welcome
Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Siobhan lounged in the last piece of formal clothing she owned, having completely morphed her face into one of an innocent expression. The makeup was thick on her face, making it feel heavy despite the light airbrushed look she had spent an exorbitant and horrifying amount of time on. Her fingers tapped aimlessly on her phone screen despite the District getting really shitty service. Probably the Apostles doing. It wasn't a bad tactic but for those aware of it... well, she paid too much for data when the towers barely picked up a signal. No, Siobhan was purposely waiting on the corner of a rather shady area waiting for a certain person to pass by. The name scrawled on a slip of paper had been stuffed into her bra, the mysterious person having yet to arrive.
"My feet are getting stiff."
Siobhan grumbled to herself, shifting her weight to try and give some relief to her aching ankles. So far, the area was completely deserted. Odd considering how it used to bustle whenever the girl would find herself wandering the area after school. Those memories of wearing the school uniform, fending off all sorts of intoxicated, married, and old men while she just tried to find someplace she could collapse into and find peace brought some semblance of peace into her mind. Even though they were just another small scenario of the abandonment she had struggled to endure, they warmed her heart thinking of how hard she had worked to earn her place in this now, desolate, confined prison.
It was a pretty shitty way the future rolled out sometimes.

notes:「彼の名前は?ドラゴンは何でしたか? 」 @tagged words: Plenty! | Lately, it seemed Noriko's been wandering around a lot in the district. Although she would like to classify her waste of time as "gathering info", that simply isn't the case. Last time she decided to wander endlessly, she came across an important looking guy, although she's still convinced he's more of a "Mid-Boss" than anything. But that wasn't the important thing at hand right now. She needs to watch where she's going to avoid knocking into someone dangerous again.
That aside, as she began to backtrack on a path she assumes to be for her 100th time, she noticed a girl standing a little ways away, messing with her phone. Noriko glanced over for a moment. "I wonder, how good is the service here?" She thought to herself, now taking out her own phone as she continued to walk.
From the looks of it, pretty bad. Was the other girl experiencing the same problems? Noriko almost wanted to go over and ask, but she felt whatever she was doing was really none of Noriko's business, so she began to truck on after standing for a moment to consider her options. Siobhan heard footsteps for the first time in what seemed like a great while, her attention perking up at the noise. While she made no obvious changes to her body language, the girl's head tilted slightly to identify it better. Powering off her screen, she crammed it in the very thin and useless side purse she was carrying, glancing up as she did. Is that...? Sighing to herself, she realized that a glance wouldn't be good enough to identify the person she was waiting for. Siobhan adjusted her position before surveying the girl at the edge of her vision.
"Can't get a bar of service out here."
Purposely speaking loud enough the passerby would be able to hear her, Siobhan waited for her reaction, trying to gauge if she should be wary or continue trying to download Neko Atsume on her phone. She should really consider switching carriers. Verizon was starting to anger her, especially when the monthly charges coming through were outrageous.
"Quarantine an area and suddenly everything is international calling rates because apparently I'm not technically in the country."

notes:「私は彼らに名前を与えるだろうが、私はそれが役立つことはないだろう。 」 @tagged words: Plenty! | Right as Noriko was going to leave, she heard the sound of bad phone service coming from the girl 20 feet away. "Well she seems bummed out.." Noriko mumbled to herself. Although she almost wanted to laugh at the last statement, since, in all honesty, it was both funny and true.
Noriko had no excuse to go over there though, until she decided maybe it would be worthwhile to ask her a couple questions. This was actually and excuse for Rei to go over and talk(Although she would deny it if asked.)
"Excuse me, but do you know of a man with a gruff voice, black hair and medium stubble, wearing a trench coat?"
The same description she had given out many times. So far, nobody has had any knowledge of the infamous Bounty Hunter, but she's hoping to strike it lucky one of these days, although, like the lottery, there isn't a very high chance of that. It's Not What You Think |

Siobhan unconsciously tilted her head slightly, as the person began striding over towards her. The knife on her person was a comfort, having been strapped to her thigh in case of dangerous situations, but so far the person didn't make any hostile movements. Rather, they asked an unusual question which caused Siobhan to blink at her before turning entirely her way.
"No, I would remember a trench coat if I saw it. Shady people like that probably have evacuated the area. No one really sticks around here unless they're deep in the underground or caught up in the business."
Siobhan sighed after those words, knowing the man she was looking for was both of those. The problem was, he would most likely be a no show tonight. Life would be easier if she had her father's technology or resources, but it was that kind of thinking which had caused her to live an ignorant life of lavish spoils and riches. Giving the girl a light apologetic smile, she felt the need to give out a bit more reassurance.
"Ah but I'm not having much luck here either. I'd be better if I managed to make it somewhere more elaborate, but I would need another person for entry."
