Gang Name:
Aishī kodoku (アイシー孤独) - Literally translates to; Icy solitude, not a gang for the faint hearted.
Alignment:
Evil (悪) - This gang is not for Justice seekers, It is for people who wish to bring everything to a halt, for people who wish to destroy everything.

Abandoned school section (放棄された学校のセクション) - The gang headquarters resides inside an abandoned section of the school that is filled with bookshelves , staircases to different places, furniture and a natural in-door garden. The section itself consists of five mini-sections, each consisting of about five rooms and are named after letters, the oldest beginning at A and the newest ending at E:
Section A: This Section consists of five small rooms all of which are filled with blackboards, chairs, tables and even some have fridges, most of which is unusable. It's flooring is stable and has no chance of breaking and can support about twelve people at once, no more than that at one time though. The rooms are about the average size of a staff room and Section A was probably an area for teachers and that's about it. Section A will be used to devise strategies and for the higher ups to talk.
Section B: This section consists of five decently sized rooms all of which are filled with cabinets and folders, the folders can be used to contain important documents that the gang need to keep hidden. It's flooring is unstable and can hold about four people at one time, so no more than that per visit. The rooms were probably used as large storage rooms for extremely important documents that have been ripped and burned now. Section B will be used to store confidential gang information.
Section C: This section consists of five classroom sized rooms and stores a lot of tables, chairs, paperwork, cupboards and things like that. It's floor is extremely stable and there is no limit as to the amount of people that can be on it at one time. The rooms have been badly damaged though, due to previous events that made it an abandoned section. These rooms will be used as places to cool off and to be social to other people in the gang. No fighting.
Section D: This section consists of five large rooms all containing various things like, tables, chairs, chandeliers, pianos and even beds. The floors are incredibly stable and there is no limit to the amount of people that can actually be in the rooms at one time. These rooms were probably previously used as canteens, gymnasiums and sports halls. This section will be used as sleeping quarters for anyone who wishes to stay here. Out of all sections, this is by far the cleanest, looking almost new, which is why it's being used as the sleeping quarters.
Section E: This section consists of classroom sized rooms again and contains things like plants, wildlife and ponds. The floor is completely stable and has nothing to worry about. These areas look brand new and are basically just inside gardens, filled with amazing things like manmade ponds and things like that. These areas were probably just used for view and to grow things. This section will be used for growing crops if needed and will also mostly just be for views, a couple of these rooms do consist of rooms that are so abandoned, that they turned into a natural look place.

Aisu senshi is the leader of the gang, he is insane and generally not a nice person but he respects his friends and his gang will probably consist of people that are his friends.

In character Rules:
(1 Killing innocent people or anyone else is acceptable, just don't kill anyone within the gang itself, we need to trust each other if we're going to take over everything.
2) No stealing from the gang itself, it will be dealt with by exclusion from the gang. There will be no second chances.
3) You need to have a reason to join. Are you evil? Do you wanna rule over everything? Are you simply just wanting to join to be loyal to your leader? Then PM Aisu senshi.
4) Don't disrespect your leader, he'll respect you, so you should do the same.
5) Don't try do everything on your own, your gang is here to help, don't neglect them.
6) No matter how ruthless we are, never kill a man who is on the ground or unable to fight, evil or not every man deserves to go out with their pride intact, let them go during a fight.
7) This gang likes to ensure 100% loyalty so if you join this one, do not join another.

2) Don't slack anyone else in the gang off, we're a family, don't treat your family like shit.
