***PREREQUISITES TO SIGN UP***
A player must have at least one of the following:
1) Items of value - must exceed +5, have an ability, or be a permanent consumable with a worthwhile effect.
2) Have a qi - any tier, so long as the ability is one worthy of note.
A mysterious gambler has rolled into town, and word on the street is he deals in more than money or material possessions. Setting up shop within a local bar, the man has both made peoples' lives worth living again, and torn them apart little by little. What are you willing to risk to gain something wonderful? Would you take a chance at a death in moments, for the possibility of living forever?
