Tsubame let out a sigh as she kicked back in one of the chairs in the library. While was no longer a student here she still had access to all the school had to offer. Many times she had found that the most peaceful place in the school was the roof but today that was not the case, mostly because ti was currently raining and the roof had no arch to cover it. So here she was, the next best place, her favorite chair in the library.
She was currently wearing her new Regulator suit, with consisted of more hard armor and a helmet in light of the recent events. Over her eyes was her new visor that she had been given as a reward for her service in during the riot. Closing her eyes she began to doze off and take a nap. She slept lightly though just in case

jacket would walk into the library, prepped and ready to get some extra studying done for her night class.
she would sit down at a nearby table and open up her books, pulling out her very organized sticky note system.

Tsubame opened one eye as she heard someone rustling. She was not sure how long she had been out but it had felt like a few hours. Sitting up she yawned before looking over at the green haired girl. "Hello there...sorry to bother you but do you have the time?"

"oh! yes, of course!" jacket would whisper, and dig through her bag for her watch. it took a couple minutes since her bag was stuffed to the brim, but she eventually found it.
"i'm sorry that took so long.. it's 12:45," she would finally answer the other woman. she would finally get a good look at her. it was a bit strange to see someone in regulator gear in the middle of the library, especially when it seemed like an uneventful day.
"uhm, sorry to be a bother but... is there going to be a riot of some kind today?"
