((Stat Points, if you could give just flat EXP that'd be dope but if not then Con or Wis))
Felix woke up with a start, he had been wrapped up in a dream involving him flying high above the clouds like a superhero. Even now he remembered how real it felt, the sensation of soaring through the clouds, his clothes coming away damp. And then the dream had taken a turn for the worst, the air had felt electrically charged, his hairs standing on end. Huge, dark thunderclouds rolled in, their shadow enveloping everything below it in darkness, including him. His heart thudded in his chest, and his palms were slick with sweat even this high up above the land.
And then in a brilliant flash, a lightning bolt shot out next to him, streaking on his right side, and from the bright flash of light, a person appeared soaring alongside Felix; it was Luna. After that another struck and another, until he was surrounded by flying people, the thunderclouds were still there but their presence was overshadowed by those next to him. Leon, Allen, Luna, Phoebe. The Lightning Gang was ruling over the Earth, soaring high above it, and in the distance he saw it. A mass of darkness, just a blanket of nothing, swallowing everything in its path. His already hammering heart, managed to work even harder the closer they got, as they charged straight at it, clad in their own electrical energy. And when the suspense couldn't be bared any longer, and they were but a moment from making contact, his head jumped up from his desk, a thin line of drool visibly left his lip. The dream fading quickly, as well as whatever hidden or prophetic meaning it could have served. The teacher was currently droning on about math, quadratic something or others.
Felix didn't bother enough to care, it was all so boring. In fact it was this topic that had put him to sleep in the first place. He felt a strange sense of urgency, as if he was expected to do something today. But it came up blank, his memory from earlier was splotchy, missing important details. What had happened? He tapped his knuckle to his chin, trying to remember what he had been doing earlier this morning. He was snapped from his thoughts as an eraser hit him dead in the back of the skull, rebounding into a kids eye. The boy sat one section behind him to his left. The kid was one of the 'delinquents' that had been placed into the school by a stroke of misfortune. 'Probably caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.' At a glance he could tell the kid had rarely physically fought for anything in his life, and he could tell the group behind him knew that, as they guffawed at the both of them.
Felix shot a death glare at the group of kids in the back. They were conveniently placed in the correct pecking order, their leader a scrawny rodent esque kid. He wasn't know for his strength or speed, but his cunning and brutality. His lackeys stood on either side of him, both were obviously hand picked by the kid; dumb enough to do what he told them, but smart enough to do it right. And they were huge, as if they had been fed growth hormones since they were small children. One was a pale cue ball, with a horrible under bite, the expression on his face was akin to that of a gorilla from the zoo, not just his facial features but in his body language. The other was an obvious muscle head, everything from his T-Shirt with the sleeves cut out, to the confident expression he wore that bordered on cocky. This was without a doubt the kids who 'ruled' his homeroom. His death stare had earned him an audience with them, apparently not liking the way he looked at them they stood, cornering him on either sides of his desk with their leader in the middle. "There a problem here?" The arrogant brat would say, Felix only grinned.
This was part of the game he played, he would let them talk, encourage them even, and then he would see if they were smart enough to back down, if not Felix got a minute or two of fun. Them? Not so much. "I said, is there a problem here!" His 'friends' nodded sheepishly at his words. He offered an even wider smile, "The only problem I have is that I can see your brain from your big ass nostrils, and buddy it is not looking good." Felix shook his head slowly, pouting as if this information worried him. Rat boy flicked his chin, Cue Ball and Meat Head stood imposingly, their muscles tensing. This was gonna be a fight alright; he watched as Meat Head threw an astonishingly . . . slow and predictable straight, right for his face. Felix sighed, the blow felt like it was traveling in slow motion. He leaned back in his seat, the fist sailing past him and across the desk into Cue Ball's gut, who toppled over after getting hit. For a few seconds the class was completely silent as if they were frozen in time. Felix calmly got up out his seat, cracking his neck, a warm smile on his face. He had remembered what he had been doing this morning!
The memory coming back to him in the classes silence. He had been sitting inside the gym with Luna, Allen, Phoebe, and the rest of the LG crew. It was a meeting they hadn't been shared the details of yet. They sat patiently waiting to be briefed-- well the rest of them sat patiently, Felix was busy putting the moves on a cute red head from LG. His flirtatious advances were stopped dead in their track by the start of Leon's presentation. Felix looked on in admiration, or something close to it. He casually studied the looks on peoples faces. At a glance it was easy to tell they all deeply respected Leon, even Felix. He turned back towards his leader, as he spoke about conquering the school. He smiled, this was one of the craziest things he had heard; they would take over the school?
He considered laughing, then thought better of it as the idea started to make more and more sense. They did have the numbers, and looking around at just the three of them; Allen, Luna, and Phoebe they were already insanely strong. For a brief moment he couldn't help but feel alone-- separate from the rest of them. They all had practical uses for their strengths, being way above average fighters, with technique that had been honed through training. Meanwhile Felix was just a kid who managed to push his speed past it's limit, but aside from that, it didn't make him a better fighter, his "technique" was more flash than substance. He felt overshadowed by them . . . at least for a second. With a gloved wave they were dismissed; their first mission, take over their class! Which brings us back to the present.
Felix stood between the Rat who was on his right and the Meat Head who was on his left. He yawned, this was going to be a damn cake walk. Aggravated at his nonchalant attitude they rushed him. The Rat sending a pathetic push kick with his right foot for his side. Felix merely shoved his foot off course, disrupting the boys balance and toppling him over. At the same time Meat Head swung down with a double axe handle, Felix rushed in close, the phalanx joints of his fingers extended as he slammed them into the boys gut, the speed penetrating whatever resistance his abs had. To the boys credit he didn't go down, managing to stand his ground against Felix if only for a second more. He expected the kid to run away after realizing what he was up against. Much to Felix's surprise he didn't, and because he was surprised he didn't react at all as he was grabbed, and then held in the boys firm grip. 'Uh oh.'
Cue ball from earlier was back up, albeit slightly hunched, obviously still hurting from the earlier attack. Rat face was also back on his feet, a sneer growing on his rat face at seeing him trapped. "Now you're mine, you shit bird!" Felix paused a moment, his jaw hung open in shock, before snapping closed as he laughed deeply. "Holy shit that's amazing! Shit bird; man what a fucking trip you are." Visibly furious the kid foolishly swung at his face, which was at just below chest level of Meat Head. He leaned his head to the side, dodging the swing effortlessly as it crashed into his own ally. Not that Meat Head was any worse for wear, though Rat Face's hand audibly cracked against the hardened muscle of his goon. Felix flashed his teeth before blowing a kiss in the kids face. The kid went in close for another hit; big mistake.
The grip on him had slackened slightly, just enough to give him leeway to shoot his head out forward, smashing their foreheads together with an audible dull 'thok!' Meat Head was shocked, Felix felt the grip on him loosen even more; he spun out of his grip rushing forward for Cue Ball, hopping a few inches off the ground before smashing his elbow into the kids nose, a geyser of blood jettisoned out of it before the boy fell to the floor unconscious. He stood over all three of them unscathed, his lips slightly pouting. He had hoped for a better fight . . . and just like that the door was kicked open. Over ten kids piled into the room, apparently another one of the students in his class was also under Rat Face and had called the cavalry.
'Heh, guess I've been ratted out.' Reminding himself to never make a shitty pun like that again, he took up his stance grinning. "Alright . . . so how does this work? Do you all come at me at once or--" The answer to his question was answered immediately as they all rushed in at once. He picked up the desk, pointing the legs towards them before tossing it up while having it face the same direction. He would kick the desk into them, hitting the lead kid in the face, knocking him over and in turn sending four of them sprawling to the floor. He jumped into the mosh pit, his excitement at his peak! Now this was a fight, this is what he wanted! Felix lost himself in a flurry of punches and kicks, he didn't even bother ducking and weaving, focusing purely on overwhelming them all with offense.
He jumped onto one girl, driving his elbows down into her trap muscles, she fell over with a cry. He took a blow to the back of the head, probably a kick. In response he sent his own back kick into their groin before superman punching someone who thought they could sneak up on him. Soon the class was overflowing with bodies of knocked out students, it was getting hard to walk. Felix's arms and legs had never felt heavier. He was sporting a black eye, and his lip was busted in several places. Not to mention the multiple scratches on his arms from nails or shanks students managed to sneak into school.
But finally it was done, he sat down exhausted on a pile of unconscious kids. He considered going to sleep right on top of them, they were surprisingly comfortable as a mattress. Whipping out his modest flip phone with a fresh sounding 'click.' He dialed up Leon's number, breathing heavily he managed a breathless laugh. "Ha . . . ha . . . piece of cake, school wide domination . . . officially- ha . . . underway." He would wait for a response before hanging up. Sliding down his own miniature mountain of bodies he approached the white board, grabbing a marker. He looked at it for a moment pondering for a moment before he came to a decision. In big letters he scrawled the words. 'LG are the new kings spread the word, pillars beware you're in for a scare!' He tapped the marker to his chin feeling as if something was missing . . . and then it came to him. In considerably bigger letters he wrote, 'Flexin Felix Strikes Again!' He stood back admiring his work, this should get LG the attention they wanted, and him as well. After all there's no such thing as bad publicity . . . even if you go to a school where a student would gouge your eyes out for blinking at them. He walked out the class quietly shutting the door behind him as to not wake up his victims. Today had been a good day.
