Sarah left a note for the boy on his locker. It wasn't that she wanted to fight him necessarily out of wanting to hurt him. She wanted to test his potential. If he had a connection to Shugo then perhaps he had some hidden strength himself. Sarah wanted to see what he was capable of, to see where she stood against him. She wanted to see where she stood against all of them.
