It's a simple suggestion, passives for your Qi. Passives would be abilities that can't be used for combative purposes and won't also rely on and use the Int pool. If they were to exploit these passive, they can be subject to punishment. They can be always active or be activated. So basically abilities that are free of use but won't really do anything for combat.
Passives can be as simple as aesthetics on your character such as purely aesthetic animal ears, tails, etc. Maybe glitters for pizazz on your body idk.
Or maybe even non combat support abilities like simply making an ordinary light emanate from you to illuminate a dim area, seeing ghosts, or talking to animals, idk.
They can be an optional things players can add to their character. Maybe make it so that it can't be activated on a fight as well. Maybe a max of two passives.

It should be noted that passive Qi/Abilities do already exist, in one way or another. They're just uncommon, though they do rely on the Int Pool. (Ex: Kaiser's and Bianca's blood control, Mikey's pent-up energy, Macht's Reaver, etc.) For small aesthetic things, these also exist as well: items may have abilities added, at no cost, to provide non-combat (and often silly) effects.
That is to say, this is already permitted within the board.
EDIT: The silly effects do not, and can not, have practical uses that can aid in situations, serious or not. (Communication with animals, illumination, etc.)

Ahh, yes, that reply itself solves this. Best to assume that this is solved. If possible, be Locked.
