welcome
Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

i can't save me from myself "...How you convinced me to do this, I'll never know. But it's done."
Valo stood on the open deck of their new home, the flying fortress, Helios. It was a bit cold this high up in the sky, but as Valo looked at the view of the city from up above, he figured it was worth it. Many of Hyperion's soldiers were stationed around the base, performing different tasks from menial clean up to maintenance and surveillance. There were many facilities, and in a place like this, Valo could easily do his work and development from here. There were sickbays for the injured or ill, armories for gearing up for battle, an intel team for compiling info he gathered on their enemies, and much more, still room for development. It was also outfitted for many people to be able to live on, and now, they could just live up here for a while if needed.
Valo looked over at Christa with a smile on his face. "In the beginning, I was convinced I could do everything on my own... but then I met you. And now, look at what we've built." He looked around at the base. "Thank you, Christa. None of this would have happened without you... Now come on, co-leader. We've got some people to address."

How the hell did I convince him to do this? Laughing she'd give Valo a small hug, afterward leaning on the railing and looking over the city of New York. A giant fucking airbase, hell what an achievement. Blushing slightly she'd look over the deck of the airship. "Yeah yeah, save the cheesy I love you stuff for laterrrr. But uh... Love you." Giving Valo a small peck on the cheek, she'd begin moving toward the top of the deck, "C'mon!"

i can't save me from myself "C-C-C-C-C-Christa?"
His face was completely red as she said she loved him, and it didn't help when she kissed him on the cheek. Hyperion's leader stood there, stunned and bashful, her words having caught him completely off-guard. Come on, Valo, say it back!
"I l-l-lov-..." "C'mon!"
o
"R-Right... be right there."
Valo calmed himself down, starting to walk towards the top of the deck as well. Up there would be a control room, and he would open the door and hold it open for Christa.
"Ladies first." ulla

This had to be a joke. That's what Zoe first thought when they told her Hyperion had a god damned airship. She didn't believe it. However, now that she was literally standing in the control room, the girl's face was a bright red from both how flustered she was and how overwhelmed she felt. This kind of thing... It was a cool... But it as also incredibly stupid. When the doors to the room opened, Zoe looked over her shoulder and gave them a little wave. ”Valo, this has got to be one of the dumbest and most impractical bases in the world...” she spoke bluntly before rubbing the back of her head and looking to the side as she blushed. ”But it's kinda super cool...”

This be the verse you grave for me: Here he lies where he longed to be; Home is the sailor, home from sea, And the hunter home from the hill.
| Nanami was also sitting in the control room, overlooking the surveillance monitors, although there wasn't much of a need to so she worked on some homework in the meantime. She took a glance over at Valo and Christa as they entered, but sat there quietly.
The last time she had seen Valo, he got detained by Amakusa Industries for hacking into their systems. And now here he was with a flying fortress of all things... but she knew her boss, Takehiro, likely approved of such extreme technology. She was here as a branch into AI, more or less a middle man in the entire equation. But in the meantime, she'd provide whatever support she could. |

"..."
A flying airship. Kazuya wasn't sure whether to laugh or facepalm when he was informed by Valo that that was Hyperion's main base of operations. Even now, as he stood in the control room, leaning up against the wall perpendicular to the wall the main door leading into the room was located, he still didn't know if he wanted to laugh or facepalm, though he was leaning more and more towards palming his own face. His arms casually folded across his chest, as the door opened and Valo and Christa came walking in, he would give the two of them a slight nod of his head, before glancing over at Zoe from the corner of his eye. She had a valid point... but admittedly, this was the first time he was in an organization that had a flying airship for a base. Even his own group, The Five Symbols, didn't have one, though why they'd need one, was beyond even Kazuya, and besides, their base of operations was the facility located beneath the bar Kazuya owned and managed, The Dragon Fang.
["... A flying airship... Leader, if it wasn't admittedly a kind of cool base to have... I'd wonder who is really in charge of Hyperion, you or Christa..."]

i can't save me from myself Valo saw the others in the control, scratching the back of his head as Zoe spoke. Impractical? Yes. Dumb. Maybe. Super fucking cool? Definitely.
"Trust me, it wasn't all my decision... but I more or less wanted to see what was possible, and this happened." He chuckled. "That said, I have some defensive countermeasures in place, but I'd like you to go over them with me later."
He then turned to Kazuya, speaking in Japanese himself.
["Hey, have you talked to her? It's practically impossible to say no to her. But don't worry, it was this or some big fortress in the middle of the ocean, probably."]
She was the very reason he ended up trying to get together a group of trusted individuals in the first place. Ve would walk over to the intercom, stopping before he hit the button.
"Before I give my big speech, is there anything you guys would like me to address?" ulla

["... Touche. If it was a choice between the airship or the massive fortress in the middle of the ocean... I'd pick the airship. And for the record, I have talked to her... twice. Both times, we ended up sparring somehow."]
Giving Valo a slight smile, he would watch their fearless leader walk up to the intercom, only to stop before hitting the button. Though Kazuya's loyalties were to his own group first and foremost, as he was the true leader of The Five Symbols, his twin brother, Kazuma, appearing as the acting leader, Hyperion was a close second. Though he knew almost all of the members except for Nanami, he would come to any one of their aid in a heartbeat, and do everything in his power to help.
"... I presume all of us, some more than others, willingly joined the group, but is there a reason why you wanted each one of us in Hyperion, Valo? What skills or assets made you think we would be a good part of the group?"
