welcome
Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

[OoC: Lock your stats in your first post. The stats you begin the tournament with are the stats you will end the tournament with. No items of any kind, and no Qi allowed. Participants must post within 24 hours of each other. Failure to do so leads to disqualification. If there is no clear winner within five days of the fight being posted, it will be decided by Staff through a grading rubric. This is a no holds barred fight, so if you feel the need to break some limbs, you go ahead and break some limbs. Post your entrance in the first round, and go ahead and start fighting as soon as you like. Let's get crackin'.] Paige Weaver and Sarah Crestwell would be led to the exit of the waiting room at the request that they wear no shoes, and both would be taken down opposite paths by women in white coats. The paths were dark hallways, lit only by flickering LED bulbs hanging from the ceiling, that stretched on for what seemed like forever. It would become evident that they were nearing the end of the pathway, however, as the roar of the crowd grew louder and louder with each passing moment, with every step they took. Finally, the two would come to doorways that, once opened, would reveal a large, icy arena, that stretched roughly twenty yards, with rain pouring down heavily from ten yards up. "Aaaaaaaaaand from doooor number one! She's a new face with pockets that seemingly hold military technology completely feasibly, PAAAAAAAIGE WEEAAAVEEEEEER!" At the mention of Paige's name, a booming mixture of applause and disapproval roared out from the crowd. It was hard to root for the underdog, especially when the crowd knew who her opponent was to be. "But wait! From doooor number twoooo! The Amazon warrior princess who rocked our socks in the last tournament, Wonder Woman is back and ready to rock! CAN I GET A NICE WARM WELCOME FOR SAAARAAAAH CREEEESTWEEEEEEEEEEEEELL!" Unlike with Paige, Sarah's arrival would cause the crowd to roar solely in approval. They ate her up a burning desire to watch her beat yet another contender to a bloody mess. "Alright you bastards, this ain't over until one of you just can't get back up! IT'S TIIIIIME FOR THE BAAAAAREKNUCKLE BEATDOOOOOOOOOOOOOWN!"

Paige would give out a small yawn man the crowd seemed to hate underdogs here. Paige would feel the cold run up her body and she loved it the slick ice and the heavy ran was her home she loved fighting on ice or in rain and with both made her life so much easier in a way she knew Sarah was stronger then her but she also knew a person with one arm had worse balance and with wet ice Sarah would have a hard time keeping balance at least that was what Paige would go off of. "Eh Its been to long man This time lets have fun okay man?"Paige would say laxly as she moved forward she had to mix up her fighting if she had any chance of winning this fight. Paige would rush at Sarah Once she got close she would suddenly stop letting the ice slide her to the Right Of Sarah her blind spot with no arm there to protect her self easy Paige would send a Quick left jab to her face and keep sliding on to give her self some more distance. Paige would grin as she sent her punch If Sarah Tried to kick her she would most likely lose balance on this slick ice and no arm on this side meant she would have a hard time blocking it.

(Stats locked at: Str: 40 Dex: 40 Con: 40 Wis: 40 Int: 39 if I am of the understanding I have to drop my current base stats to meet this tier?)
With each hollow step Sarah thought about who she was fighting. Playing over the scene in her head again and again. She had one distinct advantage over her opponent and it wasn't that she had won each time. It was that she knew her fighting style. Paige was the kind of person who didn't usually let up, striker through and through. Sarah could use that, her lack of a right arm was definitely a disadvantage and even though she had been told that a prosthetic was legal, she didn't want one same as the day she lost her arm. Her arm was gone. Only the stone arm remained.
She wouldn't be using that here.
She wouldn't get close to having to use it, not with the explanation that once a fighter was down they are down.
Each step reminded her of the last time she had fought. The barbed wire, the tiles, the water, how red it looked when her and Sebastian's blood spilled out into it.
As she stepped forward and she felt the cold, the roar of the crowd brought no warmth. She was at the stage now.
Sarah's shirt was getting damp as she looked up, and looked to her opponent. It was just like her last fights.
The winner is not the stronger fighter. I remember now...
"This is the wrong place for fun, Paige. You shouldn't have come here." This was a dangerous place, and death was likely. This time around especially after looking at who all was here. But she was fairly confident that she could end this without any bloodshed. She tore her tank top completely off, leaving just her sports bra and her gym shorts. The girl charged with the misconception that somehow the ice would cause her to be slippery but Sarah knew the truth, if the floor was chilled, if the ice was like a rink?
They'd be sticking more than sliding.
The girl charged, slid, Sarah ducked hard, her hand slapping the ground for the third point of contact as her right foot slid out to trip the girl as she slid past, she'd be taken out around the ankles with her forward momentum continued by the ice and most likely fall flat on her front. If it was wet? It might stick to the ice. Sarah, would then stand up, tearing her right foot and hand off the ice to turn to face her.
It's the one who can use the stage as a weapon. That's the winner.

Paige would fall face first but she would roll into a ball to allow her self to negate most of the damage and make is so she would not stick to the ground. After rolling she would slide a little and smile a wide grin this was fun for her she was used to this type of fighting rain and ice was her strength in a way being that she was from Portland and all. "Eh what are you talking about man? Fights with friends are always Fun man." Paige would grin as she shifted her right leg in front of her left to make sure her feet would not stick for a little bit. This time she was going to let Sarah charge at her so she could counter her. Paige had to play smart here or else she was going to lose and well Paige was not going to let that happen.

By default, Paige will be advancing to the next round. No fight took place, so neither participant receives exp for the round.
