Appearance: Basil is rather lanky with almost no muscles at all. He's pretty pale, but not as much as his brother. He's often seen wearing a tee shirt and jacket, with a pair of jeans. He also usually has on a large black choker. Sometimes he has on gloves because of superstitions. Other times he can be seen wearing a tee-shirt and jeans or shorts depending on the season. He will always have his choker on.
Personality
Basil is very charismatic and a bit flirty. He makes friends easily and can get along with them well. However, he does not care one bit for any of these "friends" Rather, he makes friends so he can use them later to his advantage. He is very manipulative and a bit cold hearted. He's also very into the occult and researches stuff about it a lot. This might make him seem creepy to other people, but it's hardly a big deal. He has a large trust issue with most people ,since he thinks they are like him and don't trust others too. The only person he truly likes/loves is his brother who he knows will treat him with the utmost care. Though he's also not afraid to manipulate his brother in any way.
Basil's fighting style relies on dodging. He's rather weak, so to compensate he just dodges all his opponent's attacks until there's an opening. During that opening he will fight dirty, doing anything he possibly can to even the odds. He's also very smart, so in addition to his speed, he can predict his opponent's actions well. He will never make the first move and always tries to observe before attacking.

History:
Birth: During birth, his mother died, and he was left with his brother and father.
Childhood: His father was never really home, so Basil and his brother had to learn how to fend for themselves. In the process they got very close to each other and almost dependent. Their father wasn't normally mean, but one day he came home distraught about loosing his job. Trying to help, Basil tried to cheer up his father, but then his father hit the poor boy. Out of rage, Matrix beat his father to death.
Present: Basil came to 552 with his brother. They are currently wards of the state.
