notes here. @tagged words: 125 | Thanksgiving had passed as fast as it came.
It just seemed to be another random day as usual. Christmas was around the corner, and Etsuko had managed to save a little money for some things.
She had decided to maybe go Christmas shopping. There weren't many she knew, but it will do. In the long run however, most of who she did happen to know, probably have family's to go to, so does it really matter? She wouldn't know. All Etsuko knew, is that people like Kenji, and even Hexell, had been a positive influence on her.
But what to get? Etsuko didn't have even the slightest clue, she was just stuck going in circles around the especially crowded city. Ignorance is bliss |

Liv sipped from the metal flask, waiting for the dark haired beauty to stroll by again. Giggling to herself, the girl hadn't thought that "Christmas shopping" (for herself) would be so eventful. Sure there were some pretty great deals from quite a few fashion stores, but nothing was more entertaining than the crowds. Ah, here she comes again. Liv perked up and watched the girl come by again. What was that- four, five times now? Laughing into her metal flask, the girl inhaled its sharp scent and shivered against the cold. Instead of buying clothes, she should've bought herself a thicker jacket. The thin material was perfect for cooler summer nights, but not the autumn weather before the first snow.
"Ah, you dropped this~"
Liv called out to the girl, twirling a credit card in her hand. Perhaps the girl had good memory or observation skills and recognized her from earlier. She had considered using the credit card- but Liv wasn't planning on getting put in jail for the holidays. Been there, done that, and it was in no way a good time. Cold turkey from alcohol. Never a good idea. Laughable really, she had tried to wean herself off, but here she was, drinking from a flask again. If the girl decided to approach her, Liv would greet her with a lazy smile, but if not she'd have a nice cash amount to spend.
