Personality: Felix is not a man to be taken lightly, with a history of violence and underground crime that rivals those with years tripling his own, and he matches the cold disposition of a vicious gang leader. There's not a thing he cherishes aside from his own personal gain, and in his eyes everyone and everything is expendable. He isn't afraid to risk his pawns, but he also looks at the bigger picture, and so he tends to play the situation he's in like a game of chess. A daring man, he will make oddball gambits that most would deem careless simply to draw out the opponent's Queen, take it, and set up an easy check-mate.
Fighting Style: Felix is well-versed in the majority of known martial arts, on top of a self-taught style which utilizes his very unique abilities to harness the power of the earth itself. He is adaptive, always tailoring his method of attack and defense to the opponent(s) he is currently engaging with, and can almost never be seen utilizing the same tactics twice.
Strengths: Adaptive and resilient, Felix seldom runs into a situation he can't overcome on the fly. He's smarter, quicker, and stronger than the average joe by leagues, and on top of this, he's a criminal mastermind with his hand in every dirty pocket from NY to LA.
Weaknesses: Confident yet temperamental, Felix is far from a people person. Due to ruling with a fearsome hand, he hardly encourages loyalty, thus leaving that to the work of his subordinates. Unlike those who work under him, he is not nearly as physically strong as some of the superhumans at #552, and despite making up for this with his incredible mental prowess, he can almost always be easily out-muscled.

Felix can rip up a pierce of the environment seemingly "telekinetically" and launch it at an opponent. The first projectile is the weakest, striking and moving at a value equal to 1/16 Felix's total int stat. However, once this first projectile has struck any living target, a second may be launched at an increased value of 1/8 his total int stat. If the second has successfully hit any living target, a third may be launched at 1/4, and then, following that, a fourth may be launched at a value equal to 1/2 his total int stat. From this point on, any projectiles thrown will all do damage equal to 1/2 his total int. Can be used multiple times per post.
NOTE: All projectiles must be used, and hit a target, during consecutive rounds. Missing once, or not using this ability, results in the counters resetting at 1/16.
