A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Tempus listened with a growing sense of wonder.
No, really, the kid was a wonder, though he probably didn't know it. Someone like him would no doubt grow up to be some kind of detective and then she's be screwed since they were both probably going to end up on opposite sides of the law. But regardless, he just seemed really down on himself for being just that; himself. And truly Tempus didn't know how to go about boosting someone's self confidence about their own image. It was then, however, that he pointed out the obvious fact that she, Tempus, was a girl and asked what kind of things that girls like. She tried to refrain from giggling but couldn't stop herself as she laughed again, holding onto Kyou's shoulders for support.
“Yeah, you'll be askin' the wrong girl, Shortstop,” Tempus wiped a tear from her eye. “I kinda found out long ago I ain't like most girls. Take that dance,” the thief pointed to a posted that advertised the Spring Fling. “Betcha ten bucks you'll see tons of those fillies all gussied up in dressed they'll never wear again. And me? I'll be in my best tux lookin' to spike the punch and make sure everyone makes all sortsa bad choices. Sound typical to you?”
Tempus took a moment to look at Kyou, then grinned as she ruffled his hair.
“Hey...you hungry? Wanna grab a pizza or something? My treat.”

Kyou sighed. "I see... well, oh well. It was worth asking, I guess." He tried not to get discouraged by her laughing, he'd figure girls out sooner or later... it was like some kind of puzzle--and he would figure it out in the end. That, he was sure of. He gave a small nod at what she said, adding, "Well, I hope you don't get anyone into serious trouble... that would be bad." He tried not to frown as she ruffled his hair, "Does she have to keep treating me like a little kid? I mean, I know I'm only thirteen, and I'm really short, but... I mean, come on, does she constantly have to point it out?" He thought. Sighing, he decided not to let the small facts bother him. "Er, um sure... if you want," he answered when she made an offer to go out and get pizza.

Tempus didn't like being honest when she didn't have to.
It came with the territory of being a thief. Your life basically revolved around lying. Sure, you could be an honest thief but honest thieves didn't last long, nor were they as common as those cheesy movies would have you believe. So lying was basically a way of life for Tempus and often a way she used to gain whatever she wanted, including friends. The thief would justify this in a manner that would help her sleep at night; she didn't technically lie to her friends, she merely exaggerated what she was telling them. So, a tale about a conquest or a brawl was often sprinkled with little white lies that really weren't lies. Like, okay, maybe she didn't take on ten guys and it was more like...well, one. But if you add enough details and remembered them all it's not all that bad, right? You had a good story and the person or people you were with were entertained! Wins all around. Good times.
That...that wasn't what this kid needed. And Tempus felt something kinda odd when she talked to him. She...she didn't really feel the need to lie. It was certainly an odd feeling but despite the fact that she could, and the fact that Kyou seemed gullible enough to believe whatever she would tell him, the dark skinned woman didn't really want to lie either. And if this whole 'honesty' thing was in effect, she knew one thing for certain; there was no way someone like her could help someone like Kyou. She wasn't an expert, no psychologist or whatever but it seemed to her that the things this kid felt were so ingrained into his being that it wasn't gonna take a quick montage to make him confident enough to purpose to the most popular cheerleader in front of the whole school at the next football game or whatever. No, this was a slow burn. A long con, if you will. So, Tempus decided on one thing.
She'd simply be Kyou's friend. And maybe, along the way, she'd help him in a way only a friend could.
The thief wrapped an arm around Kyou's shoulders before pulling him into a headlock and giving him a quick noogie.
“Uhhh...yeah. By the by, ya think I can borrow ten bucks? I'm kinda broke...” Tempus trailed off as she released Kyou and gave him a sheepish look. “Promise I won't make that a thing. Savvy?”

Kyou gave a small laugh. Her treat, huh? Oh well, it was just ten dollars, nothing Kyou couldn't easily get back. "Sure," he said, handing her a ten dollar bill. Truth be told, Kyou did have a few jobs here and there, and he made his own money. And since he didn't need to pay rent, he was able to save that money up and spend it on whatever it was he needed--usually he'd get drugs or supplies, but getting something here or there couldn't hurt, either. Kyou didn't know anything about Tempus--it'd been a while since he broke into the school's personal records, but he figured she was telling the truth and, even if she wasn't, he wouldn't make a big fuss over the loss of ten measly dollars. It could have been worse, after all.
