balance is something fragile @tagged Vivi sat near the edge of the rooftop, legs drawn to her chest, and arms wrapped around them. Her gaze kept flicking from the view ahead to the ground beneath her as she murmured to herself, her brow slightly tensed. The roof was mostly empty at the moment, and wasn't a bad place to think. Right now, a lot of thoughts raced through her head. Everything that happened with Riot, Aura, school violence and the like. What was the answer? How does one solve problems like those for good? It seemed a calm voice and a gentle hand were always taken for granted around here. It seemed... the only thing that got through to people was strength and power. Vivi didn't want to be in a world like that, yet here she was. Placed smack dab into the middle of it. As a Pillar she protected the student body as well as the faculty, but that entailed beating down the students who sought to hurt them. It was all one big vicious cycle.

balance is something fragile @tagged Having been pretty distracted by her own thoughts, Vivi only faintly heard the sound of the door opening behind her, and didn't pay much mind to it. Probably just another student who needed some quiet. And if they wanted a fight? Well... she was getting kind of tired of those, but that's what this school revolved around.
She was snapped out of her daze when she felt something poke her left shoulder. Her gaze flicked quickly to that side, then to her right as Soran sat down beside her, looking pretty pleased with himself. Or maybe he was just happy in general? The guy usually was in a good mood when she saw him.
She stared at him for a good while, a frown plastered to her face as she pondered what he could possibly be so happy about.
"...'You win the lottery or someth'n?"
The question was mostly sarcastic, and indirect way of asking him about his mood. Vivi wasn't half as much of a moper as she was when she first transferred, but even so, she still had her not so sunny moments.

balance is something fragile @tagged Vivi’s eye twitched slightly when he poked her cheek and she cast him an irritated glance. Happy to see her? Yeah, she totally believed that—along with flying pigs and the tooth fairy. What the hell did he want? He then proceeded to call her grumpy and even tacked an ‘as always’ on the end. Naturally, this just made Vivi angrier and made her feel compelled to deny it. The only problem was the fact that Vivi actually was in a foul mood. But she’d prefer to call it being angry as opposed to grumpy.
“I came up here by myself for some room to think,” she looked back over the edge of the roof and bit her lip in frustration.
Something on her mind? You bet there was. Vivi was tempted to head butt him or shove him off the roof, but she knew that was irrational. She shouldn't be taking her frustrations out on her fellow students who hadn’t done a thing, it wasn’t right. They were the people she was meant to protect.
“A lot of stuff is,” she let out a sigh, “I feel like I’m starting to act like my dad. Except for the going crazy part. He was crazy... but not in a 'Let's paint the kitchen red!' sort of way. But crazy as in a 'gas oven, toothpaste sand-which, I am God' sort of way. Came from a stress over load. I just hope that doesn't happen to me."
