Appearance: Tate is rather petite and fragile. He has few markings on his pale skin and his normal attire is tee-shirts and jeans. Oddly enough his hair makes it look like he has two cat ears on his head.
Personality
Because of his past, Tate has dependent personality disorder. This first means he needs to be taken care of. He has a hard time functioning on his own, from eating breakfast, to getting dressed. The other part is he's deathly scared of being abandoned and will do anything to please his "master" so they will stay with him. He does think freely, but doesn't act on any of his ideas. Instead, he will wait for a command that his "master" tells him. If this wasn't sad enough, Tate has PTSD. While he doesn't get panic attacks or anything, certain situations will remind him of similar past situations and make him act in a similar manner to how he did then. Now if one was actually able to meet Tate while he was able to express himself, they would find a rather shy but cheerful boy. He's very sweet and always looks to the bright side despite his past.
Tate has no fighting style. Since he was enslaved almost all his life, he was taught to never fight back or he would be punished. One of the only things that benefits him is he has a high pain tolerance and stamina. If he is told to fight he will mostly fight like a cat, using his nails or teeth. Really he'd just do whatever he could to escape. It's highly unlikely he would fight, instead he would surrender to the opposing force and take whatever punishment that is given.

History:
Birth: Tate was born into a well to do family. His parents loved him and everything was going to be okay, until he was kidnapped.
Childhood: Sold in the trafficking market he was a slave that went to a variety of houses. It was here where he developed his disorders and bad habits as he gained and lost new masters.
Rescue: After being abandoned AGAIN, a wealthy couple found him and decided to take him in. They bathed him, fed him, and gave him love. In the end they grew very fond of Tate and wanted to help cure him of his past, though it was impossible.
Present: Tate goes to PHS 552 with an aid that helps him with everyday activities. He was brought here after it was shown he could not interact in a normal public high school and would need extra help.
