A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

She didn't feel like going to class. So she didn't. Instead, she was in shop class all day. Like she normally did. Despite her poor attendance, she had decent scores in her academics - thanks mostly to the tutors that her 'caretaker' has given her - but she preferred to deal with well... the mechanics and the technological things. It was the most fun there. The red haired girl simply stayed in the class, working on one of her many projects. Despite being a total flake for the other classes, it often felt like she was the sweetie of shop class. All because she actually took this class the most seriously and did pretty good work if she says so herself in it. Like say, for example, that metal contraption that's slowly starting to resemble a dog. She has her hobbies. Right now, she was working on said mechanical construct - the thing was impressive, reaching about six feet in height when fully standing. She was welding pieces onto it, slowly strengthening the whole thing. One of her favourite hobbies was to grab one of the kids - usually the one that wasn't in a group - and get them to work with her. It was usually fun because it was one of the few times that Moana was not being paranoid as crap, and actually was nice and warm. Of course, the bell had run for third period, and people were shuffling out as she kept working - and then a new crowd would shuffle in. Question was, which crowd was it this period? David would head into the class as the bell had finished ringing, his history book in hand. He would glance at the female student who was working on something large and mechanical on the floor, and he'd go over to her. He was about to inform her that the class was over and it was study period, but then he presumed perhaps she'd been focusing on a project for school? Nonetheless she was being a little on the loud side, being that she was working with mechanics, and he assumed it would probably disrupt the other students, not that there were many yet, since he liked to come in early... He stopped when he saw truly what it was she was working on, and he could only stare, flabbergasted. "Amazing... did you do this yourself?" He wondered, almost inaudibly...

Her head tilted as a voice caught her attention. In the quiet room, it was easy to catch. ''Oh? This? Yeah mostly - I sometimes get other students to help out, since not everyone is good in shop class. It helps them learn too.'' she said, lifting the heavy face mask from her face. Luckily, she had the blowtorch off when he spoke - and she turned to face the boy with a warm smile. ''It's just a prototype to be honest - I made some smaller ones to see if it could work and it does. The hard part is gonna be to wire all that tech in - this thing gets heavy.'' she added. The red head removed her mask, and swiped a hand across her hair, removing strands that were in her face. She noticed he had a history book in his hand and head tilted. ''So what brings ya to shop class? 'Cuz from the looks of it it's study period... I think.'' she said. The girl was wiping the sweat off with a hankerchief, and then with a final crack of a sore neck, she was fully up and ready to talk. Her ocean blue eyes stared at the boy, and right in the eyes too. They were actually the same height, so this was easy enough to do. She just felt so free, so liberated - she hated most classes because she was so darn bored. But here? She was never bored. There was also something for her to do. Even though sometimes, trying to make a larger then life mechanical dog made her work cut out for her. ((ooc: I apologize for the late reply DX I wanted to give other people a chance to join but then got kind of carried away with other things, I'll try not to let it happen again DX))
David gave slight nods as she explained what she was working on, and he found it to be fascinating. She was working on a life-size robotic dog? Truly, it was astounding to him what sort of brilliant and talented minds walked the halls of these schools. Many of the students were, to say the least, far more amazing than he could ever be. "Ah.. yes," he'd say quietly, giving an affirming nod at what she'd said last. "It is study period... I figured I'd come here to catch up on a report that's due in a few weeks for my History class, since this room is usually abandoned at this hour... but to be frank, this mechanical dog you're working on is far more intriguing than trench warfare. I'm not really good with robotics, but you mentioned that sometimes working on it is difficult because it's sometimes heavy...? Perhaps I could help? I'm not too strong, as you can probably tell, but I'm stronger than I seem and I would be glad to help in any way I can..."

Classes can be so boring Matrix walked into the study hall with no expectations. Taking a seat in the back he looked around. Really now, there was nothing to do. He could be doing his work like a good student, but he'd rather just have his brother help him if not do it. At the same time he was just itching for maybe not a fight, but some contact with someone. He wanted some action, something he didn't do normally. Well finding something to do might not be that hard. There were of course people he disliked in class that he could pick a fight with. The teacher didn't seem present at the moment. Or... he gazed around the room and listened into some of the conversations. Moana's and Jet's conversation seemed to spark something in him, but he wouldn't approach them yet. He pulled out his phone and looked at the time. Almost lunchtime, well then. Quickly he sent a text to his brother. "Get your lazy butt out of bed." -Matrix He didn't expect a reply, but hopefully his brother would listen. Now back to the class, he listened in on the conversation more, however he was quite good at making it unnoticeable with his head on the desk.

Moana just brightly smiled - if anything got past her paranoia, it was someone taking interest in her projects. The boy before her seemed to be showing a lot of interest - she understands his problems with history. Although, to her, that was math. History was fascinating, because you could use it in shop class - speaking of. She probably still had that project didn't she? It had won an award at a science fair some time ago, so it probably was. ''Actually, I might be able to help your report.'' she said, holding up her hand. Digging into the back of the shop class - her old projects were all stored somewhere here - she made a small noise and then hoped on over to a table near her dog's skeleton. ''Tah dah! Welcome to a replica of the trenches, with fully functioning mini-tanks and little soldiers!'' she said, waving her arm to show the little project. Well it wasn't little, as it took up the whole table, but as she was picking up the tanks and dudes and putting them down, it became obvious what it was - a diorama of world wars. There was the trenches in one section, the tank fights in another, finally a urban tactics too. What was interesting is that she had small planes attached to wires, and they moved around on the set of their time - and the tanks actually shot little wads too. Though, the trenches one was a bit smelly, but that was to be expected as she had some fart gas there. It was to pretend to be mustard gas. ''But yeah, this should help with your report. And it's not that the parts are too heavy for me - more so that finding the right combination of technology to move the parts is what makes it heavy. It's like trying to steam power a boat with a car's engine! But I seriously appreciate the help, it's always funner to do something together.'' she said. Her smile was bright and cheerful - but she had noticed a third form walking in. Namely because it was the shop class, and that nobody came here on study period - not like her. Actually today was the most she'd seen of people in the class during this time. Uh, kinda weird. [/b] @servantofwhite, Matrix Loya• Words; 0390 • Notes; you're both fine! sorry it took me two days, but the posts will come on in a bit faster I think <3 [/div][/ul][/div][/div][/div][/div]

Let's get it on Bored as hell Matrix sighed before getting up. He put his hands behind his head and walked over to Moana and David. Of course he could have chosen some other group of people, but really there weren't that many in the class. Maybe he missed an email about this being a study hall today. Approaching the two he decided to speak up which was a bit odd for him, well trying to be social at least he was improving. "Hey, what's up?" He felt rather awkward, but there was really nothing he could do about it.
