welcome
Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Kenshin would look at her, he felt his emotionlessness coming back, thank god. He was back to himself, his eyes would drop back into a "I don't care about anything" look, but it wasn't entirely true. He liked bragging? that was bullshit, he liked this girl? probably bullshit, but maybe not, it depended, anyway "Yes the badge isn't fake, look at the gold and silver, getting this type of silver is very expensive, I am not rich enough to afford it myself, does that help you a little bit more?" he would then sit down and continue reading naruto.

Alethe blinked, staring at the badge. She snatched it from his hands and then held it real close in front of her face, studying it. She could tell that he wasn't lying and that it was, indeed, real gold and silver... "Wow," she said, amazed. She would hand the badge back to him, frowning a bit as she tried to process it all. He was a real policeman? It seemed so hard to believe, but at the same time... "That's really cool!" She exclaimed, slapping her hands together. "Wow, a real policeman! But you don't seem frightening like those other policemen, but then, that's probably just because you're still just a boy. So, hey, does that mean you do actual detective work, and things like that? Are you really smart? You've got to be good with solving mysteries and things like that, right?" The girl started to ramble on in her excitement, but when she was finished with it all she'd give a laugh and say, "Wow! I expected to meet interesting people here at this school, but you're absolutely fascinating!"

Kenshin would sigh "If you really want to know, how about I take you on my next job?" He didn't like this idea, but his head really hurt, so if it shut her up, he really didn't care. "Could you tone it down a little, by the way, my head really hurts... sorry if I seem rude."

Alethe stopped what she was saying when he suggested that she be quiet, after inviting her to come with him on his next assignment... Would he really? "Oh, right... I'm sorry," she said quietly, not wanting to further his headache. "But, I guess that's what you get for hitting your head against the desk..." She gave a small smile, shaking her head. It probably wasn't right to say such a thing. Still, she was really interested in visiting him while he worked. Would she really be able to? Was it allowed? Would she get into trouble? Was it going to be dangerous? What if she got hurt? "And are you sure it'd be alright to let me come with you?" She asked quietly. "I mean, it sounds like a great adventure, but..." She didn't want to impose or anything... or make him only invite her just because she had been annoying him.

Kenshin would sigh, again "Look, I wouldn't have made the offer, if it wasn't possible, I thought up everything that could go wrong like, you getting hurt, me getting hurt, me getting into trouble, you learning confidential stuff, me failing, someone being killed, all that awesome stuff, I may look stupid at times but I am smarter than you'd think, I over think most things just to make sure it'd work out, I have about 233 problems, and about 466 ways of solving them, so yes... You can come." he'd say, and then he'd continue reading naruto, he looked angry, but this was just his usual self, so it was nothing to worry about... though she might have not known...

Whoa... this guy sure had a lot of problems... and twice as many solutions as was needed... well, if what he was saying was true, anyway... She gave a small nod and said, "Well, alright..." A lot of people made empty promises, and came up with ideas off of the top of their heads without any true idea as to whether it could actually happen or not... but he seemed to have already gone through all of the details just as quickly as she'd managed to come up with them mentally. He seemed one step ahead of the game, and she couldn't deny that he seemed very... professional. And intimidating. Just a little bit. Not that Alethe was afraid of him, of course. But still, she seemed to have gotten on his nerves quite a bit... "Um... I-I'm sorry..." She said quietly, picking up her manga and going back to reading it. "And by the way... I didn't think you were stupid or anything..."

Kenshin would look at her after both things she said "Well, yeah... no need to be sorry, and I know... I was just saying I sometimes LOOK stupid, but yeah..." kenshin would then sit down beside her again, rest his head on the desk and quickly doze off, when he did things like think unnecessarily he gets tired for some reason, no one has really been able to say why he gets tired when this happens but it doesn't really matter, it was up to the girl now on if she chose to awake him or not, if she didn't he'd wake up in half an hour on his own anyway.

Alethe noticed how he started to doze off, and she decided it'd be best not to disturb him. After he'd fallen asleep she curled up in her chair and started to read the manga. She'd look back and forth between the book and Kenshin, when she realized she hadn't gotten his name... "Well, I can ask him later," she whispered to herself. She was so curious about this police boy that she had a hard time focusing on the manga... giving a small sigh, she'd put the book down on the top of the small pile of manga she had, and pulled out a blank piece of paper from her binder, glancing over to the sleeping boy. "He would make a fascinating character... I wonder what his history is like," she wondered, making a quick sketch of a boy who looked similar to Kenshin, but more anime-styled. "He seems interesting enough. His personality is... well, it's kind of cute. I hope we can become friends," she mentally added, writing on the lines on the paper. She wasn't writing about Kenshin, because she didn't really know too much about him, but she was making up a kind of diary intro on the new boy she'd just met.
"He's pretty odd, and seems kind of awkward... but he seems like a detective, and he seems like he's super serious as well. But at the same time, I wonder what kinds of things he knows? He seems pretty smart, and like any new person, there's so many things about them that I'm yet to discover. It's interesting how people make side characters with minor histories and unimportant actions toward the plot... each person is so fascinating in their own way--"
Alethe stopped as she realized it might have been a little creepy that she was writing a bit about him and drawing an anime character inspired off of his appearance and facial expression. She hesitated. She really didn't mean to be creepy or anything like that, so, wanting to pretend none of that ever happened, she ripped the piece of paper out of the binder and crumpled it up before throwing it, trying to get it into the recycling bin. But, knowing her, she probably missed...
