As some of you know, I do some flash back-esque dream sequence posts with Shugo from before the reboot and some from things that happened on other rp sites. Well. I figured I'd share some of the ones I've worked on and haven't used yet. Here's the first one.
“W-we don’t really need to use the alcohol pad to clean it up right? I mean it’s not that bad off!”
I sat there on a bar stool in the kitchen. I was in my socks and a pair of torn up skinny jeans. My shirt had been removed because of blood and placed on the counter of the island bar in my kitchen. My left arm fore arm sat in my lap. Bleeding and bruised, my left shoulder was held tensed backwards to help deal with the pain. I got in another fight, but what else was new? I mean… as School Captain I had to expect a good fight or two a day… or evidently an hour. Apparently as far as other School Captain’s went my track record wasn’t so great. Let me backtrack a little bit.
I just recently became School Captain. The terms of me becoming School Captain weren’t so great. I lost a fight against Constantine, the School Captain at that point in time. But he decided that he wasn’t going to keep on being the School Captain. Constantine said he had other plans. After reopening the hole I had in my stomach, literal hole by the way, Constantine left me the title of School Captain so he could create his new gang. So I became School Captain by losing. On top of that I never had the best fight record either. I’m not a bad fighter by any means. I’m strong, real strong, but… I always fight guys who are stronger than me. I don’t know why. Maybe I’m a masochist, but I always fought the big guys.
“The brass knuckles got you pretty badly, so of course we are going to have to use an antiseptic pad. Why, our School Captain is not afraid of an antiseptic pad is he?”
There she was, just smiling at me while she taunted me. Oh… did I mention the reason my shoulder was bleeding was because I got punched with some brass knuckles? Whoops! I’m sorry. Next time I’ll disclose information like that earlier. I just smirked and looked to the side. Everyone always thought she was such an angel, but boy if they could see her like this. I swear she got some sort of sick pleasure making me squirm in pain. Or maybe she thought it would make me stop fighting. God I wish I could stop. Stop fighting… and just run away with her. Just go somewhere where I didn’t have to worry about anything. Where I could just spend all day just holding her hand. One day. One day we’d leave.
“What? A big, strong guy like me afraid of one of those anti-Semitic pads? You must be out of your min-”
Before I could finish the word mind, I felt the cold sting of the antiseptic pad touching my skin. My head shot up as I stifled a very, very low, quiet groan. I let out a deep, long breath at the end of it. Looking up into the lights, I took in a deep breath and looked back over at Jacket. She was already at work, wrapping up my arm with bandages. It must have been hard on her… She was always fixing me up. She must not have liked seeing me like this. I mean, I know it would kill me to see her like this.
“You mean antiseptic. These pads do not discriminate against people of the Jewish faith.”
She started walking away to put away her supplies after she finished, only I wouldn’t let her. I stepped off of the stool and took her wrist with my right hand. I could tell she was slightly startled by me stopping her. With my signature smile, I pulled her back towards me while taking a step towards her. Letting go of her wrist, I moved my right hand up to the side of her face, brushing away a strand of hair by her cheek on the way there.
“Look, I don’t know about what kind of views these antiseptic pads hold on religion, but I do know that my shoulder isn’t going to feel better until you kiss it better.”
She smiled as her head tilted up at me. By the look in her eyes, I could tell she had something to say about that.
“You know… there is no clinical evidence that backs up your claim. But fine, if it will make you feel better I suppose I could do it.”
Yeah… at this point I was grinning. I felt her press her lips against my shoulder to kiss it. My right hand moved to run down her hair softly as she did. After kissing my shoulder, she turned to me to say something. Before she could manage it, I leaned down pressing my lips against hers. Closing my eyes tight, I forgot about everything else for a second. It was just me and her… and everything just felt right. As we pulled apart, I turned my head down to face her.
“Hey, how about we go somewhere this weekend. Just you and me… I have something I need to ask you.”
