New York is even worse than London, and London is pretty terrible to begin with. Isaac and Sabrina would finally be having their first day at 552- and while it's true it's not their first day in NYC (in fact after a year of mostly confinement and counselling under constant watch has already passed), this would be the first day that they have almost entire freedom for a day. Except the whole 552-pretty-much-being-a-prison part of course.
Isaac and Sabrina were early- despite how much they could have changed between now and a year ago, good manners such as arriving on time and always being polite were hard wired into them. Isaac was pretty sure the security workers at the metal detectors were in shock due to what must have been an unusual sight of curious people on time, but that didn't bother him- having enough time to get prepared with lesson timetables and supplies from the faculty office would be the most important thing to consider. The only thing more important would be making sure that Sabrina is also prepared for their time at 552.
"I know this is the place for people who have had past problems, but isn't this school a little... Off?" He would have said threatening, but he didn't want to let Sabrina fear as he asked her, looking at all of the scratches and the minor (probably blood) stains on the walls and floor through the corridor.
"And another thing. I know we're early, but it's still very quiet for an education facility. You think there would be people still getting ready for classes by now."
As he let Sabrina get a word in, it wouldn't be long before they arrived at the faculty office- although in truth it seemed more like the entrance to a walk-in-wardrobe sized detention center as they peered through the metal mesh-glass window on the door. It seemed to be empty, and was easily confirmed when Isaac pushed down on the door handle- only to find it still locked with a affirmative click. "Does this school even care for it's new students? King's Gate Private School would never allow teachers to slack this early in the day."
Isaac sighed and looked around for someone to ask for assistance- fortunately there was in fact at least one other person here. "Excuse me. I'm looking for where I can get timetables for my girlfriend and I, but it seems the faculty office door is locked. Do you know where the teacher's lounge is?"
OOC: The last speech thing is meant to be said to a jump-in player after Sabrina Hale has posted, where the thread will become open.
