A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

There were bodies littered around the First Pillar. She was sweaty, and now alone. Since the start of the year, gangs had become a major problem and she was tired of dealing with them. The most recent incursion by those calling themselves "The Violet Lights" left three students in the infirmary. Saya watched the beatdown, but didn't interfere. She wanted to follow them back here, to the counselors building. There were seventeen of them, and she took care of all of them. But it wasn't without problems.
She looked down at her hand. She had two fractured knuckles. She had a fractured rib as well. She was the Untoucheable Queen to everyone....but even she couldn't fight so many without taking damage. They were all unconcious, and she wouldn't have to take them all to the infirm. Many would be forced into the state hospital for several months to recoup. Including the leader. She glanced down again at her hand. She let out a breath at the sound of the police showing up, vanishing out the back and deeper into the school grounds. She needed help...but who to turn to? She didn't know where Phoebe lived, or Steven, and they were the people she considered close enough to merit minimal trust.
She would have to do what any other student would.
--------------------------------------------------------------
"I'm looking for the Doctor."
She would be inside the infirmary, the door now closed and locked. She was still slightly sweaty, and it was starting to hurt to breathe. But she stood as tall as she always did, waiting.

The Doctor was certainly in, though whether Saya would immediately realize it was the woman in scrubs finishing with the three that had quite recently been brought to her might be something else entirely. Still, the teen had been quiet enough that the blonde only looked up after she spoke.
Oh. It was Saya Shinrai. The Pillars and Captain were students she knew by sight, and the rest of the student body she was getting to know, what with injuries sustained from so many fights.
She turned back to what she was wrapping but spoke so she would know the Doctor wasn't ignoring her. "I'll be right with you, Miss Shinrai."
True to her word, the Doctor finished wrapping in just a couple moments and straightened with a murmur before turning and heading towards the teen, natural concern and curiosity colouring her expression and strengthening internally. Her door was rarely closed. Was something so wrong that she wanted privacy?

Saya was pale, but quiet. She eyed the three silent teens, checking to see if any of them were awake. She doubted it- they were in pretty serious condition. Still...
"Are any of them conscious?"
Her voice was quiet, and she remained standing still, face slightly white but controlled. Waiting.

Arianna's answer came quickly, but calmly as her pale but warm eyes finished their sweep of her. "No, and not likely to wake for some time. Let me see."

With that, Saya took a halting step forward and collapsed, eyes closing slowly as she fell to the floor, landing harshly on her face unless Arianna stopped her. It was clear the repeated blows to her body did more damage than she had previously suspected. Arianna would likely have to do an analysis to see.
Saya would speak lightly.
"Leave...the door locked....nobody can know..."
Her voice, devoid of its usually cold and lifeless tone, seemed soft and almost....frightened.

Whoa!
Arianna quickly moved forward, bending to better catch the teen and bend her knees so as to not jar her too much as all her strength seemed to just drain from her. 'I should have figured that would happen.' She thought, then pushed it away. She caught her, saving her from doing more damage in the fall. Using the balance and strength she had acquired as a dancer, the Doctor slowly eased herself back up, using her legs for the work of it.
"Not to worry. My hands are and will be full enough with your health to bother with unlocking the door." She couldn't guarantee about any emergencies, but, for now it would have to be enough. Arianna eased her over to the nearest bed - simply the easiest and closest - so she could begin assessing, but used it to help prop Saya up instead of just letting her lie down. "Saya, I'm going to need you to take your shirt off. And your pants."
The bra would have helped, too, but, Arianna was used to working around them. If it was needed off, it could come off later.

Saya swallowed, the initial flattening of her strength returning in ebs. She nodded.
"Right..."
She promptly brought her hands down, pulling her black tank up and over her, groaning with the pain of it. There was some light bruising, but then a much darker bruise the size of a small baseball right below it. Saya would remove her pants, showing a few scrapes before she removed her bra. He would wince, not because of nakedness- which she had not problem with- but because of the pain.
Arianna would notice thirty once scars of different size and stature on the girls torso and legs, even a few on her arms. There were none on her chest which, strangely, remained prestine but otherwise she seemed coated. (This including front and back).
"Tch. I don't have time for internal bleeding."
Her own little joke.

Ouch. Arianna's gaze travelled sharply along her skin, noting the scars of old injuries - maybe self-inflicted injuries, or just evidence of old fights as was more likely of the ones on her back - and the more concerning bruising of fresh ones. And the dark one along her ribs along with the groan had her accurately thinking at least one was cracked. She reached out, murmuring audibly about just checking her ribs, and lay her hand gently against the girl's ribcage, just feeling for the moment.
And frowning, and deeper still at her words.
"Hrm. Do you know how many times you were struck, and where? I need you to lie down on the bed, flat on your back, while I press your abdomen." And the undressing had certainly alerted her to her hand. "I'll take care of your hand after."

Saya did as she was told, answering the questions as she did so.
"Fighting groups usually isn't an issue. Fighting seveteen people is...more challenging. I do not know how many hit me. Enough to hurt. Two baseball bats and a pipe as well."
He would look down at her ribs.
"Pipe caused that one."
When Arianna pressed a little on the area, she would feel some bulging. Like something was swelling Saya inside, but very very slowly.

Oh yes. Because all that was good.
Arianna took note of where she was pressing--it was highly likely Saya was right and it was internal bleeding, which meant her ER-slash-OR - makeshift but functional as it was - would be seeing use once more.
Any of the teen's internal organs could have suffered enough blunt force trauma to begin bleeding. And judging by her general weakness, it was probably more than shock setting in and wearing off, along with her adrenaline. But she couldn't be sure, not until she saw inside.
"I'll be right back."
She turned and moved to unlock one of the closed doors to her storage and briskly wheeled back a portable ultrasound machine and a tube of gel. Pulling a pair of gloves on, she quickly booted the machine. While she waited, she squeezed a good dollop of the gel around the sensor.
"I'm going to check for internal bleeding. I'd prefer a CT scan, honestly, but we probably don't have that type of time. This will likely feel cool, just breathe normally without causing yourself too much pain."
She gently pressed the rounded sensor against the spot she had been pressing, before, the gel squishing outwards and around as she pressed firmly against Saya's abdomen, her eyes intent upon the greyscale screen that would show her where she was bleeding, or if it was simply swelling from the BFT.

Saya nodded and stayed still. She had been through this before. Not internal bleeding but CT scans and an ultrasound, though neither were because of children. She would look up at the ceiling, keeping her eyes blank as Arianna did what she had to do, her pale skin flecking with goosebumps under the fluid and the rounded sensor.
It would appear to show some bleeding coming from the liver area, though not severe. It would probably be sewn up quite easily but would still require surgery.

Arianna refrained from clicking her tongue, though she did exhale a soft sigh.
"Well, Miss Shinrai, it would seem you need minor surgery do deal with some internal bleeding with the origin near your liver. Are you comfortable with me performing the procedure?"
Though she asked, she was already mentally preparing and moving through the steps she needed to take and would need to take. Good thing the room off to the side was ready if she needed to do anything such as this. She would have to scrub up, of course, and it would be a matter of tricky timing to do all she would need to do alone.
She really needed some assistants.

Saya gestured with her hand lazily.
"Yes. Knock me out or don't, just get it done."
She did not show any fear whatsoever. She lay back, taking several deep breaths, waiting for her to do as she needed to.

"Okay. I am going to help you up. What I need you to do is head into that room–" She would gesture towards the one to the side. "And finish undressing before laying on the stainless steel table. It will be cold, but, I will be as quick as possible."
Already her mind was racing. It would be a tricky dance, indeed, one that she would have to be in complete control of from start to finish. She would indeed help Saya up to minimize her discomfort and pain as much as possible. From there she would move to unlock one of her cabinets, taking out a needle, pack of sterilized surgical equipment, as well as the painkiller, anesthetic, and paralytics she would need. This wasn't something she would keep Saya awake for. The paralysis alone would freak anyone out. And intubating a conscious person wasn't generally something they did, let alone one that may be mentally freaking about not being able to move. She locked the cabinet and took down a saline pack for the drip she would need to use, and moved towards the room. The wheeling tray she pulled over and would rest the surgical tools upon, tearing open the bag with relative ease but not touching them otherwise. The breathing machine and monitors were wheeled from the room in short order, along with a few other odds and ends that would make her life easier.
The IV was quickly set up and Saya's arm prepped at the site she would use. Handing off her arm she would feel for the vein, speaking easily and calmly as she did so.
"Just an IV for fluids and the other medications I'll be using. If needles make you nervous, just breathe and look away."
Finding the vein she wanted, Arianna picked up the fourteen gauge needle and would efficiently slip it in - after clicking to make sure there would be no air bubbles - with the customary pricking sensation before taping it down. She hummed softly as she worked, something slow and easy. Classical, if Saya was well versed in such a genre. The surgeon opened the flow so the fluid escaping the needle would become slow and steady. The bypass was injected with the paralyzing agent and painkiller, and the blonde immediately moved to prep the anesthetic mask before holding it over Saya's mouth. She would be knocked out before the pain killer and paralyzing medications would kick in.
She offered a calm smile before doing so. "You will sleep for this procedure. Just breathe deeply. I'm going to count backwards from six... Six, five, four...three, two..."
And likely before she hit one, the teenager would be out, cold. If so, Arianna would turn the gas off...
