Persona
Sebastian is a mentally unstable man, afflicted with two undiagnosed mental disorders - obsessive-cumpulsive disorder, and erotomania. At times, it seems as though he struggles from dissociative identity disorder, but this is inconsistent, and usually just appears to be mood swings. His erotomania alone, as it is left unchecked, makes him a dangerous man, put off only by his OCD. While he has had no violent outbursts in his past, the potential remains.
Sebastian has several routines when waking up and going to sleep. For waking up: 1) Always get up at 5:00 AM. 2) Lay in bed for 15 minutes. 3) Walk around naked in the room for 5 minutes. 4) Shower for 40 minutes. Shampoo, condition, then bodywash. Repeat once after twenty minutes. 5) Brush teeth while in the shower. 6) Dry off. 7) Brush teeth again. 8) Eat breakfast - always Cinnamon Toast Crunch with heavy amounts of milk - while naked. 9) Get dressed at 6:30. 10) Do dishes. 11) Wash hands until 6:45. 12) Walk to school. Every morning. His process for sleeping is almost the same thing in reverse. Almost.
Due to his erotomania, Sebastian fixates on certain people who sort of stand out to him. Most who suffer from it fixate on celebrities, whereas Sebastian fixates on people hew knows who make a sort of impact in his life, directly or not. This could be as little as holding a door open for him, or saying "Thank you," but when he starts obsessing over you, the chance that he'll stop is almost non-existent. The person he fixates on becomes all he thinks about day and night, and were it not for his morning and night habits, he would stalk them at all hours of the day. This creates a conflict of interests, for him, and is something he struggles with terribly - is his routine truly more important than his love? Or is the person he loves truly worth breaking his perfect routine? Day in and day out, his obsession and compulsion causes the boy to become delusional, and almost bipolar. The trial of having to choose between the two has gotten to a point where Sebastian may even become violent if forced to deal with it again.
Once Sebastian has become obsessed with a person, he begins to create scenarios in his head where the two are in love. These situations never truly happen, but he always believes they do. Even if they've never truly interacted, he will think of their "first date," and create a world of memories that the two have "shared" together, from happy times, to fights, even talks of marriage and moments of intimacy. This makes confrontation a touchy thing on his part - if he were to ever speak to the one he loves (and who he believes loves him) of these memories and they were to deny them, there would be no telling how he would react. All anyone could really know is that it won't be good.
To reject Sebastian is to invite a sleeping demon into your life. He never confronts a person about his feelings - they're almost always kept in his head - but if he did, he would expect the same affection he gives them. He knows his love's life, where they live, what they like to eat, their hobbies, everything, and he believes he's told them all about him, so they should know him just as well. So when a person tells him his love is unrequited, he goes into denial... violent denial. He loses sleep and begins to stalk his love more than usual, which, in turn, breaks his routine and causes his to become even angrier. Reckless, he doesn't hide himself as often, often opting to simply stand outside a person's window, or break into their home and make himself known. In some cases, he'll even attack them while they sleep, and this will vary between physical harm, something a little more than physical, or kidnapping. He'll never purposely kill someone, however, as losing a loved one can send him into a deeper state of emotional trauma that he may never be able to recover from.
Outwardly, he is a very reclusive, mysterious man. Sebastian gives off few details as to what kind of person he is, or the thoughts that race around in his mind. He appears to be calm, meticulous, patient, kind, and intelligent, all in the ways that he holds himself. More often than not, any interaction he actually gets involved in, he won't start. For being an enigmatic "nutjob", he holds up the facade of a very capable and composed person to the public.

Combat
In his spare time, Sebastian often watches fighting videos on the internet, and always finds methods of incorporating the things he finds interesting in his method of combat. Because of this, his style is rather unpredictable, and switches between grapples, quick jabs, and devastating blows often. He likes to get a read on his opponent, measure their strengths, weaknesses, habits, and base his counter attacks on those. He's more than willing to take a couple of hits - often times, he doesn't even register them because of his delusion - to accomplish this.
History
Sebastian, unlike most flawed characters, Sebastian is one who lacks a tragic past. While he is mentally ill, his parents haven't an inkling of this, and none of his doctors have ever picked up on his habits. For the most part, he's lived an average life - a mother, a father, a brother and a sister, two dogs, a two-story home, white picket fence, the whole shebang. His family was lower-middle-class, but none of them were ever careless with their money, and Sebastian was never put on medication, so they never wanted for much, if anything at all. In fact, up until high school, Sebastian never even had any problems, aside from his evident routines. He'd always gotten up at the same time, ever since he could wake himself up, and he'd always went to bed at the same time. As the years went on pieces were added to the pattern, but it was always things he could deal with.
His Freshman year in Highschool, Sebastian encountered a woman named Marina Volkova. Marina was a year older than him, and offered to show him around the school during his first few days. The gesture alone made Sebastian fall for the woman, but her consistency made him obsessed, and by the third day, he was in love. In his mind, the two had already had their first kiss and three dates, and he was the one to deflower her, and it all felt so real. Of course, this was the moment his erotomania became a problem, as Marina never felt anything for him, they'd never kissed, and they'd definitely never had sex. There wasn't any problem at first, because he never confronted her about these things; he typically just smiled at her and showed an incredible amount of affection that she confused for close friendship. The moment he spoke of their first kiss, she thought he was joking, and laughed about it. Then he began to talk about their dates, and she became scared - at first, it seemed like a joke. Then she realized how genuine he sounded. He believed it to be real.
With his feelings in the air, Marina found it best to try and let Sebastian down easy. Not only were they never a couple, she didn't even like him to begin with. A rejection was what she gave him, and what he took it as was a stab to the heart. He flipped, calling her a liar and a whore. For the next few weeks, he could hardly sleep, and this was where his stalking habits came into play. Every night, instead of sleep, he would watch her sleep, and he grew to hate her for destroying his perfect routine. One night, she snuck out of her house for something, likely a party, and she saw him outside her window, staring at her. Once again, she freaked out, only this time the police got involved. The police got involved, and eventually the Volkova family put a restraining order out on Sebastian, and the school expelled him.
This new process was one he'd went through several times before ending up at #552, only each new time was worse than the last. As he found new lovers, he became better at hiding himself, and developed some bad habits along with it, like lockpicking. Six different women from six different schools all reported seeing Sebastian at their homes, and make advances on them on campus. All six of those schools kicked him from their campuses, and it was inevitably that he would end up at the worst school in the city.
