Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Xaier would use his free period to get some exercise and training in. He hated being bogged down by something his current i jury. Those emerald hues would glance down at the cast and shake his head again. But he would soon forget about it as he refocused those emerald hues onto the punching bag in front of him.
The weight room was surprisingly empty, Xaier's strikes echoed through it with each blow. He couldn't work his kicks as well as he would like, so he stuck to basic striking. With luck maybe someone would show up and be willing to spar. Even in his condition he wouldn't turn it down.
Got to keep the machine well oiled.. I can't afford to fall behind in this place anymore than I already have!

For his free hour, Asch decided to head on over to the weight room. It seemed like it'd been forever since he walked in the school halls again, but he felt there was no helping it. Real life problems were often more important that school anyway. At least, that's how he felt.
He would head on in when he heard someone working out by attacking a punching bag. He didn't know if he should be surprised that there was one person training alone so diligently even when they appeared to be recovering from injury, or if he should be shocked that it wasn't as full as he'd have liked. "Yo!" Asch greeted the guy. "What's up? This place seems really empty. Kinda sad," he said with a small chuckle.

Xaier had been so focused on his training that the voice he heard didn't even register right away. It was awkward for him to be so stationary while training, but he had to stick with what he could do. He didn't want to injure his leg further. However the young sophomore soon realized someone had spoken, and stopped throwing at the bag to settle his eyes upon the one who spoke.
"I guess. Though I don't mind that much. Let's me get sucked into my own thing. Usually I'd be moving all over this room but- As you can see.."
Xaier would shake his casted leg in reference to what he was talking about. A smils and a nod would be given to the newcomer and Xaier would extenda tape-wrapped hand toward the other kid.
"Xaier McCaine. Nice to meetcha!"

"I'm Asch Lexington," The red-haired boy said with a grin, slapping his hand against Xaier's in a rough handshake. "Right back at'cha!" He would put his hands in his black cargo pant's pockets, analyzing the guy before him. "You seem pretty tough. Lemme guess, you broke your leg fighting someone a lot stronger than ya?" A smirk would play on his lips as he recalled his first fight in the school. He was against someone who was pretty well matched against him, and he got beaten up pretty good. Asch'd probably broken a rib or two back then. But it wasn't the first bone he's broken before.

"Hah, If only that was the case, bro. I got hit by a car skateboarding, actually."
Xaier shrugged. He wasn't the type that lied about stuff like that. He could have tried to make himself out bigger than he was. But that just wasn't his style. His hands would lift to the back of his head and he would close his eyes for a moment, reopening them to stare toward Asch, a smile growing on his fight.
"What about you, are you a fighter? I'm kind of itching to spar.."

"Sheesh... really?" Asch asked, dumb to the fact that he most likely wouldn't lie about something like that. Good going... "Yeah I'm a fighter," he said with a small laugh, scratching the back of his head. "I always lose though," he admitted. He wasn't very skilled with fighting in that he would jump into a fight and hardly assess the situation. Really, he'd just take hits and give them, not really having any technique, style, or anything else important to a good fighter.

"Losing is relative. Everyone who fights learns and grows a little more. You might not pull out the win, but you aren't losing."
Aaron was sitting in the bleachers, listening to the others and watching people fight. He had been grading papers and listening to a little music. He couldn't help but overhear the two discuss, and figured he would give his two centers. His sleeves were rolled up, shirt tucked in. He wore a tie and blue jeans. His arms, tattooed, lifted as he moved a box of books off to the side.
"Don't worry about winning. Worry about getting better first."

"Yeah no worries, I know," Asch said with a small laugh. He knew there was no helping him losing in fights, but really he only got involved in them for the thrill and adrenaline rush. The former drug and alcohol addict struggled to resist the temptations, and his anger and personal issued bothered him where he felt he had to do something to get his mind off of it. He'd decided to stop with the illegal substances, but he still had to do something. Fighting and getting the adrenaline rush and the heat of a fight was settling enough. Of course, things often got carried away and pain was another factor that helped him get his mind off of things, but he didn't really care too much if he won or lost. He wasn't a hero like other kids in the school, he was genuinely a troublemaker who didn't fight for good or for evil, but merely to unleash his rage so as to lower his chance of turning to other things whenever he got upset.
Still, the teacher had a pretty good point. Even if Asch didn't desire to become a good or strong fighter one day, it was something you learned over time, and with enough losses you will eventually learn how to win. "You're pretty smart, cool guy. You a teacher here? You seem pretty professional," Asch said, momentarily taking his attention off of Xaier.

Xaier couldn't help but chuckle. Loosing was indeed part of the learning experience. In fact, it could be the motivation one needed to push their fighting prowess to the next level. Before Xaier could chime in though, a more mature voice spoke out, pretty much saying what he had been thinking.
"He's right- Mr..?"
Xaier was unfamiliar with the man, but common sense told him he was part of the faculty. It wasn't like they just let older dudes hang around the school unchecked. He would begin to do a few arm stretches as he awaited this guy's name and maybe more wisdom to boot.

Aaron would glance up before looking back down at his paper.
"I'm Mr. Hollows, the Bio teacher."
He would gesture at them.
"I couldn't help but chime in- I figured you two were about to touch gloves and was just offering some advice. You can continue."
