A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

He couldn't put it off any longer without fear of her just tracking him down herself. Valo found himself at Vivi's house for the very first time, having never been invited over or anything. But unfortunately, he wasn't here for his sister, as much as he'd have preferred that. Nope, he was called over by Piper, Vivi's aunt and explosively dangerous teacher at PHS #552. Valo had always thought he didn't know who Vivi's aunt was when she talked about her, but then he put two and two together one day and realized she was the teacher who almost blew them all up a while back.
Someone save me. Please.
Why was he here? She threatened to give him an F in her class, despite the fact that he generally aced everything without any worry (gotta love 60+ INT). He was pretty sure that was illegal in every form (as was a 17 year old student being alone with a 26 year old teacher), but he didn't want to push his luck so he gave in. Her demands? Food. Lots, and lots of food. So he carried with him two giant bags from the local fast food place filled with tons of food. All of it was probably for her, guessing that she'd take it all for herself. But he hoped this would be enough to appease her crazed obsession with getting him to come over. Why, Vivi, do you have to have such a psycho aunt...
Taking a deep breath, he would knock on the front door, desperately hoping she wasn't home. But life never gave him what he wanted. WORDS ● @piperhawthorne ● NOTES

After a few moments of waiting, the door would be opened up for Valo. Piper stood in the door frame clad in nothing but a black sports bra and shorts, with an open can of ravioli in one hand, and a fork in the other.
“Is that food? Ah thank god! This is ravioli shit is the last thing Vivi has besides captain crunch and ramen! You must be Valo,” she would tug him inside by his collar. Just inside the door was a short entry way that branched out into a kitchen. The woman tossed her can in the trash and chucked her fork in the sink, before turning back to her guest. Valo would likely note the striking resemblance between her and her niece. They sported the same hair color, similar facial structure and skin tone, although Piper’s eyes were purple while Vivi’s were more of an indigo blue.
“Go ahead and put that over there,” she jerked her head in the general direction of the table, “Vivi took off about a half an hour, sorry about that. She leaves the house a lot at strange times. I’ve caught her leaving past midnight before”
She moved to wash her hands in the sink.
“No idea what goes through that girl’s head.”

The door opened, and Valo's eyes widened. He wasn't sure what was more shocking to him: Seeing his worst fears come true and seeing that she really was the Chemistry teacher from before, or seeing her in just a sports bra and shorts, which he didn't expect at all. She grabbed him and dragged him into the house, and he could only wonder how inappropriate it looked to anyone on the outside.
Once inside, he stayed quiet, not sure how to respond to much. He quietly abided to her command to put the food on the table, and he did just that. Listening to her speak, he sighed mentally as he learned that he just missed Vivi. He had really wanted to see her. Not just because he wanted some extra company while he was here alone with his aunt, but also because he missed her and time with her was scarce these days.
Their resemblance though, it was uncanny. Now that he got a good look at her, she looked a LOT like Vivi. Just happened to be an older, more mature (he used that loosely) Vivi with a knack for explosives.
"Ahh, that's okay, Miss Hawthorne. I think she's just been going through a rough time is all... I'm sorry if she's been a handful. I can't have been helping much." He spoke, scratching his head nervously. He neglected to mention that Piper was the one to tell him to come over, and that he didn't expect to see Vivi here at all. WORDS ● TAGGED ● NOTES

“Rough time, huh?” Piper frowned as she dried her hands off with a nearby rag, “That’s one word for it.”
Admittedly, she knew a lot about the girl mostly due to being her mother’s sister, but also from what she’d observed and hear her talk about. In Piper’s opinion, she desperately needed some council-ing. Granted, in her eyes Vivi was vastly over dramafying the things she’d been through in life—like seriously, it couldn't be that bad, there were definitely people who’d been through way worse, and the little bitch went around with her panic attacks, talking to herself, spacing out for hours on end and even punching holes through furniture to get her aggressions out. So yes, while she felt Vivi was being a total drama queen when she thought no one was looking, she’d been through enough to where she shouldn’t be clamming up so much, she needed to talk to somebody.
“Good god, you’re so polite,” she snorted, "I think your companies been good for her, actually. From what I’ve heard at least.”
She walked to the table and began peering through the food he’d brought.
“And in all honesty I don’t have to lift a finger to take care of her,” she shrugged and pulled out a burger, unwrapping it and taking a huge bite, swallowing before she continued, “She’s ridiculously independent. I’m kind of here so she’s able to say, ‘Yeah I have a legal guardian.’ Anyway, enough about her, what kind of a kid are you? Vivi doesn’t tell me much about you, but I can tell she really cares about you.”
Which was unusual. She was legitimately curious about this kid.

Valo listened to Piper speak, and he started to wonder what Vivi's life was like, the life that he couldn't see. When he thought about it, he didn't know much else about her other than what she decided to tell him or show him. He figured he knew more than most other people did, at the least, but all in all, the girl was shrouded in mystery. He was curious, but he wasn't sure if a third party was the right way to go about finding out more about her.
Polite, though? Maybe it was just because it was his first time actually speaking to Piper in a regular one on one environment, or maybe it's because this was Vivi's family he was talking to, but if she saw how he and Vivi were normally, he wondered if she'd have the same opinion. But then, maybe she'd see Vivi being happier for once. At least, Valo hoped she was happier during the car rides and moments that they shared.
"She's a tough girl, based on the time I've spent with her over the last few months. I honestly admire her drive to keep pushing forward, and seeing her is enough to keep me going too."
He wasn't sure how that'd be taken, but Vivi was just about all he had left. She was the only one he found himself confiding in, and trusting with everything. She kept the Wraith at bay. She was the only one he felt could understand what he carried about with him, especially after what she told him when she made the promise to keep him human. There wasn't enough he could ever say about Vivi to do her justice.
"She's talked about me?" He was surprised. "Well, there's not much to say about me, really. I'm just like anyone else at #552 who's trying to get through their time there in one piece. I try to spend most of my time on my studies, but with all of the crazy things happening at school... well, I guess it's thanks to those that I met your niece in the first place. We got each other out of some tough situations. I wouldn't be alive, if it wasn't for her."
The girl was a fighter, and she proved it against Riot, and against Valo when he was the Wraith. She had saved many lives, whether she realized it or not.
"But, um... I'm not too great at talking about myself. Is there anything you'd like to know specifically?" WORDS ● @piperhawthorne ● NOTES

“Hmm, you seem like a nice kid. I feel like you’re probably not just like any other kid at that school. If she trusts you as much as I think she does, she probably relates to you a lot. And she doesn’t think she can relate to many. Y’know, the typical drama queen stuff,” she waved a hand, “And you seem to trust her a lot too. She’s really saved your life, huh?”
Piper finished her burger and went to one of the cabinets for an empty glass. So far she felt like this kid was a great person for her niece to be around. A positive influence and someone to confide in. He looked like a strong boy, too.
“She has talked about you quite a bit, actually. You seem very special to her,” she filled her glass with some orange juice and sat on the counter top, “Well, I can’t think of any super specific questions at the moment, but I’m sure some will come to me. Oh—”
She looked down at herself for a moment.
“I should go put a shirt on. While I’m at it can you run upstairs to Vivi’s room and a hair brush and my phone? Do it or you get a free F in my classes,” she slid off the counter top and headed toward the edge of the room,“Straight up that stair way over there, it leads right into her room. There’s a bathroom to the left, you might be able to find a hairbrush in there or lying around on the floor. Dunno where my phone is exactly, but it’s up there. Bat man phone case, new-ish iPhone. Yanno.”
She began walking down the hallway.
