A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Kyou walked awkwardly up to the doorstep of the entrance to Steven's humble abode. At least, he assumed it was his humble abode and that it was just like it had been the last time he'd showed up. Kyou didn't know Steven too well, but he assumed that the young man wasn't flashy and didn't flaunt around various objects of fashion or whatever else. No, Steven seemed like a nice, mature, normal young man. Well, normal in that he had enough in common with Kyou for the boy to feel comfortable around him.
Nonetheless, Kyou knocked on Steven's door, hoping he was around. He felt horribly awkward coming up to Steven's place like he was, but he figured it was a normal gesture that normal friends did, and it had been a long time since they'd last spent time together, so Kyou just felt it was the right thing to do... He had no idea what he was planning on doing, or even saying when Steven opened the door--or if he even did. Steven seemed like a busy enough person, who was to say that he was even around?
It was the weekend, so Kyou wasn't sure if Steven worked or not, but he figured there was at least a pretty good chance that he was at home... or perhaps he was taking the weekend off to do other activities... Either way, Kyou was still there anyway. He wasn't dressed in his usual nerdy attire--at least, it wasn't as nerdy as usual. In the fall air he was wearing his typical white button-up shirt that was tucked into his black pants, but rather than a bow tie and suspenders he simply had on a black trench coat. He actually looked pretty decent, surprisingly... though there was still that childish aspect to him from his height and the dorky look he always got from wearing his glasses. Really--why can't he just wear contacts and look cute like his soon-to-be clone? Ugh, but that's breaking the fourth wall and foreshadowing to things I shouldn't do yet. Meh.
Bad writer. Bad. No breaking walls. Now I'll have to call the wall repairer.

Steven did indeed work on the weekends, still at 'The Java Cafe' as he had for sometime, however the hour Steven did these days were short and only were there in order to pull in that little extra funding for the Like-Minded, he couldn't remember the last time that he had added to his collection of books, as all the cash the group had was going on it purposes. As Steven entered the apartment complex, Steven would be greeted by Kendrick, who quickly headed over.
"Yo Rosett, some guy turned up, was cleared by the system and let right in. I think he was heading straight up to yours."
Kendrick told him, the system he was talking about was camera and facial recognition that Steven had added as many people he trusted to be allowed into the building without raising any concern at all, but any that were flagged, such any member of RIOT excluding Saya that he could get his hand on had been added to raise an immediate alert. Steven hopeful that it would be someone he didn't mind talking to would pick up his pace and run up the stairs, instead of waiting for the elevator.
Steven would reach his floor and come out into the hallway and look down towards the end to see the boy who would have been waiting at his door. Kyou wouldn't have been waiting long a minute or two at most. Fortunate timing on both there parts.
"Heya Kyou."
Steven called out and would jog towards him.
"It's good to see you, where have you been hiding these days?"
Steven asked aiming to have his keys out of his pocket to let the boy in, once Steven reached him at the door.

Kyou would turn to look at Steven as he approached, and his face reddened slightly from embarrassment. "O-oh, hi Steven," he said awkwardly. "I-I just thought--" he stopped himself. He felt embarrassed that he'd shown up at Steven's place and yet he hadn't even been there. But he tried to stop his mentality of scolding himself for being rude and instead decided to answer Steven's question. "I uh... I've just been spending a lot of time at home, I guess," he said. Well, that wasn't a lie, at least. "I just thought I'd drop by and say 'hi' since it's been a while and... well, we're friends... so... yeah..."
Yup. That's Kyou for ya. He may have been a pretty smart little fellow, but he had very little people skills and often made things awkward with his inexperience.

Steven sighed at Kyou not unsurprising conservative reaction. Sliding up beside him, in order to open the door, Steven would talk over his shoulder to Kyou. "You should pop by more, but then again I've been so busy, I hadn't even though of calling." Steven told him, trying to alleviate some of the blame that they hadn't talked from Kyou back onto himself.
Popping the door Steven would push it open and wave his hand into the room. "Come in." Steven said, only for an excited yapping to sound out from the room, as Lisa the Silver Fox would bound towards the door before either of them could enter. Seeing both Steven, and Kyou, the fox would tilt his head quizzically sniffing the air. Before happily yapping again up at Kyou and sitting down in front of him. "Seems like you've been missed round here." Steven would joke. "Good girl." Steven praised the fox for being well behaved.

Kyou gave a small nod, saying, "Yeah..." Of course, he knew he was to blame as well for not putting any effort into it, but at least he was glad to know that Steven had been busy at least. A part of him wondered what Steven had been so busy with, but it was something that he pushed to the back of his mind for now as he stepped in with a small nod to Steven. He was distracted, however, when his deep brown eyes laid on the small silver fox that approached and made sure he was safe before taking a seat before him.
Despite how he thought himself emotionless, Kyou couldn't help but to grin at the sight of the little animal. "Hi, Lisa!" He said with a grin, having nearly forgotten that Steven had taken her in but glad to see her nonetheless. He held out a hand for her to sniff out and if she rendered him safe, he would gently stroke her head with two fingers. "Wow, this brings back memories," he said, recalling when the two of them had first met and how she had more or less been the cause of their encounter. The boy would look up at Steven and, in a much more casual and relaxed mood now, ask, "So how have you been lately? You said you've been busy with things--is it just your usual working and such?"
He in no way was meaning to pry, and it was only after he'd asked that he realized it could have been taken that way. He hoped that it would just come off as casual talk--as it had been intended, of course. Kyou was completely oblivious to what things Steven had been up to as of late, but the same could be said of Steven. Though really, Kyou hadn't been doing anything important or interesting lately--at least, it turned out to be that way...

Steven watched as Kyou beamed a smile at Lisa arrival and eventually after giving the little fox time to sniff at his hand inquisitively would stroke the fox. Lisa would purr, moving her head side to side enjoying the attention. Steven would finally sigh when Kyou asked the question, not a sigh that he was annoyed the boy was asking, but a sigh about how much there was to explain. A lot had happened in the time since he had last seen the boy.
Steven would walk further into the room, heading over to the desk and grabbing the back of the office chair at it, spin it and let himself drop into the chair, stretching out, and waving to the other chair in the room, the much larger comfortable leather one. Lisa would follow Kyou if he went to it, and sit at his feet.
"Well the first thing I guess you might want to know, is I own this building. Sorted getting the whole thing renovate. There is a proper library a couple floor up, well as a eating area and gym. Been setting it up, free facilities for member and the less fortunate. Add in work, and trying to keep thing in school calmed as much when people don't seem to respect me even though I earned being at the top."

Kyou grinned when Lisa showed so much affection toward him, and when Steven gestured for him to, he'd take a seat in the chair. He listened to a bit of what Steven said and, though he was trying to get to the basics, Kyou could clearly see he had a lot more on his plate than he was just letting on. "Wow," Kyou said.
"A lot's happened since we last met, huh? So, this entire place is yours? That's a pretty big achievement," he'd say with a grin. "The school will always be like that, I suppose, whether you deserve it or not..." Of course, he didn't honestly believe that Steven of all people deserved to be disrespected. "But what's your occupation, exactly? Your 'work' that is, and you mentioned members... are you leading an organization?" He wondered. It would make enough sense to him. "Of course, I don't mean to pry.."

Steven smiled at Kyou questions he didn't mind them in the slightest and would stretch out, clicking his back and shoulders as he started to explain. "Basically I've started a charity, for student and people who have been badly effected by the toxic way the school is. Aiming to make things better, and trying to be ready to clean up once shit really hit the fan as it's going to." Steven explained and then smiled once more.

"I see..." Kyou said quietly, deep in thought. He nodded before smiling a bit. "Go figure. Of course you would find some way to be helping people," he said light-heartedly. He would run his fingers through his hair before saying, "I guess a lot's happened since I've been gone? Then again, I guess things have always been bad around these parts... I'm glad at least there's people like you trying to make it better. But it sounds like something serious is going to start? Or were you just referencing to the usual trouble that occurs here and there..."
