factions
Factions are groups within District #552 that are officially organized for one reason or another. Creating a faction has no prerequisite, though there are a few guidelines to remember when doing so. Firstly, the Faction Leader is the only one who may purchase from the Faction Shop, though other members of the faction may lend money or CT to the purchase. Faction Shop purchases are non-refundable.
To make your faction official, create a thread in this sub-board and title it with the name of your faction, and provide all of the following information:
Name: The name of your faction.
Leader: The Big Cheese, the Head Honcho. Who's in charge?
Alignment: Good, Neutral, Evil, or anything in between.
Location: Where is your Faction based?
NPC Count: The amount of NPCs your faction has.
Member List: Any Player Characters in your gang. Hierarchy is free to be manipulated as you wish.
Other: All other information you would like to include may go here.
Next, all factions are granted NPCs, the details of which are outlined below.A c q u i s i t i o nFaction NPCs (FNPCs) are gained by a formula based on the leader's stats, and only the leader's, to a cap of 30 NPCs. No special requirements need to be met to earn FNPCs. Special FNPCs may be earned through missions and events, though this will be rare. The formula is as follows: 1/2(Str+Wis), rounded up.

For example, let's say Jimmy is a faction leader who has 20 Str and 30 Wis.
20+30=50
50/2=25
The total NPCs Jimmy's faction would be allowed to have is 25.G r o w t hFNPCs start with 50 stat points to destribute as you wish. On top of this, the Faction Leader may purchase +5 to each stat from the Faction Shop, hard limit of one per stat. Additionally, FNPCs can also grow from monthly training threads that net them +3 Exp to each and every one. Stat cap of 30.

Special: The Faction Item goes here.
Weapon: Any Weapon item (found in the Gang Shop) goes here.U t i l i t yFNPCs may be used for any gang-related activity at any time, and any activity within the gang's territory. They can be taken on territory claims and group challenges, as well as defend your own territories from any threats. While they are not powerful, their sheer numbers provide a unique boon to your tools of war. FNPCs can also use the standard consumables of the player who controls them.

The standard consumable ruling for FNPCs is as follows:
+10 total stats MAX and no ability: affects all FNPCs for the duration
More than 10 stats and/or ability: affects the FNPC who uses the consumable
