Planting The Seed - Re-Programming [Paige]

"Oh don't worry about it sweet heart.. I'm not gonna perv out. But if I told you, the surprise would be ruined."

The corner of Austin's mouth flickered up for a second before dropping again. He would move toward her again, walking around to the back of her chair again. He would place his hands on her shoulders and put his lips close to her ear.

"Do me a favor, Don't die on me, okay? I don't like puttin' work in with no results."

Knuckles would then pat her on the shoulders, before grabbing those headphones and strapping them onto her head again. He would then reach down and press play on the radio. A piercing noise would immediantly rip through Paige's ear drums.

The frequency played would begin to cause her eye sight to flicker repeatedly. Static would begin to mix in with the screech, before subtle words would be heard repeatedly.

Obey, Obey, Obey- Apex, Apex.

As the cd played on repeat, the co-leader of Apex would move back around to face her before backing into his spotlight. His arms would extend outward at his sides, his eyes closing as he did so. And almost as if he had been counting the whole time, his wrists would tear open and blood would begin to roll out. However instead of dripping to the ground, it snaked it's way through the air, forming words such as 'Obey' and 'Apex'.

Thin strands of blood would from each letter, before whipping toward the girl. The punishment would start slow, but damn was she going to be in pain by the end of it all. Lash after lash would strike at the girl's nwarly bare body, all in unison with the sounds in which she was hearing.

On and on, the sounds would play continuously without faltering. And Knuckles would continue inducing pain. It would be unknown to her, but he was inducing physical and emotional pain for a reason. There was purpose behind the experience of it all. Austin had to break her mind, imbed fear and destroy her ftom the inside.

The vine-like whips would soon morph again, forming jagged edges. It was no longer blunt force, but cutting edges. Once again targeting the girl's bare skin. Small cuts tearing upon her open skin, her blood slowly beginning to drip and pool about at the bottem of her chair.

Knuckle's eyes would open, though now extremely blood shot in compaired to his normal appearance. He would begin to walk closer toward her, as his blood continued it's work. Before the letters would disipate and the blood swirled around his torso as he neared, forming a large tail like appendage, similar to that of a scorpion's barbed tail.

He wouldn't say anything. He would simply smile as he stared her in the eyes.

The 'tail' would strike, the sharp blood barb would slam down and stab right through the top of her left hand, before pulling back and striking at her right in the same manner, more of her blood beginning to flow. The motion would repeat two more times, the same thing happening to her feet.

Afterwards, Knuckles would move backwards again, the blood disipating but the audio still played. He knew for now, that had been enough physical torture. The days ahead still had plenty more of thay for her. Without saying anything, he would turn and walk away. Both lights would be shut off and a large door would be opened, before it was shut and locked behind the Apex Warrior.

Now the girl would find her self in complete darkness, the mind numbing audio still blaring in her ears. It was unlikely she would be able to sleep. This experiment stretched all facets, to break down the mind and body. She wouldn't be able to tell the time, or whether it was night or day.

-----------::Five Days Later::-----------

This short week would have felt twice as long to the girl held in captivity, days would have blurred into others. Knuckles had continues came and went, physically torturing her as the CD on repeat bore it's whispers deep into Paige's subconcious.

She hadn't eaten anything, nor had she drank. She would be pale from blood loss, but still alive. Some cuts would have scabbed over, while others were fresh or reopened. Her hands and feet would be in horrible condition and it was likely she would have many new scars when this was all said and done.

However Knuckles was finished now. It was likely his code phrase would remain embedded in her subconcious. Her memories of this whole event would be nearly non-exsistant, thanks to a drug she had been given prior to waking up initially. It was likely he would be able to 'flip her switch' and control her at will whenever he saw it fit. Physical, mental and emotional trauma-based mind control at it's best, even if he had taken a more brutal approach.

Once again that large door opened and in would wall Knuckles, flipping the switch to the lights on. He would walk toward the girl, a syringe filled with a blue-ish liquid would be seen as he approached the battered girl. He would drop into a crouch, before lifting the needle to the side of her neck. He would push in the tip and inject her. She would immediantly begin to get groggy and pass out shortly after. Paige would have just enough time to watch Knuckles pull those headphones from her head and speak to her before the drug took effect and put her to sleep.

"That was fun.. Maybe we can do it again sometime, heh. Haha.."
