Another school day would have drawn to a close. However unlike normal Steven would already be out of class as the school bell rung. In fact he would be standing upon the roof, closer to the edge then was wise. Behind him two other students, Brad and Shawn, the singer and guitarist of a small band know as 'The Flying Crane' were behind him. The band and Steven had met after a altercation of which Steven, Mathew and Shou had got involved. The got to talking and had been brought on board for the plan, and the announcement that was about to happen.
The two band member were in the process of hooking up a portable power supply to a large amplifier. To which a microphone would be attached. Once complete the pair would move the amp, to the side of the roof by Steven and nod at him. "Good work guys." Steven would tell them over his shoulder as the pair went through the door off the roof and joined Shou and Mathew at the bottom of the stairs that led to the roof.
Steven would wait, looking down as student would spill into the courtyard of the school after lessons. He was unsure if this was a good idea. He had only just been brought into the Lightning Gang, and Leon had mention that the members didn't act except on plans that the thunder team had. However Steven had also been told by Allen, that he would be free to do his own thing even while in the group. He prayed that this not annoy them, and prayed that it didn't bother the pillars or teachers either. As the courtyard slowly filled out with student milling around and chatting after school, Steven would pick up the mic, flip on the on switch of the amp, and turn it up as load as it would go.

"Good evening students. My name is Rosett, some of you may know me, most of you do not. I come to speak to you about events of the other day, and the attack on the pillars of this school and it's students.
Firstly I would like to thank those who like myself stepped in to aid the pillars and chase off those who came to our school, I even include this thanks to the teacher who also stepped up to do so. Secondly I would like to implore the student of this school to be ready. We know not if these people shall return in order to attack our school once more.
It is with this that I ask you, to hold back on your fighting against each other. To sure up and be ready for if, no more likely when they do. For those of you that refuse, well... I implore that other students who agree with me, the like-minded individual, step up to quell this violence, so that we may be ready.
I am not asking you to fight against those who bully other. No... I ask that if you see trouble find a pillar or a teacher, or even someone you trust to be able to deal with it, with least amount of injuries all round. However if you cannot and truly think you can aid, then do so.
I may have not been at this school long, however I already have seen the pride of ability that many of you carry. So when these guys come back, well let us give them a proper, five five fucking two of a greeting that they will never forget."
