welcome
Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Phoebe paused outside her elder brother's bedroom door and peeked in, fiddling with the cuffs of her sweater. He was up for the day, on a Saturday, and so was she. But her agenda...well.
"Aaron..?"
She reached up with one hand to rub her upper arm and padded in to go sit on his bed, one leg tucked beneath herself. The brunette alternated between the hem of her shorts and the cuffs and edge of her sweater, her tank top beneath that remaining untouched.
"Can...I talk with you about some things?"

Aaron was tinkering, a small device carefully laid out on his desk. As she entered, he would take a box and gently lift it, bringing it over and covering what he was working on. Turning around in his spinny-chair, he twirled his screwdriver around in his palm, eyebrows furrowing.
"Yeah, of course. What's up?"
He knew she might ask about the C4 explosive on the desk. He would just have to lie if she questioned him on it. No choice there- he tried his best to tell her and Allen the truth whenever he could but...some things were better left unspoken about.

Bee had noticed he was working on something. She didn't know what it was but given their situation, it had a curl of anxiety moving inside her gut, over and above what was currently churning.
"Uhm, Arrow, I've been considering getting a tattoo, now that I'm eighteen...thoughts?"
She wasn't asking for permission, obviously, but for his opinion, which was far more valuable to her. The brunette reached up to tuck her hair behind an ear, biting her bottom lip.

He would lean back in his swivel chair and put his hands behind his head. His sisters birthday was just a short time ago- he wondered if she had been thinking about this for a while. His own ink was readily displayed on his arms and body, so he guessed she might go that route eventually.
"Did my ink give you the idea, or was it something you've wanted for a while? I mean, I'm totally fine with it if you want to, just wanting to make sure you've thought it through. It's permanent after all."
He grinned. Obviously- that was the point, right?

"...it's a bit of both, actually. And then, on top of that, Leon wants LG members to get something special done, some kind of lightning tattoo. I just...don't know where I'd put them. Or what, exactly, I would want in that case. I was thinking of a bee, 'cause, well...nicknames and all. 'Sting like a Bee' in script-text." She inhaled and squirmed a bit. "Thoughts..? Where do you think would be a decent starting place? You've had lots done, so..."
He would know the ideal places to break into getting inked, so to speak. Bee tugged at her sweater, the collar falling over her left shoulder as she did so.

He chuckled. Indeed...Leon and his little gang. Still, that group may be all that stood between 552 and destruction. Vastly more important, it might be what stood between his family and destruction. He would scratch his chin a little.
"Well...that's an awesome idea, first off. Good first tat. The wrist can be painful but cool. Shoulder, and outside of the thigh are also great places. Are you looking for a place you'll think looks great or one that hurts the least?"
That all really depended. He got his first on his forearm, because all the guys in the military did, at the time. He continued to watch her, curious.

Bee shifted a little, giving a nervous half-shrug.
"The best of both words? I've heard the spine is painful...so, uh...even though a few lightning bolts down my spine would look cool, I don't think I'd do that. I could maybe put the bee on one wrist...and a butterfly on the other..."
And Aaron would know why, and what script would go under that.
She seemed like she was hedging a little, though.

His eyebrows furrowed.
"Is something bothering you about it? Like, those are all really cool tat Ideas. I have one for you, me and Allen. I also got one a week or so ago for mom and dad. It's good to have ones that look cool, and ones you like, y'know?"
He wanted to be there to help his sister he was just confused as to why she seemed hesitant. Was it the nature of it being permanent?

Bee continued to look away, but seemed to perk a little in surprise as Aaron mentioned a tattoo for them as siblings...and then gave what was almost a full-body jerk at mention of one for their parents.
...it jerked her off the bed, foot hitting the floor, and she stumbled a little as she put her other foot beneath herself, veering over to him.
"R-Really!? Imeanthat'snotcheesyorwrong?!"

He laughed.
"Listen...the only person whose opinion you need to worry about regarding tats is your own. That is integral to getting them done. Don't care about judgments or comments or anyones views. Because in the end, you are the one who has to wear it forever. It's totally cool to get like, some advice. Just don't stress about whether it's cheesy- just do what you want and fuck all the rest."
He would lift up his shirt, showing her the new tat. It said "Respect your heritage" Then below it said "Mada, Pada", those being the names he called his mother and father when he was very young.
"If someone says it's cheesy, I won't give a shit. Because I love it."
He grinned.

Bee listened and would nod just a little bit. She seemed to refocus entirely as he drew his shirt up, her eyes skimming over his visible tattoos before the new one appeared. She blinked as her eyes stung with tears and reached out to touch the words, her fingers light. If it was new, it would still be tender, and might even be crusty.
The brunette sniffled a little and looked up, her free hand reaching to brush away tears.
"O-Okay... Uh. Can I...see the one of us? You, me, and Allen?"

Aaron showed her the Tat- plain text, on his forearm. "ABA". He would look up and give a little shrug with a smile.
"It's simplistic but I see it in everything I do, being on my right arm. It helps me remember what I fight for, y'know? It sort of...keeps me grounded. From doing the things I shouldn't. Things that happened in war."
He could still hear the screams of Afghani men, who shot him repeatedly and only caused bruises as he jammed his thumbs into their eyes, popping them like little grapes and spinning them to mush with his fingers. What he imagined doing to people in Riot. People who threatened his family. It was why he tried so hard to get stronger, so he wouldn't have to fight so much. Hopefully, people would just fear him, and by extension...fear his siblings.
"Were you thinking of getting one like it?"

Bee's fingers would immediately seek out this tattoo to trace over it as well. Her chin jerked up at his mention of things that happened when he had been deployed, and she decided...to take his hands and tug him to go sit on the bed, rolling his chair across the floor if necessary.
It gave her time to think as she gestured to the mattress and sat down again.
"Yeah... Something like that would be ideal, I think...for my first. What happened, when you were deployed..?"

Aaron resisted the pull to the bed as she asked her question, a sly smile coming across his lips as she so "nonchalantly" asked about his time overseas.
"That's....not something I can tell you. You know that...and besides...it's not really good for you to hear." He would attempt to promptly change the subject, looking around the room before clearing his throat.
"I been thinking though...how do you feel about moving?"

...darnit.
Bee wouldn't move to sit, then, as Aaron resisted. So she stubbornly remained at his side.
She frowned a little before the question shifted her expression to surprise. Then a hint of anxiety before she swallowed...and drew in a breath. Leave the house she grew up in? That drew an immediate, knee-jerk "no", but...
"I guess you could rig the new place, too, so... Move where..?"
She shifted on her feet.
