There were many people that were not like Naoki in PHS, and can anyone be blamed for that? This was the place for the most notorious after all. But the thing is, what the hell did the school plan to do to the students once they graduate? Let them off in the real world without any restrictions? That's a really bad idea, for example, they were able to turn someone as innocent as Naoki into a fight loving manipulator. That is a really bad example to put in the world, yet the school did not think of it? And even if they did, why are they going to allow that sort of thing if that would clearly mess up the world. If the point was to teach them things, why put them in such a terrible environment and have them all...
From that point, Naoki lost all train of thought once he finished his Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. No matter how hard he tried to gain his train of thought, the ideas were not coming to him at all. Instead, he was just there to sit there and look stupid. His mind remained blank, so he shrugged it off and leaned his back on the wall before sliding down the courtyard wall. From there, he decided to sleep. "Maybe this school isn't too bad." Naoki said to himself, negating all previous thoughts that he was thinking before.
