A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

"... I'm alright, I brought my own water bottle. Take a fifteen minute break and I'll meet you back here."
Moving over to the bench where his hoodie was neatly folded, he would sit down on top of it and grab his water bottle, which had been sitting underneath it. Popping the top open, he would take a long drink from it, quenching his dry and parched throat, before sitting back and resting his back right up against the wall, his arms casually folded across his chest. For someone that didn't know how to fight initially, Christa was a quick learner, and that made teaching her a lot easier.
After about 15 minutes later, setting his water bottle back down beside him on top of the bench, Kazuya would rise up off the bench and head back to the training dummy, standing in front of it and waiting for Christa to return.

Christa would nod toward Kazuya before exiting the training room, a smile visible on her face. Heading toward the water fountain for a drink. Wow, this is awesome... Learning to fight is a lot funner than I initially thought it would be... And awkward. Christa would take a seat at one of the benches next to the water fountain, looking over at one of the vending machines. Maybe I should buy a water bottle at the store next time I go or something... Probably a good idea. Christa would look up at the clock, noticing around 15 minutes have past before heading back into the training room. "So whats next boss?"

Turning his head slightly to look behind him, he would fully turn around to face Christa as she came walking back into the weight room, his arms casually shoved into his pants pockets. A slight smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth, him, a boss? He may be the son of one of the most powerful Yakuza leaders in all of Japan and Okinawa, but he was nowhere near a boss, he was still a student and knew enough to teach Christa some punches and kicks to protect herself.
"... Next I'll be teaching you the roundhouse kick. It's a little bit more trickier to execute than the front kick, so I'll demonstrate it for you."
Turning back around to face the training dummy, once he had gotten in his stance, he then brought his knee up and swung it around in a semi-circular motion, and struck the dummy on the side of its neck with the front of his foot. He then brought his leg down, and turned to Christa.
"... Your turn. Get your balance first, and then try to execute it, alright?"

Christa would approach Kazuya, keeping her distance so that he could demonstrate the kick to her. Making sure that she would remember the execution of the kick so that she could repeat it later onward. Nodding toward Kazuya before taking her place in front of the training dummy, prepping herself accordingly before slowly executing the kick, bringing her knee up and pivoting in mid-air in order to perform the Chuck Norris. Resetting her stance before speeding up her execution bit by bit.
Alright cool, this time should be good enough right? Either it is or i'll look like an idiot.
She'd then bring her stance to the simple one that Kazuya taught her at the beginning of the training and bring her knee up into the air, pivoting slightly before bring her leg full force into the dummy, losing her balance slightly but regaining it in time to keep herself from falling over. "I never thought i'd be able to do cool things like this, ya'know?" Taking a small drink of water she'd step back away from the mat, allowing Kazuya to demonstrate the next move.

Before Kazuya could move to help Christa as soon as he saw her lose her balance slightly after prepping her stance and timing first before launching the roundhouse kick proper, she managed to regain it and prevent a tumble to the floor, as a slight smirk could be seen tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"... All it takes is someone willing to take the time and patience to teach the basic kicks and punches. Obviously a qualified and certified sensei is better, but basics are still basics, if you continually practice and train, they'll become second nature to you."
Giving a casual shrug of his shoulders and nod of his head, as Christa took a sip of water, Kazuya would move back in front of the dummy, going into a simple stance. Raising his leg in front of his body, he would keep his leg straight or relatively straight as his leg rose, then brought his leg down swiftly with the heel pointed downward. Striking the dummy on the shoulder, he'd bring his leg down and then turn to face her.
"... That was the Axe Kick, now it's your turn."

Christa would watch as Kazuya would raise his leg reaaallly high up in order to hit the dummy in the shoulder, Jesus christ, i'm definantly going to fall while doing this one. As Kazuya would make his way out of the way of the dummy, Christa would get a sudden feeling of Deja Vu No wait, I've done this before... Not too long ago either... Taking place in front of the dummy, she'd get back into her simple stance, taking a deep breath before raising her leg up into the air and bringing it down onto the dummy with ease. Thats an actual fighting technique? Huh.

Giving Christa a simple nod of his head as she executed the Axe Kick flawlessly and with ease, he was slightly impressed she got it down on her first try, he remembered it took Reira at least eight tries before she managed to execute it perfectly. In fact, Christa seemed to grasp the kicks just as fast, if not faster, than Reira did when he taught her them.
"... Nicely done, the Axe Kick required a bit of flexibility to do, and I'd say you have it. Next is the Hook Kick. This will be the last kick I'll teach you for today. I'll teach you more another day, but I don't want to overload you in your first lesson."
Turning to the dummy, making sure Christa was a good distance away, concentrating, he'd raise his knee up, similar to the roundhouse kick, then extended his foot outward and snapped it around in a dorsal arc, with the heel hitting the dummy on the side of its head. Bringing his leg down, he'd turn to Christa once more.
"... Alright, now it's your turn. You know the drill. Ready? Begin."

Christa would shake her head slightly at the sight of the hook kick that Kazuya had just demonstrated. What is it with these two kicks that feel like i've done them thousands of times over? Lost in thought for a moment she'd notice Kazuya had moved away from the dummy once more to allow her the try. Shaking her head to clear her conciousness she would move up toward the dummy, taking a deep breath in and out before bringing her knee up, but her leg snapped back before swiftly kicking toward the dummys head and hitting it head on, with a small yell during the strike. "Hyaah!"

For someone that didn't know how to fight, she sure grasped two of the more difficult kicks to learn quickly, not to mention her execution of both were on the level of a trained fighter. No matter, Kazuya wasn't going to worry about it, though he was admittedly, slightly curious. Maybe he'd ask Christa later, but for now, their first lesson was over.
"... Well done. You seemed very comfortable with those two kicks for your first try... That's all for today. Are you doing anything after? I was planning to go out and get something to eat."
While he waited for her answer, he'd head over to the bench to pick up his hoodie and water bottle, and wait for her at the door, before heading out of the weight room and to the entrance of the school.

Letting out a soft sigh, Christa would look over to Kazuya after she was done stretching her arms outward. "Uhhh..." Food..? Ugh... I havent eaten much, and I guess getting to know people is a good thing. "Yeah... I guess that'd be alright, but I only have an hour." Catching up with Kazuya and taking a quick drink of water. "Thanks for the help, fighting was never really my thing. I think..." Looking up at the blue sky with a yawn, "Kind of exhausting. Dont ya think?"

"... That's fine. I was planning to get take-out, to be perfectly honest. I don't really feel like cooking myself dinner tonight."
Walking side by side with Christa after she caught up to him, with one hand casually shoved in his pocket, he would push open the entrance door to the school with one hand, holding it for Christa until she had walked out, before following after her, letting the door close with a dull thunk behind him. After clearing the Regulators and heading down the sidewalk, towards his favorite Japanese restaurant, he would casually glance over at her, a slightly bemused smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
Having been in far too many fights to count on both hands, Kazuya's stamina had been pretty high, but the time spent recovering had taken a toll on him, and as a result, his stamina was not as high as it once was, and he had to literally crawl and claw his way back up to the level he once was.
"... You get used to it after a while. But even the best fighters know what and when their limits are, and knowing when to stop, isn't always easy, but sometimes necessary. And no problem, just let me know when you want the next lesson, I suppose you could text me or something."
Reaching the restaurant after a little bit more of walking, he would head inside and walk up to the counter, placing his order in. Taking a seat while waiting for his order, once it was ready, he would take the bag the Styrofoam container of teriyaki chicken and rice, gyoza, and milk bubble tea was placed inside, and heading to the entrance, would wait for Christa, before heading out once she joined him.

"Hm. I hardly ever get takeout, I usually just cook with whatever the hell I have in the house." Stuffing both of her hands in her pockets she'd follow Kazuya outside of the school building, glancing over at the now setting sun with a smile, letting him take her to wherever they were going. Snapping out of her day dream as Kazuya would speak.
"Oh.. Yeah, I suppose I should give you my number shouldnt I?" Reaching into her bag she'd pull out a piece of paper, handing it over to Kazuya with a smile. "You're like, the first friend i've made here. So thats cool."
Looking over to the left of her she'd spot the restaurant they we're going too. Japanese hm.. God, the only Japanese food i've ever had is Sushi... And I think thats Chinese, goddamnit. Entering the building after Kazuya, she'd step up to the counter and order her food. Taking the Styrofoam container with her, Six pieces of sushi, some fried rice and good ol water. Good enough for me. Making her way over to Kazuya and following him out of the restaurant. "I've only really ever had sushi... So thats what i'm sticking with for now." Letting out a small laugh, she'd continue. "I guess I dont get out often enough."

"... I don't go for take-out often either, I usually cook my own food a majority of the time. If I didn't, I'd probably starve, since I live by myself."
Taking the paper with Christa's number on it, he'd pull out his own phone and give her his number, giving her a slight smile. He was slightly surprised that he was the first friend she made in the school, he figured she was part of the popular crowd and knew quite a few number of people. After they had gotten their food and left the restaurant, Kazuya would head towards the suburban area, since that's where his house was located.
"... There's nothing wrong with sticking with what you know. Just because you don't really get out often enough, doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing. If you know what works, or in your case, tastes good, there's no need to go out of your comfort zone."
Reaching an intersection, this was probably where they'd part ways, since his house was further down the block, to his left, as he'd gesture with his head at it.
"... My house is down this way. I suppose I'll see you tomorrow, unless your house happens to be down this way too."

Nodding toward Kazuya on his remark of the food, "Yeah, sometimes its good to head out of your comfort zone though, right?" Continuing walking down the street toward the intersection ahead, Christa would pause momentarily on the sidewalk. Her face blank for the slightest of moments before shaking her head and catching back up with Kazuya, "Oh uh... Yeah, i'll see you tomorrow, my house is straight ahead. Catch ya later!" Moving up toward the empty road and crossing it hastily, a thought would enter Christas mind, Was that my memory? Or someone elses?

"... Yeah... But it also depends on the situation. Still, any new experience, good or bad, can help a person grow."
The moment he didn't hear the sound of footsteps beside him, Kazuya would halt immediately and turn his head slightly to look behind him, seeing Christa stand still for a split second, before breaking out of her stupor and catching up to him. Though it wouldn't be apparent, inside he would wonder what happened to her, but he wasn't the time to pry unless the person wanted to tell him, or in her case, even knew what happened. Giving her a slight nod of his head, he would watch her run off down the street, until he couldn't see her anymore.
Lifting his head up to look at the sunset orange sky above him, though Christa knew some of the basic kicks and punches, Kazuya could not help but worry that eventually, the members of the Koyama-kai would try to target Christa, to get to him. Friend or not, she was associated with him, and though that probably meant she would have a target on her back, he would not allow her, or anyone that knew him, to get hurt. Taking off down the street, a look of determination on his face, he would make sure of it...
(End)
