Personality:Kiyoya is pretty laid back in reality,tends to put on a innocent "Little sister" personality. Usually to get what she wants. Although she is actually very mature, she HAS had times when her child side pops in. She's pretty accepting when it comes to random people, but does tend to berate others on proper etiquette and bad habits. She's kinda known to be a teachers pet though.
Fighting Style:She's a strategist, and thinks about every move and every centimeter of movement. She always jumps into a fight hoping to take down an opponent quickly and efficiently using much Qi when acquired and items as well as fast jabs and sidesteps.
Strengths:Smart, accepting, conservative.
Weaknesses:Fragile to an extent, often underestimates or overestimates opponents, focus' on consumables and qi's which can be quickly depleted if not used carefully.
History:Kiyoya was adopted into the Wataragani Family, which in turn started an industry almost rivaling the sibling company Miozawa Inc. She is legally the sister of Kamina Wataragani and the cousin of Tony Miozawa, Akemi Kazuko, and Okami Miozawa. As far as how she ended up becoming a student at #552, well, its the same as the rest of the Miozawa and Watargani's:To gather info on the pillars, F.E.A.R, and the biggest industry in New York, Yuy Enterprises. Of course, growing up wasn't all fun and games. with growing age came growing responsibility's and stress. at one point Kiyoya couldn't stand it any longer and attempted to run away. She was caught by Tony and was put in counseling.
