentially in need. She was where she was supposed to be. Hopefully.
"Come on. We need a new way in."
--- When Gage acknowledged everything she'd work back through the crowd to try and get out and find some other way inside the building which best option was the back door. Considering where it was and all the other shops attached and all.

Mayhem watched the exchange between Sosa and Cereza, she was playing it pretty risky in his mind. However she was right about the fact she wasn't begging for her life. Something that seemed to Sosa by surprise. Bad choice, Mayhem couldn't help but thinking to himself as he watched Cereza playing alone with Sosa demand. He really should be more aware of his surroundings, also letting someone you do not trust get there hands in a position were you can not see them was dumb. Mayhem was simply awaiting for that moment and when it came he leaped.
As Cereza pricked him with the ring and it started to take an effect, Mayhem would leap forward and grab the gun hand. Grabbing Sosa ring and forcing it away from the trigger and pulling it from his grasp. Sosa tried to react but could not, shocked by what was happening and then hit the floor with a thud, a curse from Cereza and then a ringing of his phone.
Mayhem nodded at Cereza, and then shook his head. A conflicting action of well done for getting Sosa but seriously you put yourself in this position in the first place. Pulling out his phone he looked at the text and then responded.
'With Rabbit, Rabbit drugged S, now all with have to worry about is getting out of here. I hope, await next message.'
The last part was down to Cereza, she was after something and Mayhem very much doubt just because Sosa was unconscious that she would just leave, accepting that there wasn't anyway of making him talk.
"Can we leave now? Or are you going to try and interrogate a guy, in his own club, housing like probably 20 people with guns, who might come to check up on him at any time? What the hell is so important for all this risk?" Mayhem couldn't help but stand next to where Sosa had fallen, looking down at the man for a moment, in both sense of the phrase.
---
"Understood, lead the way."
Gage would answer Harley, giving the people still hopeful to get inside one last glance. If the others were in serious trouble, going through the main doors and then walking out with them after would only have attracted attention anyway. However it was unlikely that the back was so simple to get in from. The best option yes, a good one?
Well that would depend on if there was someone guarding it on the other side just in case. In fact when they reached it, Gage would put a hand on her shoulder and make her wait before attempting to see if the door was locked. Putting a ear up to the door gently to make no sound. A trained sense of hearing trying to figure out if using the door wouldn't just drop them into trouble, rather then being an entrance to Mayhem, and Cereza's aid.

--- Often enough at times Cereza would agree and even state that everyone had a choice. But in this instance did she have one? Knowing her she would probably argue that she didn't. But didn't she? Prior to getting into the room Cereza had all the choices to make. She could've walked away; tried another day. Once in the room she could've played along and she was almost going to till she felt a tug in her pull back. Finally listening to Damien's words though deeply unsatisfied with the results. To have gotten so close to Sosa was a one in a million opportunity. Yes it was risky as hell. Yes it could've costed her a lot including her own life but it was hers to risk. Frustration grew within the young girl that normally was not easily angered. Was this completely foreign to her? This feeling building up? Not entirely but to anyone else to see such a heavily annoyance on her face, the amount of displeasure, it would be.
--- Mayhem addressed her and she found her honey colored eyes slowly turning to him. There was a fire behind those eyes. Everything in her was calling for her to lash out at him. To get up and sock him real good in the jaw. Narrowing her eyes she get off the bed with a hard thud of her heels against the floor. Cutting silence came between them as she exhaled sharply getting passed him and kneeling down to Sosa. She searched him for anything, anything at all at this point to which she was only able to obtain his phone. Was it enough for her? It was a start. She could only hope there was something in there that she could use and find. Could Sosa be careless enough? She didn't really think so yet he was in some way letting her so close to him and wrapping her arms where he couldn't see them. But just maybe, after all she had nothing else at this point. Standing back up she might've accidentally on purpose bumped her shoulder a bit hard and uncaring into Mayhem as she walked past him again, going over to the small purse she had which she long had dropped on the floor upon entering. Finally she cut the silence speaking with an annoyance in her tone as she remained kneeling removing her phone and transferring over data.
"Why does it even matter to you? You didn't have to stick your nose where it didn't belong Damien.. "
--- Finishing she stood up, turning around to face him but wobbled a little due to the drug turning in her system. She steadied her ground sucking her teeth and exhaling sharply, tossing the phone to Damien so he could place it back in Sosa's pocket.
"You're a pain in the ass sometimes you know that. Just find another way out. Sosa has to have some secret escape somewhere."
--- Cereza was just as much of a pain in the ass herself. Damien really wasn't to blame at least not completely as Cereza had her own faults. She was never one to be impulsive yet she seemed to have been exuding some of that. She pushed her hair back and away from her face into a ponytail revealing the fullness of her makeup to him as she began searching around the room but found herself wobble again but catch herself against a far wall gritting her teeth.
"Damn it."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--- Upon reaching the back door Harley was stopped by the ever protective Gage. Not to cause a fuss or anything she allowed him to be the hound that he was and backed off. Feeling a rumble in her pocket she looked at her phone noting the message from the Red King. Seems like things escalated yet all the same were handled well so far, well enough that is. Harley tapped Gage but said nothing as she answered the Red King.
We're currently still outside at the back door. We won't move in unless you think it's necessary. Where are you located? Do you see any potential exit?
"King and Rabbit have subdued the head. I'm unsure if we should proceed inside or not. I'm actually confused about all this now, and that's rare."

Mayhem sighed at Cereza, when she ignored him and pushed passed in order to reach Sosa and claim his phone. Waiting Mayhem would tap his foot, until Cereza tossed him the phone, speaking of her annoyance at him getting involved. Well what else did she expect him to do. Walk away when she could be getting in over her head.
Catching the phone, he would not do as Cereza wanted straight away. Instead he would pull out his own phone once more and remove the back of it. You see, Mayhem had quite a few phones, for different purposes, and most of them were bugged, for his own safety. His wonderland phone was, but he didn't want to use the one from that, mostly because that would just mean that access was given directly to Cereza. Instead it was the one from his business as the head of the player that Mayhem would bug Sosa phone with. He would message HUDSON in the morning to keep tabs on the phone for anything of interest. Maybe if Mayhem could get whatever Cereza, may have been after he would have a leg up to getting her to tell him what the hell was going on.
"As you order." Mayhem would say with an edge of sarcasm to his tone, as he slipped Sosa phone back were it had come from and proceeded to look around the room. Any smart man would indeed have a back way out of this sort of room. One through which he could leave, without being seen. It was probably hidden behind some of the furniture, so Mayhem would proceed to look for it by moving such items that could conceal a door of some kind.
He wouldn't have found anything yet when his phone went off again. Pulling it out he replied to the message.
'Trying to find another way out of the room we are in, so we don't have to pass by anyone on the way out. No man is fool enough to not have a secret way out in this game. We should be fine if we can find something. If not and we have to walk out the main way, I'll let you know so you can be ready just in case.'
It was a long message and took awhile to type, but he didn't want Gage and Harley coming in gun's blazing as it were, if there was still a chance of a peaceful way out first. However no doubt Harley would be infatuated, by Mayhem constant ability to not answer direct bloody questions. Message sent, Mayhem would return to searching the walls for away. He would have seen Cereza, being effect by what had been consumed earlier and as much as he wanted to help her. He knew that she would just shout him down. Either way the quickest route to her being safe again, was to get out of here so for now he focused on that.
---
Gage, stroked his chin in thought for a second wondering what they should do, because of what Harley said. She was right, the whole thing was confusing. Why had they been called to get down here to help, only for them to have taken down, this Sosa fellow. Why were either of them here in the first place.
"I guess wait."
Gage said uncertainly, wishing he had more fact of things to go off in order to formulate a plan of retrieval.

--- Harley was not a girl that was easily irritated by a person as far as she never usually allowed them to get under her skin. However Damien just managed tonight alone to crawl where many had not. Why tonight out of all nights? Well maybe because it was one of the rare nights she actually got to enjoy with Gage and Damien was interrupting it. No, he had already interrupted that time. Harley cared about Cereza which was really why she came out there dressed for a club like masquerade but if she really needn't be there she had rather not be. Better safe than sorry though right? Still it was annoying her to no end. Damien was cryptic at times and not very forthcoming with needed information. She didn't feel like playing the guessing game in an situation like this though he wouldn't be a pain in the ass every now and again if he wasn't this way. All that aside the text message came through and Harley read it. On her usually stoic face was a frown followed by a grumbling curse in her French tongue as she texted back.
You owe me King.
"They might have an exit. So far it feels we got all dressed up for nothing. If so maybe we should go dancing....Heh kidding."
--- Jokingly Harley said to Gage as she turned and looked up to him giving him a smirk. She already knew he answer was going to be a simple no. She knew the 'rules' of their affair. In truth this moment was the most she was going to get as far as 'going out' with him like they were a couple. And in truth it was just sorta a job. Protective detail. Reinforcement. Might as well cherish it. Though there was that playfulness in her words hidden so well behind it all was the disappointment. The sadness. The longing if they just could. But alas again she respected his choice. Respected the restrictions he placed but how she loathed it. How much longer before she exploded was unknown? After all she had lasted this long.
--- Cereza's agitation was growing with the effects of the alcohol and drug that was blending into her system. She thought that he only placed a singular pill within the drink but the way she was starting to feel she knew there must've been another or two more slipped in probably prior. Illusion of choice. Illusion that she would possibly be able to have some control if the dosage wasn't high enough. Sosa should get a gold star for getting the one up on her, that wasn't the most easiest of task. She held herself against the wall with a hand that soon turned into a fist. Tightly it clenched moving it off the wall briefly before it came back swiftly, harshly sideways slamming into the wall. She didn't care about the mild sting it gave nor did she feel it. She was pissed. It would be easy for Damien to see and honestly shocking for him to see her in such a state. She too was normally so composed, so controlled. Whatever this was about held a powerful effect on her. She wasn't going to let this down for awhile. She didn't gain anything. She lost. Right now she couldn't rationalize that maybe there was a second chance down the road.
"Fucking damn it."
--- Her fist would slam one more time against the wall. Her shoulder soon followed from her knees buckling just enough to push her body onto it. She rested there with her back towards Damien. He may have been correct to think she would push him away in anger but she needed his assistance at this time. They were both stubborn people and currently Damien needed to show that and take control over what was going on. Forget how she would be, forget her wishes and just do what was necessary. If Damien tipped over a particular object sitting on a table it would indeed open a secret way they assumed was there. Now was the matter of him getting her out which was probably best advised he scooped her up and took her. With her bitching and moaning if she did. Getting out was priority.

As Cereza became quite clearly agitated, using the wall as for if she needed the support Mayhem would sigh to himself and move up behind her. He would move to try and grab her with an arm around her waist, and then with his other arm knocked everything off a nearby table planning, to pick Cereza up and force physically place her on it to sit, while he continued looking for a way out for the pair of them . However when he did, suddenly an exit would open up, in what he finally considered a lucky turn of events.
The arm around Cereza's instead of trying to move her in order to sit then, would attempt to lead her toward the exit. However he suspected that she wouldn't let herself be guided in such a manner the mood she was in. So if she did try and stop him, or knock him aside, his overhand would move over to grab her as well and lift her off the ground. "Cut it out." He would order to her struggles, aiming to put the her into a fireman's carry position. Which would hopefully mean, she couldn't hit anything vital as she struggled. He would then lead them in to the tunnel, hoping that it wasn't the longest trip in the world.
The exchange wouldn't be the longest, but even so it would be enough of a distraction, that Mayhem wouldn't even notice his phone going off once more, meaning he missed the text from Harley telling him that he owed her. Well what he didn't know, couldn't be called on. No for now his only goal was to get Cereza, and himself out of here before one of them did something to pull attention and end up getting both of them killed.
---
When Harley spoke to him, there would a flash of a scowl that passed over Gage's eye at her joke, before she made it clear that she was joking. He didn't care if they had wasted there time, he would probably tell Mayhem, that he was annoyed the man had wasted their time, but would probably leave it at that. He didn't care, and the idea of going dancing, joke or not got his mind wandering.
The idea of dancing was tempting, that little part of his own mind, that hated the rules he had made, trying to convince him, that it would be fun to have Harley in his arms, and have fun. However it was easily stomped down, by the combined worries and fears, that had caused him to make the rules in the first place. A side that easily won out, over temptation.
"Funny."
Gage responded in a level voice, was it sarcasm, was it not. Well it was, but Gage was trying to make it sound as if it was not. Though Harley was easily the person most likely to be able to tell even though he tried to.
"So home?"
He asked, not knowing if she would want to stay, until they had confirmation Mayhem's and Cereza's supposed possible exited turned into a real one.

"Really?! Here? You- If you really think it's going to be that damn easy!"
--- Yeah Cereza actually had the thought that Damien was going to try to "take" her then and there on top of being in her slightly drunken and drugged state. As stated before it was a rare sight to see her truly mad, brows frowning and all. Considering everything that had gone on and the way he grabbed her waist and knocked things off the table could anyone blame her for the thought? Besides there was no lying here that Cereza and Mayhem didn't have a little 'play time' once or rather twice. A secret way just like they hoped for had opened and he attempted to usher her in that direction. As predicted Cereza was defiant indeed trying to shrug him off of her, yet he scolded her like a child and scooped her over his shoulder. All the disguised young teen could do was make a small 'umph' noise as she was picked up and set in place. Honestly he had her for the most part speechless with that stern scolding. It took her about a minute or two before she mustered some words dangling about.
"I can walk."
--- Sure she could if she wasn't already staggering before. The drug was continuing it's effects within her system. If Damien insisted on not placing her down Cereza would just huff and sigh allowing him to drag her along. All this and she got nothing she had came for. It had been such a long time since she was this angry, this irritated. This was something so personal, so important to her. She hoped she would be able to pull something off the information gathered from his phone. A lead of any kind. She had something weighing heavily on her and this was a chance to maybe start lifting some of it off but no. Did Damien's presence really become a huge hindrance or was it a saving grace? Maybe it was a little bit of both. Cereza wouldn't admit that he was helpful in there because she felt she still had it under some kind of control. But did she really? Maybe. Partially. Yet all the same there was a world of what ifs.
--- Harley caught on easily sometimes when it came to Gage. Other times it required a little more thinking to 'gauge' him. She too often wanted to give into temptation but she allowed the 'rules' to play their role as he placed them for his reasoning's. Sometimes she teased, sometimes they had a small spat about it but since the very last one she hadn't spoken a word. Home. When he said it like that it was as if they had their own home to go to, or at least that's how it played in her mind for a moment. The sound of it was pleasant in a dream like state. Maybe if they did have a place of their own instead of him on the occasion sneaking to hers or her to his, maybe the stability would feel different. It actually got her little thinker mind working an idea, but would he go for it? Were they ready for that? It was a step but still there were the rules, so maybe even that was against it. She was unsure, but would that maybe be one he could bend for her if there was such a rule? Harley quickly dispersed her thoughts to refocus on the task at hand. She was a little surprised that Gage of all people would want to leave without confirmation. Seemed a little unlike him but she brushed it off and replied simply.
"After we're sure. Until they're out you know they aren't completely safe. Besides I haven't heard from him yet. Come on let's go towards the lot I'll text him again."
We're at the back parking lot. On standby still.
--- With that Harley would head to the lot and wait with Gage.

Cereza's comment to his initial action, would make him laugh. Had things been different he probably would have gone along the lines she was thinking. However getting them out of there, un-accosted and un-revealed was a greater priority in his mind, compared to his male urges. He would have expected her to struggle more then he had, however she didn't just voicing her complain, directly in her protest that she could walk and other sounds and body language.
But Mayhem would not change his course of action, taking her down the tunnel as he had planned, and hoping beyond hope that it would indeed lead to a way out. However it wasn't the most direct route, obviously having to move through space in the building so that it didn't intersect any other rooms, and snaking its way along and down to ground level. This meant that it took long enough for Harley most recent text to come in. With a sigh and some effort, to keep Cereza in toe, Mayhem would get his phone out once more. Typing a reply.
'On way out. Not sure where we will come out.'
It would say simply, as he slipped the phone away once more and continued going. He didn't know if this would be the end of thing, if once they reach the way out he and Cereza would part...no he wouldn't allow that, she was in no fit state to go her own way in his mind, and a overprotective urge that he didn't want to put down to certain things, fluttered across his mind and force him to commit to the idea of not only getting her out of here, but to someone he considered safe himself. It wasn't the shortest trip but it wasn't the longest. While the club was big, it wasn't a mission for them to cross and Mayhem would see a door up ahead.
It was only then that Mayhem would finally put Cereza up against a wall. "Stay there, I mean it." Mayhem would say in a serious tone, the sort of voice in command he used for Player's business, he knew that she didn't take order, but was simply hoping that in her state she would be unable to argue. He had no idea what may lay beyond the door, and would not risk him being caught unable to fight and protect Cereza but having his hand's occupied with her. Approaching the door slowly, having left Cereza about 10 foot back, and hopefully not crawling to follow, Mayhem would reach out in order to grab the handle, and open it as slowly and stealthy as he could.
---
"You're correct, just wish we had more to go on." Gage replied, another oddity him wishing for things that didn't seem to be forthcoming, however he was still slightly distracted by Harley previous 'joke' and the images and issues it conjured up in his head. However he would pull it back to not let it show on his face, and simply wait with her. Eyes on the building trying to take in every detail as best he could and any sign of Mayhem, and Cereza.

--- Harley would receive the text from the Red King in a not so timely fashion but at least she got one after so much time waiting. Not only waiting but wondering what was wrong. Wondering if they were ever truly needed. Precaution was a good measure to take but was the matter even remotely Wonderland related? To Harley it seemed more personal to her friend Cereza. She believed had it been more related to Wonderland Harley would've at least gotten clued in just a little - then again that was 50/50 as well at least when it came to Cereza. But Harley couldn't figure out what Caleb Sosa had to do with Wonderland activities so alas back to her conclusion that this had to do with something to her friend and Damien stumbled upon it. For some particular reason he had grown concerned and asked for their assistance. Fine Harley came and dragged Gage with her. Got dressed up and everything but felt she heavily wasted her efforts. With a sigh she folded her arms and sent a text back.
Just let me know if and when you guys are safe. I assume you have a ride.
"He said they're on their way out but aren't sure where they'll end up. I'm guessing they found a secret passage of sorts. My guess is somewhere on the side of the building maybe even an alley, either way I told him to text me that they're safe. I honestly think our services are completely unneeded. All this dolling up... He's your friend you know."
--- Those blues glanced up Gage as if silently saying 'well he is and he's a pain.' Her intentions know were to get a confirmation and head back home like he suggested they really weren't needed.
--- Within the walls that Damien carried Cereza through she couldn't help but to be a tad frustrated about being carried. She was annoyed a little about being spoken to like she was a small child, the only person that truly spoke to her with that much authority that she actually listened to was her uncle Raiden. Damien gave a rather commanding presence that he had not displayed anytime before on her, it was rather interesting. Maybe kind of hot. Cereza only made a small protest if not more like a statement that she could walk on her own to which was ignored as he continued to carry her until finally putting her down and once again putting in on another 'time out'. Once again like a spoiled brat she mocked him with a facial expression mouthing his words as he walked to the door leaving her behind. Damien would find no one around the door but it leading to the alleyway and essentially freedom. Their salvation. For once Cereza would indeed listen as the drug and alcohol worked through her system. Honestly if she thought properly right about now she could swear there might've been more than one pill in that drink - at best two. Before Damien would come back or as he started to he would find Cereza starting to laugh in a low tone. Something more along the lines of a chuckle. Clearly something had tickled her. It would build but not get too loud as she lifted her head up to lean it against the wall and he would find a grin on her face while she continued to chuckle. The laugh was equivalent to the time back at the meeting. But what was so funny? Oh she was gonna tell him regardless of him asking or not. When she mocked him she playfully put on a silly deep voice pretending to mimic him for when he said his commands.
" 'Cut it out' ... 'Stay here I mean it'... hehehe did you hear yourself? 'I mean it'... Ooo you mean it..haha you sounded like a dad you know that? Hehehe... oh could you ever imagine..You... the great Mayhem with kids... Oh...Oh my ribs hurt I'm laughing too much."
--- Yeah the silliness was starting to kick in. Guess she was going to continue to be carried off.
