A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

The day had begun with a good start. Outside of Alethe's bedroom window she could see the sky was particularly grey, and a light fog was settling in the streets, giving a sort of cool and gloomy feel. It looked like the miserable state of the sky was about to break down into tears at any moment, and as Alethe looked out sleepily through her window, she thought, "Oh, it looks like it might rain... I'd better bring an umbrella."
Alethe threw off her covers and quickly got dressed, throwing on black pants and a white button-up shirt, giving a certain look of class in which she adored. However, over her white shirt she'd toss on a black coat, in which she buttoned up to completely conceal her clothing...
What a wasted effort...
"I'm going to school! I'll see you later!" Alethe called, grabbing her black and grey backpack and slinging it over her shoulder. She'd already prepared the night before for all of the things she could possibly need for school, having notebooks, pens, paper, binders, a metal ruler, a bag of cheez-its, a juice box, and a volume of Ranma 1/2. The girl went outside of her small house and hopped onto her bike which was painted a blue metallic color--which seemed particularly grey in response to the cool, gloomy air.
Alethe rode her bike to school, taking her time and making sure to go easy on herself (she went the long way around so as to avoid any hills that were too steep on her and would give her a hard time...).
"Such a beautiful day," she thought as she rode, until she got to school and parked her bike outside, using her lock to make sure it was secure and couldn't be stolen. When she got inside she'd go to the front office to get a map of the school, circling the classrooms that she had classes in with a red pen, and as a good student would, attend each class. However, at her free period, since she didn't have anything to study and it was almost the end of the day, Alethe decided to visit the library out of curiosity. She wanted to know what kinds of books the school here had...
Much to her surprise, the library was quite a bit bigger than she'd expected, and she couldn't help but to grin, thinking about all the more things she could do in her free time. Her online schooling program sucked and there obviously wan't a library... however, she couldn't deny that she did enjoy reading Oedipus Rex and The Odessy. As classic of novels as they were...
She was about to leave when another section caught her attention, and her eyes became as big as saucers.
Manga.
The girl squaled a bit and ran over, getting on her knees to see all of the books stashed away on one of the lower levels. The collection wasn't huge, but it was a lot more than the two volumes she had at her house. There was Case Closed, Ao no Exorcist, Kuroshitsuji... Well, she didn't really find much interest in that book, if she were to be completely honest... and then--Naruto! She noticed there were quite a few volumes of the particular manga missing, but she could see there were still many volumes left, so she grabbed ten of the books, bringing them over to the librarian and checking them out. She'd checked out the first ten volumes, and she put three of them in her backpack (the others wouldn't fit) and carried the rest in her arms.
She started to read the first book right off the bat, carrying the other volumes in her arm but still managing to read the first book in her hand.
If you're unaware... this takes a particular skill, especially if you're a fifteen, soon-to-be-sixteen year-old girl who can hardly manage ten push-ups.
Alethe was smiling as she read the book, completely oblivious to her surroundings as she walked through the halls, absentmindedly reading. She was so caught up that she'd hardly noticed the other lone soul in the hallways and let out a small squeak when she accidentally crashed into them--!

Ah, it was another miserable day, well, it's not like kenshin would pay any mind to this, he was too busy getting ready for school "Guess I had better bring my volumes to school, I need to work on my design..." Kenshin took his shirt, put it on and buttoned it up, then slipped his black cardigan on over it, he then left the broken down building he was in, yes kenshin was a 15 year old boy, who worked for the police but didn't have is own house, but luckily he had enough money for food and stuff. He was walking down the street, when he seen a japanese shop, he entered hoping they sell Ramen, sushi and maybe even Onigiri. As he looked around he noticed all sorts of stuff, they were selling things like, wooden katanas, straw hats, food and much more, it was the food Kenshin was here for though, he bought himself some onigiri and was about to head to school when he realised he forgot his bag "Guess I'll have to go get it.. ugh..." He waddled back to his house, picked his bag up which had his stacks of manga inside, and left for school.
"Finally, I arrived... only took me an hour" Kenshin was really late, but this didn't really annoy him since he didn't have any classes he liked today so he'd spend the rest of his time reading manga in the library or something. Kenshin made his way to his locker, which had stacks upon stacks of manga just placed inside for easy access, it was like his safe, and he could get them from here at almost anytime he wanted so it worked out perfectly for him. He pulled about 12 volumes of Naruto out, and gave a big smile "I can't wait to find out what new Jutsu Naruto is about to learn" he'd say out loud, then start walking in the direction of the library, on his way he completely lost concentration because he was so excited to read his new volumes, and since he had no jobs on, this was a really big thing to him, but that feeling of uber happiness was ruined when someone bumped into him "Ugh, watch where you're going... I can't afford to get my clothes dirty and my books ruined" he'd say before he took a glance at the person in front of him "Oh... sorry about that, I just... yeah..." Kenshin was terrible at talking to girls face to face, so he didn't really know how to react... |

Alethe threw up her arm to shield herself after she'd bumped into the poor unfortunate soul that chanced to meet her in such an unwelcoming way. Her action was a mere reflex, and she'd nearly dropped her own books but managed to keep a hold of them... She lowered her arm and looked up at the taller student with big eyes, listening to what he said.
Dammit... how embarrassing...
"I-I'm so sorry..." She'd say meekly, taking a step back and trying to avoid eye contact as her face was probably heating up from her stupidity. A second afterward, however, she noticed what he'd also been carrying in his arms, and she blinked before asking, "Oh, you read Naruto, too??" She couldn't help but to grin, thinking how neat it would be if there was someone else in this school that also read manga, and one of her favorites--no less!

Kenshin would look at the smaller girl "Oh, you read Naruto, too??" he would take another glance at the girl, who was holding books, much like himself "Y-yes, I do... I-it's my favourite..." Kenshin would glance away, as his face turned bright red, because he wasn't used to talking to girls he had no idea what to say, so through pure will power he made himself say "I-I was just a-about to head somewhere to read it, i-if you wanna come... b-but I am not in the m-mood for silly games... so d-dont do anything stupid" "Oh god, am I stuttering? Man, what is wrong with me, it's only a girl, why did I even ask her to come? I hate when people are near my when I read" kenshin thought to himself, oh well... he made his way to the library without turning around, he then sat down and started reading the manga in order, he wasn't sure if she followed, and he kinda hoped she didn't but there was a part in him, deep down, that truly wanted her to come.

Wow, this guy really had a stutter, didn't he? She couldn't help but to give a little giggle. "He reminds me of Hinata," She thought, holding back a laugh. Aw, the girl just compared this guy to shy little Hinata... oh well. She was a little surprised when he said she could join him, and she thought about it for a little bit.
Well, she did want to read...
And she didn't mind hanging out with this guy... even though he was... well... a guy.
Alethe gave a firm nod to herself after she'd made up her mind, saying, "Sure, I'll go with you!" She paused a moment, realizing he'd already walked off... Where'd he go?! She ran off, looking around for him down one hall, but not seeing him, so she ran back and chased down the other hall... also, to no avail...
She stopped again in front of the library where she'd last seen him, panting and breathing heavily. "Where did he... where is he?" She asked herself, kneeling over a bit, trying to catch her breath. She looked to her right and saw him sitting at a table in the library.
Wow.
Embarrassed, she walked inside the library and sat down next to him, still trying to catch up to her breath... still, she didn't want to bother him, so she tried to breathe as quietly as possible so as to not disturb him, but...
She took out one of the volumes of Naruto and started to read it, hoping she'd calm down and stop breathing like a hyena with asthma...

The girl sat down next time and he blushed "So, she actually came, huh..." he would glance over at her and she had obviously just ran or something, cause she was out of breath "Wait, how is she out of breath... we were just outside the library... oh well, maybe she ran a marathon and made it back, I don't know" after another glance at her he said "So... what volume you on?" to be fair, him talking to a girl was rare, he wasn't really interested in these kinds of things, but... "Damn, she is kind of cute... Ah what the hell am I saying!" He blushed heavily "God dammit, why am I blushing?" He continued on with his manga, waiting for a response from her, hoping she didn't see him blush...

Alethe nodded weakly at the guy who'd asked her what volume she was on, even though it wasn't a yes or no question... "I'm on... uh... the... second volume... I just started reading it this morning..." she said. She noticed how he was blushing and she raised an eyebrow. Wait, what?
"You know," she said, burying her face in the manga. "The part when Naruto confesses his love for Sakura but she turns him down."
What an odd way of saying, "Stop blushing and keep it in your pants, boy."
Then again, she didn't want to be rude, and it was kind of embarrassing that he was blushing... She face-palmed. Wait a minute! He probably wasn't blushing at her at all! He was probably reading the part in the manga when Naruto was trying to teach Konohamaru the Sexy Jutsu and he was trying not to get a nosebleed! Or something... How ridiculous of her to actually think he was interested in her.

Kenshin would listen to her "Oh she is pretty new to Naruto, huh?" he would then look at her, and she'd say "The part when Naruto confesses his love for Sakura but she turns him down."Did she think he liked her? "I can't like her, she is a GIRL after all, I am not really into that stuff..." but it was slightly true, the whole... love at first sight was a thing "What the hell is wrong with me" "Well it'd only be fair if I told you what part I was at..." He'd show her the page "I am reading the part where Naruto trains to obtain a new jutsu"

Alethe looked at the page of the manga he was reading, staring at it a bit longer than what was considered normal. She observed and studied the drawings, grinning a bit at Naruto as he was trying to master controlling his chakra inside the water balloon.
"Oh, this is after Jiraiya takes Naruto along to find Lady Tsunade! And Itachi was introduced into the story, too," she said with a grin. "That part of the story was so intense... at least, I thought it was..." She shrugged, looking back at her own manga.
Truth be told, she'd gotten far past that part in the series, in fact, she'd finished watching Naruto, but now she figured that she should re-read the series for fun... and, it was such a good manga and anime...
"Have you finished the series, already?" She asked. "Or is this your first time reading it?"

He responded with "I have watched the anime 13 times over, I just haven't read it yet, so I thought I would read it..."
Well it was true, he really loved Naruto, but he didn't really know what else to say, so by complete instinct he said "S-so what do y-you think of boyfriends?" "What... the... hell... did I just... ask..." Kenshin would facepalm at what he had said, and blushed like crazy, quickly swivelling his head to face the other way to hide his super red face, he tried to hide his face while reading but it was kind of hard "Well it's okay, I doubt she likes me anyway, so I don't have to worry about it, no need to hold my breath"

Alethe deadpanned. He... watched the show twelve times?
...
She turned her head downcast, shamefully burying her face behind her book. How embarrassing, she'd only watched the anime once and hadn't even finished Shippuden yet... Her face was probably bright red from embarrassment. What a nerd this guy was... she was genuinely jealous.
When he asked what her views on having a boyfriend was, she peeked her head above the manga slightly to get a good look at his red face. "I'm not interested, to be entirely honest," she said. She'd grin behind her book and add, "See, I'm madly in love with another girl."
She was bluffing. She was entirely bluffing. There was no way she'd be attracted to another girl in that way, and she believed it was wrong to have such feelings... but since it was entirely a joke on her part, she wanted to see what his reaction would be, even if it was the farthest thing from true.
Alethe would grin and lower the book, saying, "Just kidding. But no, I don't have a boyfriend, nor do I ever want one, to be entirely honest." She glared a bit. "What's your name, again?"
It wasn't that he'd given her a name, but she figured it was a good way to both change the topic and learn this guy's name. Two birds and one stone, right?

He looked at her "Another girl? what she was a ... ? she liked another girl?" he looked around awkwardly, and scratched at the back of his head, "I guess I was right about it not working out..."Just kidding. But no, I don't have a boyfriend, nor do I ever want one, to be entirely honest." He looked at her "Joking, joking joking... SHE WAS JOKING? FUCK, I AM STUPID, Though she did say never wants a boyfriend" This comment made him slightly sad "Since when have I ever liked girls, I am a nerdy, smartass kid who got a job in the police force, it's not my job to blush, I am just meant to be smart and nerdy, not in lo--" He then realised he had said everything out loud... "Oh, shit..."
Kenshin would look around for somewhere to hide, his face was a new version of red he was blushing that much "WHEN IN DOUBT, HIT IT OUT" he then smashed his head off the table until he was dizzy...

If this had been an anime, Alethe would have had a major sweat-drop at what the guy just said. She wanted to respond to what he'd said, she wanted to say, "Oh? So you think you're in love? Well, let me tell you a little story about love." Or perhaps say something like, "You've got a job at a police station? Yeah right, sorry, but I don't really believe that..." Or something to that effect, but she couldn't find the words and before she'd completely gathered her train of thought from the shocking things he'd said, it looked like he, too, was dumbfounded by what words he'd spoken.
"Um, I do hope you know I don't believe in--hey knock it off!" She snapped, starting one sentence but ending with an entirely new thought as he his his head against the table, obviously regretting what he'd blurted out to her. She'd grab his head and hold it up to stop him from hurting himself, not really knowing what to say. She wanted to yell at him. Sure, it was stupid of him to think he was in love with her or something dumb like that, but she couldn't deny it was a little flattering... and she certainly didn't want him to be hurting himself over it.
She didn't want anyone to be hurt--much less over something as ridiculous as herself!
"Um... I-it's alright, don't fret over it too much... we all make mistakes, you know?" She said, deciding that's the other thing she'd say to him before letting him recover from the headache he probably gave himself before responding...

Oh she didn't believe him? "Oh... well then I'll have to prove it..." he would pull his I.D Out, which had his police badge, yes bragging was something he loved doing for some reason, but he didn't do it much, "but eh, sorry for hitting my head" his nervousness had completely gone now that he was talking about his job, which was a bit weird, but he didn't care "And about what you said, it doesn't really matter, I am not usually into that stuff as well, I don't know what got into me, I am sorry" "Well, I am lying, I really do like her but... why?"

Alethe blinked. She stared at the badge he'd pulled out, amazed. He truly was working in the police force...?
"O-oh, um, that's not what I..." she started, not finishing her sentence. "That's not what I was talking about... I was going to say that I don't believe in love, but... I guess I didn't really believe in him being a policeman, either. I'll keep that bit to myself," she thought.
She listened to him as he clarified he didn't normally act that way, and he didn't know why he had been... Alethe gave a small laugh, saying, "Ah, well, that's good. I'd hate to have to turn you down right off the bat like I did with Balty, or something..." Well, that was a thought. She'd hardly even thought about Balty until just now. She gave a small laugh and rubbed the back of her neck. "That would suck. He basically asked me out the first time we'd met, and then he continued to harass me about becoming his girlfriend, even though I kept tellin' him I was a lesbian, I was a boy, or I just wasn't interested. I said a lot of things to him and he wouldn't really drop it. You kind of worried me for a second there, I thought I'd run into another pain in the neck like him again."
Alethe stopped for a moment, thinking about it. "I mean, I'd hate to end up disliking you just because you're a thorn in my side, you know? I mean... you like manga and anime, and you're apparently a part of the police force, too..."
The thought was strange to her. She'd always felt kind of intimidated by policemen, whenever she saw a police car on the roads she'd feel uneasy, and seeing a police man certainly made her feel... well, it made her feel like she was about to be arrested or be inspected for something that she was innocent of...
"Um... are you sure that badge isn't fake?" She asked. "I mean... like... you're so young..."
